Coral have just STOLE nearly £260 from me after someone reported my user name they did not like (basically i knocked them out poker tournament so angry lol) that i have used daily on the site for 3-4yrs) analdestruction, yeah not everyone’s cup of tea of user name but here’s the thing used literally daily for 3-4yrs including numerous cash withdrawals and nothing said then til suddenly today tried to log in account closed NO email or reach out prior or simply amicable option to change my user name (very easy to address this way what’s the problem?). Basically, they have grabbed the opportunity to steal my money, have not just came on here and ranted off the hoff I have contacted them on the phone for 1hr and basically told tough they are keeping my money with no realistic justifiable reasoning V the opportunity to defraud instead easily. Seriously guys avoid at all costs previously thought Coral were brilliant (hence why I used them so much) til this shady shady unjustified situation (opportunity to defraud easily scam) Play poker at the reliable reputable sites folks 888poker Pokerstars. Just not worth the risk with these shady outlets quite evidently. Contacted them (very very hard to understand the alien language they speak not from these UK shores anyway but eventually got there hence why it took 1hr) and basically, they said tough they are keeping my funds in line with their bullshi terms ie legal rights to steal your money from your balances ha ha ha attitude

I always thought your company was good. Played a few rounds on the Power Up Roulette and it’s as clear as day your using magnets and i have recorded a video for youtube to prove this. Ball jumped from 9 to 36, quarter of the way round the wheel, impossible unless something is forcing the ball and it was clear as day and i seen this happen more than once and i of course lost my bet. The exclusive Roulette, yours, Coral, i am convinced you are using some kind of electronic device that controls were the ball lands, it’s obvious people’s bets are watched and outcome of bets controlled so you never have a fair win. Well. I read the reviews and thought it can’t be as bad as they all say. I WAS WRONG.I tried the site, tried again, then again and took lots of money, wins are very small and bonuses are none existent, I did get a couple of them but seriously they truly are not worth mentioning, especially on Big Bass keeping it reel!! Everyone seriously needs to have a think before playing their slot tournements. You do not even reach 100 points since they were fined and it is so obvious they are controlling if you win on any spin because when you load the game and then you play the first spin then the next spin keeps spinning for about 10 seconds then says connection lost then load again and error reload game. Then it spins for a few seconds then the same messages again. This normally happens just after the tournement has started. Beat the banker is terrible you do not even get enough points to reach the score anymore. I know for a fact that all of these top winners are not real people. And i hope everyone understands that if you give them a negative review on here they know who you are and they will make sure you do not win anything. Even on the real money slots the game always loads the first time and if you are lucky enough to get a bonus you only win a little amount it does not matter what your stake is. They always reply with the same automated messages. I receive an email telling we they’ll take £3 a month from my account unless I use it so obviously I wanted to CLOSE it… Well I can’t even log in now as they’ve asked for extra ID documents. I sent these but they insist my drivers license is out of date! It is NOT. I’ve spent hours trying to sort it out but they are obviously blocking my attempts to close my account….they are truly shambolic. I note I’m in the 90% of |Trust Pilot reviewers who award them 1 star…that says it all.

Signed up, no problem. Deposited some money. Got an email asking for photo proof of ID, no problem, sent them a copy of my driver’s license. Heard nothing so asked when I’d he able to access my funds. They asked for a selfie of me holding my photographic ID. I’ve had similar emails from people telling me that I’ve inherited millions of pounds from a long lost relative. What a ridiculous bookie. Plenty more to choose from.

Very interesting comment below about accounts having markers put on them by coral – i have deposited thousands and use to have a steady pattern of win some lose some but this year has been horrendous. Update on a review I did I have given all my evidence to the right people who have informed me today that I have got a case against coral as the findings are their rng is not consistent or impartial they have been rigging it it turns out that they put markers on customers and the one who loose constantly they allow them to continue depositing knowing that they haven’t got a chance of winning anything so for that person the rng is set to not pay anything out which breaks the rules of fair play anyway see you in court you slimy thieving corrupt scumbags

I would give it-15 if I could.I was complaining about the fact that I had been playing the free tournaments religiously everyday for as long as it has been going( which they couldn’t tell me because they didn’t have that information, yet they told me the date, time and amount of my 1st deposit OVER 7 YEARS AGO!) Yet had won no more than £1! They said it was revolved around a rgn, which is basically a random algorithm, certified by an independent company! All rubbish! Even the laws of average would be better explained! So if it was a year at minimum 3 times a day equaling 1095 games and I’ve probably won a total of around £10!!!! TOTAL CON! I will be passing this to the gambling commission and will be asking them to look on this site for like minded complaints. Coral being one of the main players and other complaints like this have been lodged with the commission AND THEY’RE STILL DOING IT(???) Refused to reimburse me !!!!So I was playing a new game Coral Riches , I won three bonuses which didn’t pay out I continued to play thinking there might be a delay it going into my account. Nothing contacted them several times gave them information. Nothing. I even added more money and played the game again, but nothing. Continued to contact them they asked me to look at the screenshot and transcations funny enough it only shows the transcations for one day not the rest. Told them this , to be told that there is still no error, if though it says so on there page. Told me I won’t receive my money. I hardly ever reach beyond 100 points now. It is dead spin after dead spin. Trying to beat the bankers score is near on impossible because you do not win enough on the spins and you would have to get the bonus a number of times to even be close to reaching over 1000 points. All of these so called real people reaching over 1000 points and winning the top prizes are not even real people. They are computer robots.
