The worst scam ever. I deposited some money from my bank account into the Coral account, i didn’t play the full amount, therefore there were some money left but when i opened the account the morning aft, at first the remaining amount was there then the screen of my phone went completely blue and a few minutes after when i refreshed the screen, the total amount of money from my account was gone. I’m not talking about a big amount but still, it’s not fair and the service customer was useless because she said she could only see my deposit and nothing else. BlOODY SCAM

Correct Score odds now at an all time low, slowly but surely, over the last few months and encompassing more and more leagues around the world, football correct score odds have drastically dropped, an example being odds that were 100/1 for a 6-0 and then 150/1 for 7-0 have dropped to about 33/1 and then 45/1 respectively. Coral dont feedback saying each match is different, even matches that used to be about 150/1 for 5-0 have dropped to like 40/1, just take a look at the spaish leagues, abosolutely crap. Surely you must have notest a drop in betting? At least the total goals and first half goals in matches havent changed, if it does, im gone. EDIT: example matches 09/03/2024Southampton v Sunderland 6-0, Coral =40/1, Betfair = 100/1.Norwich v Rotherham 6-0, Coral =33/1, Betfair = 80/1.

The funny and unfair last experience. I logged in Coral and decided to try rewards grabber. Won £1.27 from 5 spins on 10p stake and decided to spin them on same game and won about £20 from bonus games. Later changed the games and won few times more until my balance was £260. So I decided to withdraw funds, because long time was not deposited and didn’t have the cards i have deposited before I needed to deposit from card I am using now to withdraw funds. Everything was ok, deposited from virtual card £8 and made a withdraw £268 to the same card. In few hours I wanted to check when I receive it and was unable to login to the site with a message ,,Your account is temporary blocked, we have sent you email with details”. Guess what? No emails was received until I messaged support. They was asking to send id, adress verification and card i have used to deposit so I did that. Later I am getting a message that they don’t accept virtual cards for verification, I am thinking how come? The same card, same numbers and even I have sent transaction details which they didn’t asked for. So know I am stuck because these thieves is not accepting the virtual cards and it doesn’t matter that it is real, normal card. Stay away from them..

Twice now I have encountered bugs on their website and both times I’ve reported them to the customer service team they’ve denied the errors happened, even when screenshots are provided, and consistently repeat themselves without taking information provided into account. Instead of saying they can’t see the fault their end, they’re saying the outcome of glitches that have happened were correct. Had coins disappear from my account and a tournament spin kick me out, the points never loaded and have been told the amount I ended up with was correct even though they sent information that proves I was right and when I pointed this out they just copy paste the same response saying the incorrect amount is correct. I’ve never felt gaslit from a customer service before but there’s a first time for everything. They refused to answer further questions; just repeating what the last person said. Completely rude and ignorant, what a pathetic and lazy excuse for customer service.

After playing at coral for several years, i have to say just recently, they have been really terrible, it takes over 500 spins to bonus any game, sometimes more! When you do eventually get a bonus it pays, 30x. This hasnt only happened once but several times over many different sessions. I have noticed they have been getting a lot of slots that are low in rtp, having said that even the higher rtps on slots still pay really badly. I would like to warn others to avoid this site as it will take all of your money.

Been using Coral for a number of years, mainly for the slots. I placed bets on cricket, specifically on running bets for odd and even overs. In this particular instance, I won the first over bet, and according to the arrangement, the payout was supposed to be in the third over. Poor in every way. Rewards grabber every day 50 b******s coins, golden rewards grabber every time 50 coins and 20 x 10p spins, most I’ve ever won off these garbage spins is £1.47. I have played at Coral for years.. I went to Gamstop to stop all gambling activity for 5 years because at the time I had lost my mum and losing money in numerous casinos at the time added to my misery.. so it was time to stop.. roll forward 5 years and I tried to reopen my account. I am being asked personal questions on loud speaker. I spent 40 minutes talking and saying the same stuff or I was on hold for however long.. These casino brands owned by Entain have so many companies big brand names and they are fleecing us for every penny.. luckily it was these steps for reactivating my account that has led me here.. Opened a Coral account yesterday however the company wanted to do security checks before I could deposit some money. I couldn’t be bothered with all this hassel so I told then to forget it. On Sunday I received an email saying routine security checks were complete so I decided to credit £10. After a couple of bets I withdrew my initial £10 which I am still waiting for. After winning a balance of £100 my account was suddenly suspended and I started receiveing emails wanting all the things I couldn’t be bothered with in the first place. Now have blocked my account with a total.of £110 I have no choice. They are complete crooks and would advise anybody not to bother with this company. Use William Hill or Sky Bet which I had no issues with.
