I’ve noticed that this is the only site where the slots casino games RTP is below 22% for every game I play. This means it’s rigged by a staff member who’s interfered with the cash return to player or they don’t update their games which then dint pay out on the old software. Take joker x sparkle for example, once you have a payout the bonus won’t activate even if you put in £3000.00 it won’t recognise that it should play the bonus. After over 30 years as a coralCustomer I feel the need to express the fact that my local shop seems to close every day or certainly most during the week because apparently they have no staff. Thought it was a massive company making massive profits but apparently can’t pay someone minimum wage to keep the shop open while racing is actually going on. Since December, I have gone to Corals on at least 5 occasions during business hours, when they have been completely closed, or there is a sign in the window saying temporarily closed, we will open as soon as possible. I think I will just take my business to Betfred, which is near Coral. Either Coral staff are just sciving off, or they have no staff.

I have £19.50 in account yet they wont let me make a withdrawal and now my account has been restricted and I have no access. I queried this and they sent me a long list of documents I need to send as proof. I have never had a passport, driving licence, council tax in partners name and now they want me to get a citizens card as proff of ID. This costs £18!!! This is a strange outfit. Both my wife and I have had accounts for some time, and have generally been quite happy. Our bets were relatively modest, but consistent, and we’re probably just about on level terms. First of all my wife got a strange email telling her that her account would be restricted, and that she would be excluded from any promotions, etc. No explanation given, so she promptly closed her account. A couple of days ago I got the same message. I asked for an explanation, but just got a lot of meaningless waffle so now I have closed my account too. I have no idea what this nonsense is all about, but who needs it when there are tons of bookmakers out there all begging for customers.

Can’t give 0. After being regular customer for over 7 Years,today they shortchanged me out of £114.50.I didn’t check my winnings as they’re normally ok, but when got home,they’d only gave me £500 instead of £614.50. Customer Support called them,the girl BLATANTLY lied,and contradicted herself, says i only cashes 1 receipt for £260 and 2 for £60 each,which is false,also if she’s lying saying I’d only cashed £320,why did she give me £500? Having raised a Complaint about an illegal deduction of just over £40 Coral Complaints procedure needs 28 days to resolve that should take less than hour to resolve by someone with any knowledge of betting unfortunately Coral the Scammer needs 28 Days to resolve. The RTP on the slots remain constantly dead and impartially crap. gambling always comes with a risk of losing but this is not just a risk it’s an absolute guarantee. When losing is an absolute guarantee is it really gambling anymore? Wouldn’t it be easier to just transfer the money straight to coral Ladbrokes account as it saves time choosing the slot game, spinning the reels and watching the animations drain the balance to zero.
