Where do I begin. I have never played a casino that has so many dead spins. ZEUS is my ultimate favourite game but to get trigger 3 or more blue hands is impossible. Once you start winning then trouble begins. My money was held hostage for winning including my deposit. And the reason they gave me so far for is that because I “self-excluded from Ladbrokes”.I joined this company in 2011/12 and they merged with Ladbrokes (entrain) in 2016. I have been playing whilst losing yet none of them came up with such a miscalculated excuse to steal my money. They claim because I temporarily joined Ladbrokes way after I joined coral they suddenly felt they had to run “security checks”(1) If that was the case, why did these clowns allow my deposits and some withdrawals for years later after they merged.?(2) I have been playing for another 7 years after their merger! why did they not bring this nonsense up whilst I played and lost.Worst of all even my own deposit is held. Take screenshots and make sure you take them to IBAS and remind them what gambling Act 2005 states. There after, you make sure the company compensates you for the stress and inconvenience.

They only want you when you are losing. When you win back the little you have lost, issues start.I have been playing this week after a long break due to losing constantly. For some reason I decided to play some slots on Coral website. Whilst I was depositing my money and losing, these people had no issues, but as soon as I started winning a few pounds, they suddenly restricted my account and asked me to upload one of the documents on their list which was my bank statement.As soon as I uploaded my bank statement, they said they needed more documentation which they did not specify. How am I supposed to know which ones they need.I contacted them via chat but I was not given any answers except telling me that they were conducting security checks whilst holding my withdrawals and my deposit still in my/their account. Am wondering why it took them so long to conduct so called security checks and not at any time for the many years I have been with them.This is habit of taking customer’s winnings without a good reason must stop. I am planning on taking my concerns further regardless of whether they give me my money or not. They have done so to many people who sometimes don’t get their money back. I need a reason why they felt the need to restrict my account abruptly without explanation.I advise people to stay away from these petty thieves. They only want you when you are losing.

Never a known site that doesn’t allow you to know when a JP has been won. Contacted customer service about this and they advised that they are unable to tell you when a JP has been won, and the only way you will know is if you actually win one. They don’t share any of this information to players which I think it absolutely awful. This is the only site I know of that doesn’t announce when a JP has been won or allow you to see the winners. I have had restrictions placed on my account for some time. However I was allowed to play the Rewards Grabber game and lost nearly every day. Having won 80 gold coins I have now been told I can’t collect these. I regard this as theft. I have now been restricted from playing the game – I get a message on screen to contact Customer Services and then they say there is nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Coral.Having been a customer with Coral for years I was surprised to get an email off them the other day telling me I was no longer entitled to bonuses on the sportsbook and that my bets in future maybe restricted and i was no longer entiled to best odds guaranteed. The bonuses that Coral give are the only things that make it viable to place a bet with them as their prices are constantly lower than other bookmakers. Oh well I thought at least I could still use the casino bonuses but that all stopped this morning too.I then tried to place a £5 bet on the win market for horse racing and got a message saying that the maximum bet I could place was 10p. Corals website is broken and the problem is with them as all other sites and games work perfectly on my PC. When you complain to them about this they just give you rubbish advice about reloading the game or clearing cookies.
