My husband went into corals to pick up his winnings of over £700 he asked the gentleman on the counter how much he had won he said 490 Mick knows how to work bets out which can be complicated for lots of people he of course queried it and said it was wrong, the man behind the counter rang different places about 5 calls in total and guess what the computers had a glitch and didn’t pay best odds yesterday, if my husband didn’t know how to work his winnings out to the penny he would have been down £200 or so. This is unbelievable how many people today wouldn’t realise and have been over the moon with what had been put into their account. I am not a gambler but am incensed with this so I am contacting the newspapers!

Had a bet on a football match was going ok than 60 mins when it was looking good on my bet the cash out disappeared. For the remainder of the game. I understand when its stuff going on or if its near the end of time. But 30 odd mins of cash out suspended is a tab a Mickley take will never use for football bets again its a shame as did like the bet bundles but a matter of principle. I wonder if I am not meeting their target on spend and that’s why access to my account has been blocked (along with Ladbrokes). I’ll take that as a compliment. Coral at Redhill. today i went into the shop placed 1 bet which won, then i placed a second bet which also won when i approached the counter the employe there a L BAKER refused to pay my bets, i recently played at Kingston coral and Guildford coral with no issues but today this person not only refused to pay the bet but abused me verbally calling me a Moron and ordering me out of the shop. I called customer services and discovered it goes back to 2017 when i asked the manager at Dorking to self exclude me for a year, he put a trespass notice on me as i couldn’t then provide a photo for the self exclusion, so this is the point 2 winning bets taken and now i have to send my slips into customer services with no guarantee that the winnings will be honoured ! Totally unfair to take a bet then not pay on that winning bet, then abused in the shop and told to leave like i was a criminal i am appalled by the treatment i received what kind of betting organisation is this !! AVOID.

Talksport have a very low pinion of their listeners and they hope their listeners are too uneducated and stupid to notice. They have constant adverts every 10 minutes about gambling to make sure their listeners gamble and hope they become addicted. Even when the adverts have finished the presenters are contracted to start advertising coral or ladbrokes when they should be talking sport not odds. Trustpilot will remove my true review in order to make sure talksport do not lose any listeners and that talksport keep making money adverting gambling and putting vulnerable listeners at risk. Customer service is just DISGUSTING. I also had some divvy telling me he’s not allowing me to have my winning bet. And he also closed my account. I’ve been constantly asking for a subject access request. But every email goes ignored. And nothing gets dealt with over the phone. I will now contact the information commissioner’s office who will of course get my subject access request.

Well I decided to have a few bets on the golf after an email from corals so I accessed my corals app and made a few bets , problem was I didn’t have my glasses and accidentally placed a bet for 10 times what I intended , didn’t think it was a problem as with bet 365 you can cancel it or cash out as the event had not started, with corals you can’t , if you place a bet by mistake you can’t stop it or cancel , this is rediculous and a bad call by corals , if they don’t change this I won’t ever use them again , avoid at all cost or it could be costly , it was for me , not happy

I signed up today (9th February 2023) & received an email saying my account had been verified & that I was able to make deposits & withdrawals.Decided to make 2 deposit transactions (£40 each transaction so a total of £80). Coral suspended my account, they said “Suspicious activity” as the reason for suspension, I said I only place 3X £ 1 Singles and a £1 ew trebles, on horse racing or the occasional £10 win.I received a reply stating, No reason has to be given, you are suspended forever.I asked for my balance to be returned to my bank account, and they said No.There must be something mentally wrong with them.

I signed up to coral 6 months ago and placed several deposits and made a number of bets. On Tuesday 31st January I placed a £10 6 fold acca across horses and football so I could enjoy watching the sport with my grandson. Remarkably it came in and I won £640 approximately. I then withdrew the winnings and went to bed a happy lady. Unfortunately I woke the next day to discover an email saying my account was closed and I needed to take several steps to verify (a couple of which I wouldn’t be able to do immediately). This goes against UK gambling commission rules that a withdrawal can’t be stopped for verification. When I contacted them to point this out they advised me to raise a complaint. I then raised a complaint only to receive a reply advising it would take 28 days to get back to me. Coral had 6 months to verify my account and have chose to do so when I won. I repeat this is a blatant disregard for rules set out by the UK gambling commission. Dont gamble with coral they will look for excuses to not pay if you win. Terrible experience

I have played slots a fair bit recently, so far I’ve won back what I’ve put in plus a little bit more. I deposit using paypal & my winnings are in my account within 8 hours. There’s a great range of games that I enjoy playing, some I’ve played on other sites, some that are new to me. Terrible customer service. Terrible odds. Terrible app, its slow and doesn’t refresh. Well short of competitors in all departments. Settling bets wrong on a regular basis. Take to long to sort there errors. Only price boost horses when they have information from stable staff that its a non tryer or the have received a large bet for a different horse in the race. They don’t give you value for your buck, there competitors do price boost the best backed horses of the day, like hills n betfred in particular. You get absolutely zero free bets for loyalty even when you gamble £600 a month, still no free bets. There shops are filled with incompetent staff who have no clue about gambling whatsoever. 1 star and there lucky to even get that.

Simple enough to use. Downside is I can only bet on races as far as 2 days ahead. So if a jockey I follow is racing more than 2 days away, I can’t bet on them. I’m sure this must skew the odds. It also means if I am busy I may forget to place the bet. Not the first time I have lost out because of this. An explanation as to why races can only be bet on up to 48hrs in advance might be nice. If I went into a betting shop there would not be this issue.

Rare betting shop visit, but usual nonsense entails,I rarely go into betting shops nowadays, as the staff serving are generally scum of the earth (particularly in the case of William Hill, who seem to take on the most vile, dishonest, surly and low life filth you would ever come across), and the punters aren’t what they were, you used to have good crack, but that time has long passed. I digress.Today, I went into the Coral’s at Redhill to put a bet on, I went up just before the race was due to start and there was no one at the till….. So unprofessional these places. I simply walked out and said quietly, I can’t get my bet on. This was met by a tirade from the loud mouthed, abrasive, aggressive manager who as apparently serving… This woman, who has been manager in the same shop about 50% of the time I’ve gone in (I’ve probably been in about 8 times in the past year and a half) always seems to be very loud, angry and aggressive, very much a deterrent, the best simile I can use is a pit bull on heat in severe pain.Rather than take on the first person out on parole or released from a mental asylum, or recovering from some anti social affliction, Corals need to think long and hard about the people they employ and the effects they have on the punter (their bread and butter after all). 1 star in an injustice to how low and thoroughly unpleasant places I regard betting shops now.Personally, I will refrain from going to Corals anymore if that animal is working behind the counter.

SCAMMERS!! On the 17th I placed a bet of £300 at the Barking Store. When I returned next day with the ticket I was told that the ticket shows as “invalid” and was advised to contact customer service. I followed the instruction and called customer services who told me that my ticket was cashed out 20 minutes after I placed it and I was told that they will look into it and get back to me in 48H.Today 9 days later after a lot of chasing they contacted me with their decision that they will not be paying out the ticket as their investigation concluded that I cashed out the ticket in an other store???!!! And they also stated that I had an altercation with the staff members. Neither of the two was true. So I cashed out my ticket and I’m calling them to steal £300 of them?? This is a joke. Anyway please avoid this company for your own good, I will be reporting to the police and look into other options too.
