Coral. Another site that never pays a decent win. There bet 5 get 5 promotions are rubbish and not worth the headache. Also been restricted from the grabber promotion because I won £5 off 5 free spins. Pathetic. There’s no money to be won on slots and there promotions are extremely well calculated. Absolute joke company (same as Ladbrokes) . I opened a new account as they got a big range of slots which I really liked but after depositing a good amount and losing I managed to win it back. Next day my account was closed. Asked in their live chat the reason, no explanation and also asked them to call me and explain. Guess what ?! never received any call.That’s okey with me as I’ve got other casino accounts being a loyal customer for years. You lost another customer, well done guys!

Been playing with coral for years, won some lost some. Not here to have a go at losing its the way they all are but am really annoyed that my account got suspended because all of a sudden they want a bank statement to show I can afford to gamble. Am a responsible gamer, I have deposited limits always have. I was going to leave coral after I felt hard done by regarding a bet settlement. The bet I placed won but was settled as a void bet which in my view was incorrect, after originally speaking to customer services and not getting the decision reviewed I made it clear I would be leaving coral and refusing to bet with them again. As a loyal customer I felt let down. Customer services then must have read my feedback and got in touch and offered me a £10 free bet as compensation if I changed my mind and stayed with them, as they valued my custom, I accepted and reversed my decision. Fair play to them.

Gutted to write this and such a long time after the event! In 2020 I played the slots many different ones. I got my money up to 10,000 and Al thought I had pop ups from the site warning me how long I had been on the site. The site let me put all my money back and in!

Opened a Coral to have a £5 flutter on the Grand National. Really wish I hadn’t. The website is awful. Took ages to sign in and must have made my selections a dozen times. Eventually it asked for my deposit but never got past that stage. After an hour of trying to pay, I gave up. This morning I thought I may as well close the account. I emailed my request to delete/cancel my account and they emailed back saying the following…”We would like to inform you that following a standard security review and in line with our Terms and Conditions, your account has been closed. Please check our website for additional information. Note that you cannot reopen this account or open new accounts with us and in case you do, we reserve the right to close them without previous notice and confiscate the funds in them”.What a cheek!! The reply makes it sound like I’m a criminal, not just a person who wants to close their account because the website was useless.Save yourself some stress and don’t open a Coral account.

Their web page is terrible. Opened an account and saved details. I placed 4 bets totalling £10 on the Grand National. Next day I tried to log in and my password was wrong although I had saved it. I opened the confirmation email from them when I joined and entered the same password via the link and it recognised it. My bets had disappeared off my bet slip. I then bet another £4 on the race. After the race I checked all my bets and one was missing off the list. How is it possible to bet £14 and the bet slips add up to £12? I’ve withdrawn my money and will use another site.

Signed up for free £5 bet on the national after making £5 bet. No free bet arrived and wasted 1 hour trying to get help .. the staff are useless. Ended up cashing out my bet at a cost of 50p as there’s no way I’ll deal with a company that lies and provides such appalling customer support.

Terrible company that are obviously in partnership with Ladbrokes as I got an email from both companies on exactly the same day with the same text in both word for word. Entice new customers in with free bets etc but they’re only looking for losers. As soon as I had a winning bet they restricted my account. I can now only place a 1 pound and 14 pence bet!! I created an account with Coral two years ago or so. Recently, I tried logging in & could not. My account was suspended. After contacting customer services, I was told I had duplicate accounts but could not be given any more information.This has terrified me, I know I have not created duplicate account, it can only mean someone else used my details. Coral flat our refused to give me any information at all about this duplicate account.I have changed all my bank details, passwords, I sold my laptop and bought a new one in case I have spyware on it.I am mentally drained wondering what else these Id thieves may have done, but Coral are completely unwilling to help. They state that no information can be given. I think such behaviour is irresponsible & they should not be able to operate if they protect ID thieves and scammers.I am looking into contacting proper authorities to demand Coral give me details on my own ID theft, as they refuse to!

Won £85 on a football bet.. Went on the slots and played Kathmandu.. After an 1hr 15 minutes I was down to £19:54 before I logged out.. Giving Coral Bookmakers a one star review is in my opinion extremely generous considering the appalling service received.Having raised a simple straight forward question regarding a horse bet, which I considered a two year old could have answered, Corals dealt with my inquiry by taking away all promotions and they advised they intended to restrict all future bets. Extremely strange behaviour having raised a simple question. Mind you Shelia being the person I dealt with, finished her message by wishing me a nice Wednesday, as the day was “Tuesday” what are the chances of receiving any kind of service when they don’t even know what day of the week it is. It goes without saying following the appalling service received I closed my account. Hopefully for the future Shelia will receive some customer service training!

Coral have a buzzy/desperate feel to their promotions. It’s weird. It’s like they don’t understand or relate to their customers. Logging in is painful, taking advantage of their promos is almost impossible. The vibe is that they’re like a bunch of overexcited half-wits that have (bizarrely) ended up in charge of a branded betting site. Avoid.

Hi coral I’ve read some of these reviews and see that you score one star . I also see your response is scripted yes not every spin on your slots is going to be a win but when people cant win any spin for weeks it one sided big banker big fishing frenzy top my list of what I’ve said. I am a new customer to Coral. I placed a £16 bet and it lost. All was fine. I then placed a £50 bet which won. After that they suspended my account randomly with my funds still in the account. Beware – Read these reviews below. Worst company to deal with. They say they have a Cash Out Feature, yet I’ve never had an option to cash out. I questioned it after quite a few bets/accumulators. Their response – that they dont guarantee cash out/don’t always make it available. When you ask, they can’t even say what sort of bet would give you cash out though. No transparency, just misleading info to entice customers to part with their money. I would have had cash out for sure if I’d used other bookies, e.g.Betfair, William H, SkyBet. Don’t bet with Corals Been with these years and always got to check bets as they say you lost hoping you won’t check. I put a bet on 4 way acc wanted to put 0.20 ew but made a mistake and done £20 ew lol would never do this as only 1 has to lose and your stuffed. They know I never bet that amount ever. Tried to contact support before the races started but they were dragging their heels waiting for it to start can you give me 3 minutes lol bet if it started winning they would have gladly paid me my £40 back. want to share my recent experience with CORAL . I placed bet on 74-75 Watling street London that’s where i work i used to place my bet cash on automatic machine, my bet is a wining bet , after few days i wanted to place another bet where i live at my local CORAL store , i visited 255 poplar high street my local store wanted to use my wining bet slip i won earlier scanned bar code on exact same machine and it is not accepted ? i went to talk to one of the operators at the window and he said your bet was placed in another store that’s why our machine cannot accept it and i cannot help you you need to go back where you made a bet … shocking experience !!! so basically if i placed a bet on another city in UK they will send me back to that city to get my money or place another bet …. called store manager on 255 poplar high street his name was Daren/Darel who cares and he is trying to help me by sending me to another store near by…. basically walking day to see if im lucky to find a store who can help me out use my CORAL slip to place a bet or withdraw the money… disaster i thought CORAL stores they are the same company but it looks they are not . i called customer care they said you are not customer cause you don’t have account with us so we cant help you ….i thought i was customer but apparently i wasn’t again ….i bean treated like a donkey and i wont place a bet knowing they cant help me !
