They fix football matches, countless times bet on a sure winner inplay like 0.5 goals soon as I place the bet the teams start passing the ball around the back slowly not trying to go forward, soon as the bet loses they go and score 3 or 4 goals, this isn’t a one off this happens every time I bet, they must call the officials and speak to them through the ear piece who passes info on to the players it’s not normal. even a team whos 1/10 fave go 0-2 down at home that’s impossible without it being fixed.

I fancied a change from my other online bingo sites so joined up to CORAL. I’m 54 so you can imagine I’ve lots of experience with bingo. Just thought I would check this site out in regards to Coral to see if anyone else has had a negative experience like I have. Well, 90% 1 star! This lot need to be investigated! I have been taking part in their casino tournaments and it’s been a slow, slow, small gain but all of a sudden they won’t let me take part in the tournaments with no explanation. I tried to get it sorted and was given multiple instructions, implying it was a technical fault but then hours later get a rude agent telling me that it’s not available to me and that’s that. Sound unscrupulous to me.

The worse decision I have ever made in my life was rejoining this casino 3 months ago.£2559 I have deposited. I play between 50p to £1 spins. I have made zero withdrawals. Nothing. I think I’ve had two bonuses in the past month that paid over 100x. The rest all pay between 5x – 20x. It costs about 80x to 200x to get a bonus. Good luck to you if you place an accumulator with any site in the ladbrokes/coral group. The cash out feature is redundant. They’ll class a football bet, as part of an accumulator as losing even if the team you’ve backed are a goal ahead.When I contacted them they hide behind generic messages and gloss over the issue. Insisting on waiting til the final result, when it’s irrelevant, the issue is with the live score and their reluctancy to acknowledge how it impacts cash out value.Twice in 2 accumulators this organisation have classed a winning 1-0 lead as a loss for over 25 mins. It used to pay back some money, or you were able to win something, but recently it seems like just taking money of players, so yes, it becomes a scam. I am not sure why they are allowed to do this??? I have given up complaining to support. Games do not load on the desktop; they used to load one time in ten, but now that figure has gone up considerably. Support would blame the browser. Makes no difference if I use Firefox, Firefox developer edition (clean install, no addons), Edge. Same lack of loading. Recently they blame the internet connection. Don’t waste your time.. quick enough to take money out of your account but when it comes to playing of there is anymore than 2 people playing the slots it takes ages to spin. Haven’t used coral in about 2 years due to the app being slow and unresponsive. Updated the app recently and so tonight attempted to play the slots again. I didnt think the app could get any worse. Each spin took well over a minute. Had 5 spins and just withdrew my money as it would have taken about an hour for about 30 spins. It had to worst betting app out there. Safe to say i wont be back

This company does not give a sh”one”t for its customers. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Coral Customer Service and Complaints departments. My account was blocked on 26th July 2023. I provided all evidence requested by Coral to confirm the account was being used legally. On 8th September Coral’s customer service team confirmed ‘they found no evidence or discrepancies to suggest unauthorised use’. My last email was sent on 28th September and no reply received not even a holding response. I have between £550- £600 in the account that I have been unable to access for the last 10+ weeks.

If I could give minus stars I would. Complete shambles of an company and app. You cannot contact customer services or complain about anything. The app is so slow its unreal and that’s if it doesnt keep dropping out and you have to reload several times to place one bet. It just took me 50 minutes to play 30 spins, I had to reload 6 times. Customer service is robotic even when you explain the problem, they don’t understand or don’t care. The Coral Coin feature is utterly useless and never works.
