This is taking to another level now, my last 5 bonuses I’ve a total off £1.74p off a pound a spin and I’ve paid almost £900 over 15 deposits, this is seriously a joke I don’t understand how my luck can be that bad I wouldn’t even moan if the bonus was paying £20 but it paying nothing at all, I’m sure in fact I’m positive they lowered there rng, years ago you would get a tidy return not as much as you put in but a decent win which I understand is gambling but these days your just losing every session and there hoping you close your account this is scandalous

Do not take the £50 casino bonus. You have to wager £2000 but slots are that bad it’s near impossible. £50 lasted me 20 minutes dead spin and awful pay outs. Only managed to wager £140 ffs With other casinos they at least give you a fair chance.

Ignominious, grotesque, irrelevant, dated, and last but not least rigged.If you play slots tournaments you can play the same slot of 4 different sites, but in Coral it will look like a completely different one. Never enough win spins, it’s like as if they group customers hence most will never stand a chance. Those stupid, badly designed, shame provoking irrelevant and out of date games they have in the lobby (CR gaming tonbe precise) never load no matter if you use App, browser, any device they will just drive you crazy while you are constantly refreshing the page.All in all they have gone past their time and now they are overstaying their welcome like squatters.You are stuck in 2003 and still brag about the most laughable promotions one can come across. There is definitely an issue with Coral & how they manage their slots! They tell you it’s the random number generator & algorithm so should be totally random. However I had 96 consecutive spins at a cost of £384 on the same game without a single win of any sort! Statistically that is highly unlikely if not impossible, especially considering the win lines available on the game. Contacted customer support as genuinely thought there was an issue with the game. Gave me the RNG spiel & told me I just had bad luck! Really?!? There’s no way that’s RNG gaming & more like they are throttling the games. Closed my account as a result & would advise slot players to avoid or prepare to have a lot of ‘bad luck’ as a Coral customer.

My daughter put some French lottery numbers on and got four numbers, plus the bonus number and won over £450.000 Christmas Eve and they will not pay the bet out just shut her account down and said it was a business decision they ok taking your money but do not like paying out disgusting

I have been a customer of coral for many years and i have won a few and lost a few. But i deposited £15.00 today and played fishin bigger pots of gold at 50p stake. I got the bonus and i won £1. This company are seriously taking liberty now. This has happened many times before and i thought it might just be luck but it is not right and totally unfair. I am seriously thinking of closing my account because i am not going to keep on spending my money and not winning anything worth withdrawing. Coral there is not point replying with your same messages talking about RNG and all of that rubbish. You know exactly what you are doing and you love the fact that people contact you and complain. I have used Corals for many years and have never had a problem.There was however a misunderstanding on my last bet (world cup final) but to be fair I recieved a call from Julie-anne who discussed the issue with me and promptly agreed to honour the bet.There was a grey area with my last bet which I fully understand however all credit to Corals professional outcome.There are many terrible reviews for Corals as there are for most bookmakers but let’s face it most people that lose there bet are not going to be happy and more likely to leave a bad undeserved review.I only ever bet for fun and always responsibly.. I win some and lose many but always enjoy my flutter.

Returned to Coral to play slots and just tried 4 different slots. Didn’t win a penny. On the first three – not even any low wins – just burnt my money. The 4th slot paid a few low wins. Didn’t trigger any bonus or free spins on any of the 4 slots. Total waste of £80. Won’t be returning.

I’m actually super surprised how low these are rated. Coral is nice because they pay up no problem, I’ve been through 2 other ones , one been Spreadex which don’t pay up and are sore losers. Here Coral is no problem. Love it

There is a good amount of stuff on the site but I have noticed a definite change in how often I trigger wins on slots since won the top prize for one of their games a few weeks ago. Used to average 33 points with the odd placing for a prize but I don’t crack 12 points and have gone multiple games of no triggers in 30 spins. Played coral for many years bingo and slots and never had a problem depositing until I signed into my account to find I can no longer play on site due to coral restrictions so can only now deposit a max of £25 a month..I contacted coral and have said they want to see proof of wages and bank statements if I want deposit levels higher hmm surely my financial status is my business and very personal to me so why ask for very personal information?I felt very much like I was being bullied into answering questions that were being asked on the phone by coral customer services as they tried to say I have lost a certain amount of money playing their games but surely that’s their fault for never paying out much and constantly having the same winners getting bingos? would be ok with that but it’s impossible to get a win on anything on coral depositing such a small amount as I’ve played £50 on fluffy and not get one bonus round…so I’ve shut down my account for good as it’s no fun anymore being a loyal coral customer

I’m a newbie… Deposited 3 xs now & in all honesty the games flatline.. I just played my 3rd £10 just now starting off on 25p bets half way down the deposit lower the stake trying to get a decent amount of play time on here & not a sniff of a bonus round or any excitement jus deadness . Don’t bother using their website, at least not for slots. The games are 100% rigged. Played over £500 and the one bonus game I got turns out to with £0.88. They can’t tell me that the slots are not rigged as they update the “loss/profit” even before the spin finishes. DON’T PLAY!

Wish it was possible to give zero stars.Slots pretty much pay the percentage stated amount generally around 95% Unless you play Playtech slots which in my opinion are totally fixed and always end up losing 100% if you continue to chase your losses, which is pretty much most of the time.Playtech roulette is definitely one to avoid, I had my first big win in months and decided to see what would happen next, so I covered 95% of the numbers, then time after time the 5% uncovered came in until it had taken all winnings away and all deposits. Other players have said exactly the same thing, one said he had 4 numbers uncovered and it picked them one by one in 6 spins. I would give zero if it was allowed. Have played with them for 9 months. They send me lots of offers and so I only gamble with the offers, increased odds, free bets etc. Thus is is so that I have a better chance of winning something. Then they block my account because I take up the offers that they send me or that they advertise on their website. So they are encouraging me to gamble and then penalising me for being in control, I think this breaks the principles of the Gaming Act.

I have a lot of time on my hand at the moment and I thought I check out trust pilot for companies I use. This is the second time I am leaving a review for Coral (ladbrokes). I will be objective about it. I have very rarely had an issue and when I did, their customer service resolved quickly. I sometimes use other betting companies and I have to say Coral are best for promotions. It keeps you occupied if you don’t want to take a risk. You might or might not win but that is the whole point of gambling. I keep reading the comments and I wonder. I am sure some of them are just made up. I suggest that everyone should read their terms and conditions before joining any service provider as I am sure there are some that try to lure people and take advantage. I have never experienced problems that are mention with Coral or Ladbrkes.

Blocked my account because I said I was going to make a formal complaint. Said I would hear back from safer gambling team within 24 hrs it’s been 48hrs and still nothing. They are refusing to help in every single way. Managers are useless and infact just the standard customer service agent. Asked for my funds to be withdrawn but have to wait 24 hrs for a reply from their payments team to confirm if they are going to give me my money. Been 24 hrs no reply. They are scamming people.Here is what i dont get with corals tournaments, when its for a prize of money and you check the leader board you see the top player as over 2000 points giving them £500 the second player over 1500 points and the 3rd 1400 points yet i use all my 30 spins and get 75 points.. how the hellare they getting so hight scores.. ill tell you why, they are bots set by the site owners to make sure no one beats them its a scam and needs reporting to the gaming body.
