On the betting machines, it asks if I want to put a limit, but if I put a limit I am pested by staff asking me questions as to why I put a limit and so on, I would prefer staff not to question why I have put a limit.Can Coral stop the rule of asking customers questions on why they have put a limit on the machine?

It used to pay back some money, or you were able to win something, but recently it seems like just taking money of players, so yes, it becomes a scam. I am not sure why they are allowed to do this??? Playing with people’s minds, using psychological tricks – I came back after few weeks break from Coral slots and I won 3 times in a row, so it looked like it was worth to stay and play more. I have given up complaining to support. Games do not load on the desktop; they used to load one time in ten, but now that figure has gone up considerably. Support would blame the browser. Makes no difference if I use Firefox, Firefox developer edition (clean install, no addons), Edge. Same lack of loading. Recently they blame the internet connection. As my internet connection is, thanks to a very clued up provider, nicely reliable thankyou, and I see absolutely no packet loss on my line nor any part of my network, these are just delaying tactics and and just ignoring the customer in the hope that someone will figure out what’s wrong, which they wont unless they actually look into the issues.Games do (usually) load on the mobile, via the same internet connection, and usually, but not today, stay running. Using mobile data makes no difference, but this comes as no surprise.When they do load, the delay between spins is sometimes of the order of 20 seconds, seemingly at random. Occasionally the delay is too long, and the game quits with the very helpful message ‘An error has occurred’If, after using some part of the site, I go back to the main sports homepage, it loads, then it loads, then it loads, then it loads, then it loads, then it loads, then it loads, then it loads, then I give up and close the session.Absolutely none of the ‘live’ games are affected by this. They work fine, but that figures because they are provided by Playtech. Some slot games do load every time, and it is the CR Games which are the worst offenders for slow or failure to load.I suspect (but have no direct evidence) that it is a poor defence against some kind of denial-of-service attack, which the company have attracted many times in the past, but nobody is allowed to admit anything because it might harm the share price.

Don’t waste your time.. quick enough to take money out of your account but when it comes to playing of there is anymore than 2 people playing the slots it takes ages to spin. Looking at around 2 minutes for it to stop spinning then another 30 seconds for you actually spin again.. the site is a joke.. 40 minutes to make 30 spins.

Haven’t used coral in about 2 years due to the app being slow and unresponsive. Updated the app recently and so tonight attempted to play the slots again. I didnt think the app could get any worse. Each spin took well over a minute. Had 5 spins and just withdrew my money as it would have taken about an hour for about 30 spins. It had to worst betting app out there. Safe to say i wont be back

This company does not give a sh”one”t for its customers. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Coral Customer Service and Complaints departments. My account was blocked on 26th July 2023. I provided all evidence requested by Coral to confirm the account was being used legally. On 8th September Coral’s customer service team confirmed ‘they found no evidence or discrepancies to suggest unauthorised use’. My last email was sent on 28th September and no reply received not even a holding response. I have between £550- £600 in the account that I have been unable to access for the last 10+ weeks.

If I could give minus stars I would. Complete shambles of an company and app. You cannot contact customer services or complain about anything. The app is so slow its unreal and that’s if it doesnt keep dropping out and you have to reload several times to place one bet. It just took me 50 minutes to play 30 spins, I had to reload 6 times. Where do I begin. I have never played a casino that has so many dead spins. ZEUS is my ultimate favourite game but to get trigger 3 or more blue hands is impossible. Once you start winning then trouble begins. My money was held hostage for winning including my deposit. And the reason they gave me so far for is that because I “self-excluded from Ladbrokes”.I joined this company in 2011/12 and they merged with Ladbrokes (entrain) in 2016. I have been playing whilst losing yet none of them came up with such a miscalculated excuse to steal my money. They claim because I temporarily joined Ladbrokes way after I joined coral they suddenly felt they had to run “security checks”(1) If that was the case, why did these clowns allow my deposits and some withdrawals for years later after they merged.?(2) I have been playing for another 7 years after their merger! why did they not bring this nonsense up whilst I played and lost.Worst of all even my own deposit is held. Take screenshots and make sure you take them to IBAS and remind them what gambling Act 2005 states. There after, you make sure the company compensates you for the stress and inconvenience.

They only want you when you are losing. When you win back the little you have lost, issues start.I have been playing this week after a long break due to losing constantly. For some reason I decided to play some slots on Coral website. Whilst I was depositing my money and losing, these people had no issues, but as soon as I started winning a few pounds, they suddenly restricted my account and asked me to upload one of the documents on their list which was my bank statement.As soon as I uploaded my bank statement, they said they needed more documentation which they did not specify. How am I supposed to know which ones they need.I contacted them via chat but I was not given any answers except telling me that they were conducting security checks whilst holding my withdrawals and my deposit still in my/their account. Am wondering why it took them so long to conduct so called security checks and not at any time for the many years I have been with them.This is habit of taking customer’s winnings without a good reason must stop. I am planning on taking my concerns further regardless of whether they give me my money or not. They have done so to many people who sometimes don’t get their money back. Never a known site that doesn’t allow you to know when a JP has been won. Contacted customer service about this and they advised that they are unable to tell you when a JP has been won, and the only way you will know is if you actually win one. They don’t share any of this information to players which I think it absolutely awful. This is the only site I know of that doesn’t announce when a JP has been won or allow you to see the winners. What a scam
