Every time I receive a free bet I have to contact customer support to use it. This can take hours to get replies via messenger.Requested a £70 withdrawal 6 days ago and I’m still waiting. If there was a choice for no stars I would give it. They have just fraudently taken £160 out of my bank account. I placed £10 on the promise of £50 new customer. Got given £30 as in the space of me calling up their new customer sign up had changed but not been updated on their website. Within 30 mins of speaking to their advisor 4x £40 was taken from me. Update no 6 another £80 in losses on the same game. Barely any wins again above what the £1 it costs to spin and when you do its proceeded by 8 to 10 spins of nothing. The bonus metre has been maxed out for days on end but just will not drop no matter how many symbols come up for it. Absolutely no reason for it to be doing this other than it being an rigged game. O.K. to everyone who moans about losing money I have the answer to all your problems…STOP GAMBLING problem solved. As for coral’s free tournaments the points that you get in total are manipulated to a lower number on the leaderboard. So after 30 spins it says points total for example 356points, however if you check later on you will find that your points total has magically dropped down to 294. So is this to favour there bots winning as to pay out less ??????

This company can improve by being more fair with the RTP, not sure if it’s because it’s coming up to Christmas and they want to pay themselves extra bonuses or something but god damn I’m About -3600 in the hole over last 30 days just from smaller slot spins with no substantial win, absolute joke. I understand on making sure no under age bets fully support that. But I don’t understand where a company asked to verify ID after I have used them for a number of yrs and open the account in person in a shop. I can get a loan out or get credit cards with zero ID I am told I hav to produce ID to bet. So I took back constant I will take my business elsewhere. I was told when closing down my account I could top up I could bet but I couldn’t withdraw why on earth would I want to entertain that. It all started quite well with coral and then went downhill fast. It must be at least 15 to 20 sessions now where I have not won anything. Thousands of pounds in losses. I only play one game and it’s got so bad you can guarantee you stick £20 in you’ll be wiped out within 2 minutes. It’s a shame there is no loyalty to good customers who play alot. worst site i have ever come across ,from the casino play to there staff on chat and on the phone all based in the Philippines none of them and i mean none of them know there job ,all automated responses and when you ring my god you cant even communicate with you,. The supervisor is never available and everything they say they are going to do takes 24 hours and then you don’t hear from them again ,. So I signed upto coral everything was fine on signup said I was fully verified so then I went ahead & deposited.. after deposited I placed £5 on sports which I received my free bet that won.. I also deposited to play the £30 casino bonus.. luckily I won with the casino bonus & managed to get a withdraw able amount of £1500.. I then went to withdraw before I went to sleep thinking Christmas will be paid for sorted… I wake up in the morning go on my account to find it’s shut down & only way can have my money is to send ID… Now I don’t mind sending the ID but they are asking for things a genuinely don’t possess.. I haven’t been lucky enough to go abroad so never had passport also never drove so don’t have a driving license.. I do have a birth certificate but not sure if sufficient, they also want a picture of me with the ID I don’t own.. I don’t own a phone capable of doing this! It looks like they don’t want to help me out & would rather keep my money that I won fair I would recommend anyone to have a think about signing up because they don’t like it when you win from them & shut accounts down & withhold pending withdrawals..
