I bin using coral for 5 years and I lost all the time. Only play poker so is not possible to loose all the time. Just realised when I join different company and in the last year I do alot better then using coral.

So, I won £800 on the Irish lottery. i spend about £100 a week, just on the Irish. I had a rare win and when I went to collect, the guy (Akesk, Maypole, Birmingham branch) said he could not pay out. Tried to kepp my ticket. He then showed me a picture of some crack head, who was barred, so he could not pay me. I grabbed the ticket and got paid out at another branch, as i was supposed to.Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy.The only similarity between me and the photo was that we are both white and both bald! Restricted stakes to 80p Went to place a bet on a horse and it came up my max stake is 80p. Tried other bets and was only allowed to place penny stakes. The reason? Because I’m a winning player. So basically what coral do is the moment you start winning they restrict you to penny stakes so your account is worthless and you have to close it to stop them processing your data for the rest of your life. Its unethical and basically there advertising something that doesnt exist because if you win you get booted off by them by reducing your stakes so your account is unusable. Have you worked out the scam yet?. Losing players fine. Winning players restrict em so they cant bet! Coral you make millions and you cant even allow a winning player to bet £5 ew on a horse. Please do not respond to this review that its account specific blah blah and to contact blah blah. We both know there is nothing you will do to rectify the situation. Some one needs to contact regulators and get these scumbags to put losing players only welcome on their adverts. First of all deposit with my card no problem and now when I tried to withdrawal my winnings it have been 4 days already and still pending and they said that I and the card under different name and keep holding my fund now even though when my other 2 withdrawal goes through and all okay. Absolute joke company (same as Ladbrokes) . I opened a new account as they got a big range of slots which I really liked but after depositing a good amount and losing I managed to win it back. Next day my account was closed. Asked in their live chat the reason, no explanation and also asked them to call me and explain. Not here to have a go at losing its the way they all are but am really annoyed that my account got suspended because all of a sudden they want a bank statement to show I can afford to gamble. I was going to leave coral after I felt hard done by regarding a bet settlement. The bet I placed won but was settled as a void bet which in my view was incorrect, after originally speaking to customer services and not getting the decision reviewed I made it clear I would be leaving coral and refusing to bet with them again. As a loyal customer I felt let down. Customer services then must have read my feedback and got in touch and offered me a £10 free bet as compensation if I changed my mind and stayed with them, as they valued my custom, I accepted and reversed my decision. Fair play to them.

Opened a Coral to have a £5 flutter on the Grand National. Really wish I hadn’t. The website is awful. Took ages to sign in and must have made my selections a dozen times. Eventually it asked for my deposit but never got past that stage. After an hour of trying to pay, I gave up. This morning I thought I may as well close the account. I emailed my request to delete/cancel my account and they emailed back saying the following…”We would like to inform you that following a standard security review and in line with our Terms and Conditions, your account has been closed. Their web page is terrible. Opened an account and saved details. I placed 4 bets totalling £10 on the Grand National. Next day I tried to log in and my password was wrong although I had saved it. I opened the confirmation email from them when I joined and entered the same password via the link and it recognised it. My bets had disappeared off my bet slip. I then bet another £4 on the race. After the race I checked all my bets and one was missing off the list. How is it possible to bet £14 and the bet slips add up to £12? I’ve withdrawn my money and will use another site.

Terrible company that are obviously in partnership with Ladbrokes as I got an email from both companies on exactly the same day with the same text in both word for word. Entice new customers in with free bets etc but they’re only looking for losers. As soon as I had a winning bet they restricted my account. I can now only place a 1 pound and 14 pence bet!! I created an account with Coral two years ago or so. Recently, I tried logging in & could not. My account was suspended. After contacting customer services, I was told I had duplicate accounts but could not be given any more information.This has terrified me, I know I have not created duplicate account, it can only mean someone else used my details. Coral flat our refused to give me any information at all about this duplicate account.I have changed all my bank details, passwords, I sold my laptop and bought a new one in case I have spyware on it.I am mentally drained wondering what else these Id thieves may have done, but Coral are completely unwilling to help. They state that no information can be given. I think such behaviour is irresponsible & they should not be able to operate if they protect ID thieves and scammers.I am looking into contacting proper authorities to demand Coral give me details on my own ID theft, as they refuse to!

Won £85 on a football bet.. Went on the slots and played Kathmandu.. After an 1hr 15 minutes I was down to £19:54 before I logged out.. Giving Coral Bookmakers a one star review is in my opinion extremely generous considering the appalling service received.Having raised a simple straight forward question regarding a horse bet, which I considered a two year old could have answered, Corals dealt with my inquiry by taking away all promotions and they advised they intended to restrict all future bets. Extremely strange behaviour having raised a simple question. Mind you Shelia being the person I dealt with, finished her message by wishing me a nice Wednesday, as the day was “Tuesday” what are the chances of receiving any kind of service when they don’t even know what day of the week it is. It goes without saying following the appalling service received I closed my account. Hopefully for the future Shelia will receive some customer service training!

Coral have a buzzy/desperate feel to their promotions. It’s weird. It’s like they don’t understand or relate to their customers. Logging in is painful, taking advantage of their promos is almost impossible.
