I have had restrictions placed on my account for some time. However I was allowed to play the Rewards Grabber game and lost nearly every day. Having won 80 gold coins I have now been told I can’t collect these. I regard this as theft. I have now been restricted from playing the game – I get a message on screen to contact Customer Services and then they say there is nothing they can do. I would welcome Simon Clare’s opinion on how I have been treated.

I’ve deposited thousands and not a single win, If you get a bonus on any slot it will pay less than 10x no matter the stake, and then they blame it on you having a gambling problem, which makes no sense seeing as though they don’t even let you win, they just want you to keep depositing, it’s just daylight robbery. Corrupt!!Don’t bet with this company. I deposited money to bet on a horse race. Once deposited – they then told me I couldn’t place the bet, which was fine. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Coral.Having been a customer with Coral for years I was surprised to get an email off them the other day telling me I was no longer entitled to bonuses on the sportsbook and that my bets in future maybe restricted and i was no longer entiled to best odds guaranteed. The bonuses that Coral give are the only things that make it viable to place a bet with them as their prices are constantly lower than other bookmakers. Oh well I thought at least I could still use the casino bonuses but that all stopped this morning too.I then tried to place a £5 bet on the win market for horse racing and got a message saying that the maximum bet I could place was 10p. Corals website is broken and the problem is with them as all other sites and games work perfectly on my PC. When you complain to them about this they just give you rubbish advice about reloading the game or clearing cookies. Shocking games with little payout. Didn’t ever think a site could be so bad! To spend 400 quid on a game at a pound a go and the highest win in that 400 quid was 16 quid!! I have tried so many times to change my password and the links NEVER come to my email. This is because when I type my DOB the computer system always says it is wrong. When I phone or go to the live chat they always say no my DOB is correct and tell me to delete my history and repeat the process. I have done this so many times. I explained to them and they have even sent me a link but it states a technical error! They cannot set me up a new account! This doesn’t change the fact they have a problem on their side. I have had a Corals connect account for around twenty years and have managed things perfectly well.I an disabled with among more issues,a brain injury.I made reference to the said injury during correspendsence with Corals yesterday and regardless of the fact I have had no issues, Corals immediately suspended my account.They were happy to take my money for over twenty years but have now shown that they are biased against disabled people.
