BEEN a member of Coral for around 10 years now.I play mainly low limmit poker . Also slots I play weekly, On lots of different games over the years..My favourite was big circus had a few decent wins under £100 ,but in the past 8 months this games and others have been absolutely shocking 🤯 ..Can’t get a win and haven’t drawn out in ages to.Really thinking of closing my account down and trying another site.Just had enough!!!

I am trying to collect my winnings from a high street shop. This was a bet on NBA basketball. Game finished at about 2am. Went to collect winnings at 11am. I was told this was not settled. Staff phoned HQ, and were told this was a winning bet. The shop staff were told to ring customer services. Customer services had no idea why this was not settled. I was told to come back later. Still not settled.

Unlike other reviewers who have had bad experiences with betting, I haven’t really experienced that, but then again I don’t bet much. I just stay in the pennies range. However I do (try to) play the tournaments which seem quite fun and do give a few rewards and cash payouts. My gripe is with the quality of the website. I wonder if Coral has any testers or if the developers have ever tried using it themselves because it absolutely stinks. Pages simply will not load, or load and go into a constant refresh and load again. You can’t even place a bet if you want to. The slots are slow and clunky, with the wheels just spinning endlessly and not stopping. The video is slow. The games kick you out so you have to log in again. For weeks, when you try to See Your Results, the website just says “There is a technical error”. The whole webiste is a car crash and almost totally unusable.

They simply took all the identity documents and then failed to communicate why they won’t open the account upon multiple chats with support. Needs to be investigated!There is absolutely NO way ANYWHERE you can spend £275 on 1 game and not get any sort of return. Not 1 bonus, and no win over 80p? If you notice where they streaming from is Latvia country where regulations are joke , corruption are on daily basis , thats why they can’t operate from UK as in here all they machines would be checked weekly or iven daily , I played more than 1300£ end up minus 150£ , they roulette are so magnetism that ball flying and braking physics laws , number are repeating themselves 3 tiles in row , its mathematical impossible to come up 3 times same number . Been with coral for a while now deposited quite a fair bit some days been ok some days been really bad. Find your self loosing more than you win so I would recommend avoiding as a lot of bonus on the spins can be worthless anyway Sent them all myI.d over last year everything fine. Now the past few days made quite a few deposits and won some money back withdrawn it didn’t go in to my bank after waiting all day went to log in to my account and it says that my account has been temporarily suspended as it is under review and still havnt paid me my winnings customer service is shocking like talking to a robot just keep repeating same things that the last person has said with no real explanation as to what is happening even phoned them up and when I spoke to the woman and explained what has happened she huffed like she couldn’t be bothered and again no explanation as to what is happening just that they are working on getting my account open again and I will be updated bearing in mind I had no communication from them in the first place to tell me my account is under a review and when I asked if they needed me to send my I.d over again they even said that my I.d is ok they don’t need it. Contrary to other reviewers, I’ve had a great experience of Coral Bookmakers. I don’t bet large stakes and I enjoy playing the free games. I won a fantastic day out at the races courtesy of Coral and that was despite betting small amounts… I received a message today from them about responsible gambling… I don’t have a problem but they take the issue seriously. I have several accounts with bookmakers but Coral are far and away the best in terms of looking after their customers in my opinion.

Would give zero if an option ! Disgusting company. Credited ten pounds was told account verified had a few winners went to log in and was told needed my documents . They had all the documents including photo ID. Asked for my bank card front n back and in the end had other forms proof address as well and you guess still not reopened just endless emails for documents.! I have now stopped my bank card as I don’t trust this company. For such a small punter 10 p lucky 15 this seems excessive when initial email said I was verified. Avoid at all costs ! So corals add to the bottom in the hope you don’t reply and they can get your review removed ! Really corals you totally stink !

I really like this site…in fact its up there in my top 3 bookmakers. The odds aren’t always the best but they have great offers and its fun playing the free games they offer. Spinsurance is a great idea and gives you a chance to claw loses back if your horse loses. The promotions they offer are always nice to take up. But herein lies the problem…there are lots of bookies out there and I find its worth being signed up to a few so you can look for the best odds…doesnt make sense to place a bet somewhere with rubbish odds when theres a site with better odds. Promotions usually allow you to make the most of your money. For example, if you can bet on a football match at all the book makers but one site is offering you free spins in addition…youd be a fool not to bet with them if the odds are the same. I mean, the promotions are there, they are constantly advertised on Facebook, on the TV, on the internet…so they are there to be used right? You’d think so but it seems if you keep taking the promotions your account gets restricted fast and once that happens, theres really little point staying as its likely you’ll find better odds elsewhere. So I dont get it…they promote safer gambling but in the same breath remove the ability for you to get the best chance of increasing your winnings and reducing your loses…I really do like this site, its laid out well, easy to find the sports youre interested in, have great promotions…but unfortunately take them all away when you use them. I am really done now I’ve just witnessed the entire game change in the middle of playing. Said isn’t available lost all progress in the game, was winning and it was paying out then it stopped. The more U feed in the closer U are to the jackpot. At 7am it changes. I watched it change! Stopped paying out then £50 in £1 spins and not one cash collection on tiki. Coral naughty naughty.
