Shocking games with little payout. Didn’t ever think a site could be so bad! To spend 400 quid on a game at a pound a go and the highest win in that 400 quid was 16 quid!! Even got the bonus once and a pitiful 8.70 payout! They cannot justify so little return whereas any other site at least you get a game and some entertainment but constant losses and little game time certainly isn’t entertainment. At least Coral won’t get any more from me now.

So pleased I’ve finally woke up and realised I will have nothing to do with this company again. I’ve never met such a rigged roulette. Times I’ve bet every number bar 1. And yes you’re right its the one I didn’t take comes up every time. Or its the next one before or after my number. Or one number comes out 5 times in a row. And soon as you take it you never see it coming out again. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Have had an account online for years tried to login and deposit a couple of days ago and couldn’t it said I couldn’t deposit from the country I am in. Strange I have never left the uk where I have always lived. I go onto chat spend over half and hour back and forth and get no where apart from them telling me my card is registered to the uk that’s why I can’t play. I gave up went back on today to talk to some one else now they are saying my acocunt is registered in jersey and my bank card is from uk so I have to have a bank account in jersey to play. Iv never been to jersey. They are saying they cannot change location and I must have put jersey when I opened the account which I’m certain I didn’t and even if that was the case how have I been able to play and deposit multiple times from my uk registered bank accounts. I have asked for account to be closed and they are saying they cannot do this. They assure my details are safe but in next comment say to open a new account so this lane gets closed and makes sure details are safe! Joke of a company won’t be using again and neither will my girlfriend

It was bad before, but atleast we had rigged free games, they were free. Now we’ve got Coral coins, which have made everything worse. Whoever came up with this idea is an awful employee for customers, but Ladbrokes Coral don’t care about their customers. They’ll literally change the rules of a game if someone wins too much, as to not pay them. Gameshows are just as bad. Please, stay away from these unless all you do is sports betting, and even then they will limit you if you’re too good.

I have tried so many times to change my password and the links NEVER come to my email. This is because when I type my DOB the computer system always says it is wrong. When I phone or go to the live chat they always say no my DOB is correct and tell me to delete my history and repeat the process. I have done this so many times. I explained to them and they have even sent me a link but it states a technical error! They cannot set me up a new account! This doesn’t change the fact they have a problem on their side. I have phoned so many times. They are fools! Just imagine if I had a load of money trapped in my account. Be warned – it is like speaking to a brick wall.

Bet bundles now can only just buy one set i use to look forward to these now and than but I doubt I use them. I don’t often feel compelled to write, but the website is hands down the worst in the business.It gets your temper up, it is that frustrating that I have exited teh site countless more times than I hve backed a horse.When you rate in house then send you a pile of patronising indolent guff about clearing your cache etc.whicha a chimpanzee would try first before complaining. I have had a Corals connect account for around twenty years and have managed things perfectly well.I an disabled with among more issues,a brain injury.I made reference to the said injury during correspendsence with Corals yesterday and regardless of the fact I have had no issues, Corals immediately suspended my account.They were happy to take my money for over twenty years but have now shown that they are biased against disabled people.

Terrible bet settlement times. Had a bet win 3 hours 45 minutes ago and it’s still not been settled. Messaged the customer services after 1 hour 30 minutes and they said they are busy so just wait a bit longer. Not sure how busy they can be on a Thursday morning? Just messaged them again and they’ve now said they need to send a message to their traders and it can take up to 24 hours. Not good at all, it has the green tick on to show the bet has won, all it needs doing is settling.

The worst payouts of any casino I have ever used. Played 3 weeks in a row,£80 a time at 60p per go, never even got a bonus in over 1000 goes. How is this company allowed to do this, surely there has to be rules and regulations. When is some MP or someone with influence going to stop this? I used to play corol all the time I never had any problems withdrawing my money until last week I withdrew my money then I got an email saying they can’t pay me until I can prove my identity with a bank statement I only use online banking so I sent them my statement.shortly ofter I get another email saying the picture is the wrong format so I changed it an they still refuse to give me my money I’m entitled to but are still willing to take my money they are thieves and I will never spend another penny with these robbing baster#@ 😡

I gave a negative review of this site a couple of months ago but I have since changed my mind. I completed a questionnaire Coral sent me with negative comments as I’d deposited lots but had no withdrawals, they credited my account with £20, I withdrew £700 winnings from that £20. I then had a very bad run for a while, again, Coral sent me a questionnaire which I completed honestly. I have since had a very good run over these past few days & I am now actually “up”. I really do like some of the slot games so the odd win is a bonus. Payout has always been within 8 hours through Paypal & almost instantly if I withdraw to my bank. Hopefully my lucky streak will continue but it’s gambling after all so I’ll only deposit what I can afford.

Poor software that doesn’t work constantly. Coral always blame it on my web browser and software, not their software. No customer support as it’s always my problem. Poor odds to add to these issues.Several occasions I have been playing their free games and due to their poor software, have been changed to play – the feeling of being robbed of +£30 by Coral – not nice!
