They give you restricted funds and then take the full balance for there Quantum roulette game . Not the first time its happened .. The bloody numbers at the bottom where the tokens are is that small you cannot even see what you putting on absolute joke . When coral went under “maintenance” a couple of weeks ago, it’s gone awful. Also tiki slots game if u hit the jackpot, u have too smash the fire balls. It doesn’t let you. U will press and press and nothing happens coz they don’t want u winning the big jackpot. Happens all the time. Plus the welcome bonus is a joke. U have too spend 2grand in 30 days to get your winnings?! That’s insane. Piggy games if he bursts you will never get the big jackpot always the green. The smallest one possible. It’s hugely rigged. Hello So this morning I tried again, roulette fireball.Started £300.I spun 20+ covering 12 numbers.Again not only did the fireball feature never activate I hit 4 times, but it kept repeating numbers that I did not have.Sorry coral are crooks, the games a stupidly rigged, and by some miracle if you hit a number and win, that will be your win for another 13 tob15 spins.Never again, I wanted to try and prove a point to myself I was thinking I can’t always loose, but yet again I did.

This company needs investigating by the Gambling Commision! I’ve been playing on this site for quite a long time. I only play with the funds won on the free games.Recently I had won quite a bit and decided to withdraw £50. Next thing I found my account locked. They messaged saying they needed all my ID, passport, Driving Licence, Utility bill etc. I provided all the information. Account remained locked. Did a number of their online chats, only to be told account closed. During one I was told ‘Having checked here, I already confirm that we have already received the documents that you sent to us, and it is fine to continue any pending cashout’.When the £50 didn’t arrive in my bank, I’ve been on the chat again only to be told ‘I can confirm that your withdrawal has been declined as you are not entitled to it. I’m afraid’.They refuse to give any reason why account was closed or why the withrdrawal has been stopped. Looking online, I find this same thing has happened to many people. They want people to gamble but they don’t want to pay out !

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on here about this particular casino. In my opinion, Coral are great and they always payout when you win (I’ve had two big wins recently and some smaller ones, too) while only playing with them for a short period of time. They have all my favorite games I enjoy to play and they pay your winnings within the hour. Not bad if you ask me…Thanks Coral!

A slot game froze on my win so I contacted the live chat. The first bloke told me to wait 24 hours which I did. I then spoke to a lady the next day who spent the next hour making me out to be a liar and told me I was owed nothing, not understanding much of what I was saying to then after an hour of denying it told me another team is going to investigate it! When I asked why she spent an hour denying it she went right back to refusing I was owed anything! I ended the conversation and she mailed coral support to let them know of the situation. Got a generic email back that said they put the winnings into my account. I emailed them back and said it’s less about the money and more about your staff lying and being incompetent, they didn’t bother replying to that so here we are. Pretty standard bookie until you have to speak to customer services then it becomes a nightmare.

On the 11/11/2023 I placed a football accumulator with corals and watching closely at there app scores I was up in all my bets with the cash out at £97, one of the bets I placed was between Falkirk v Edinburgh city the score being 2-1. At approximately 16.40 the corals app posted goal for Edinburgh which made it 2-2, the cash out was reduced to £30 of which I took.When watching all the results on Sky Sports the the actual score was Falkirk 2 Edinburgh 1, the app on corals posted an incorrect score completely, then looking at the stats Edinburgh had 6 shots and only one on target.Since then I have emailed Corals complaining about this and now being out of pocket due to them posting an incorrect score. I’ve had several emails back but nothing saying I was right in complaining.Then last night they blocked my account so had to email them asking to unblock of which they did but suspended my account from betting. I’ve managed to withdraw all of the money in the account. Absolutely disgusted at the way I’ve been treated by Corals

Coral I played roulette covering 13 numbers all around the zero, I hit twice in 25 spins, £100 per spin, this was on fireball roulette, this game never activated either. I had a break, again three weeks later i spun 18 times and again it kept missing all of my numbers i believe i hit 1 number whch was zero. Tbh it’s one of my favourite apps. It does pay out I’ve won quite a bit, yes I’ve also lost a bit but that’s gambling. Always been quick withdrawals, customer service has always been fast and always been helpful. I won money on smart rewards and it wasn’t working, spoke to coral put it my account straight away. Coral are scammers!I deposit £20 and afterwards decided that I wanted my deposit back. They then required ID for the withdrawal so I sent them my BRP, passport, utility bill and a photo of myself holding my passport – after this for whatever reason they then closed my account permanently stating it was an irreversible decision. Coral stated I had broken their T&C and did not give me any answer on what T&C I broke. This is a complete and utter scam. Coral have broken licensing regulations. 17.1.1 – Customer identity verificationA request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal.Bookmakers shouldn’t hold onto your money unfairly.Find another company to use, Coral are thief’s and break licencing regulations.

Free tournement games dont load. just says error every time. I play the slots on a number of sites and the chances of winning on Corals is the worst. I give up with them. It’s really bad casino ,last year I used to be able to withdraw after depositing and winnings in some slots but now it’s keep lagging so it’s feel like rigged in every single slot I play . Like all Etain sites I’m chat banned for life so thought I’d try coral slots as bingo not great but fiver gone and nothing so closed coral for break. Not being able to chat is hard, I use foxy free as lost interest in gala closed that but coral you cannot win. When I try to play the free tournaments (only happens with the fruit machine type games) it shows an error after trying to connect for 10-30 seconds. It only seems to do it though after midday and I’ve not idea why.Sometimes it starts to load the game with the creators icon then says an error has occurred, reload the game.Most of the time though, the error is “the connection was reset”.I tried different browsers on my laptop and all had the same issue, however if I load it on my mobile phone (an S10+), 99% of the times it loads fine without any issues.

Just read all of the negative reviews; that should give you full warning to not open an account with Coral, or to close your current account. Long time customers, “ do you notice a trend that you are not going to win no matter how much you play?” Change the bet on slots, you then get a near miss for bonus or Scatter; you will get bonus when you bet the lowest bet. I think I’m going to close account as Coral just takes.

If they went any slower they’d stop, you have to wait nearly half hour for results to settle and longer again for your winnings. It’s the slowest app out there and prices always shorter than other betting sites. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
