I live in herne Bay Kent, where you have 2 branches. I generally go to one or the other in the week.your staff usually are so unwelcoming and several don’t have a clue what there are doing. I regularly play the Irish daily millions amongst other things. Your terminals regularly print a fourth number when I’ve only put 3 numbers on the betting slip.all I ask for is a warming hello & would you like a cup of tea? Is it any wonder they have a 1 star reputation, I’m a long standing player on the this site over 4 years, some Chat hosts are incredible authoritarian, yesterday I witnessed a player being banned for not wanting to chat to a host after they’d been mistakenly banned by that host, several decent, honest and kind people have been banned from chat which upsets the bingo chat community on the Entain sites.So because some of these Hosts lack the necessary communications skills required, as its a 2nd language for the hosts, (they) are based in the Philippines they make mistakes and rather than fix them they dig deeper until they get upset and without reason ban players that are often trying to help them. Agree with almost every review on here.. Just visited Corals shop in Storrington. Athough not a ‘regular’ I call in two or three times a week to place a bet. Cashier today engineered ( aka created a confrontation which didn’t exist other than in her own mind) a situation to throw her weight around, bully and threaten. Been betting online and in shops over 40 years and NEVER had a problem. Didn’t have a problem today but walked into an ambush by an aggressive, bullying individual. Needless to say no more CORALS.

When placing a top finish bet, the app/website swaps the 2 leading horses if they are the same odds to win. E.g. joint favs of even money in a 5 runner race, you prefer the horse listed first of the 2 joint favs to be placed, so you click on top finish and select the odds to finish in the top 2. The Coral Rewards Grabber up until the last couple of months used to be rewarding as in winning 5 spins, 50 or 100 coins. Now it’s 5 coin wins everyday. What is happening coral? all these negative reviews mainly about slots and dead spins. loads of people are having issues and losing lots of money, They say the slots outcome is random and impartial and we know the house always wins, but it definitely seems rigged too much in the casinos favour because the wins are just too infrequent and too small.Iv played slots for years on various sites and this has to be the worst iv ever experienced. Shocking from Coral on many unfortunate occasions in my previous time as a customer. The customer service is rude full stop, Unfortunately very recently there was an incident in Coral, Shirehampton, Bristol. The very young chap behind the counter asked me for ID. I’m twice his age! I was polite in my response in which I then left peacefully. However, I’m confused and annoyed a little. I have won a lot of money in Coral and consider this very bad and insulting customer service. I am no longer a visitor. Plaudits to the one in Bedminster, great atmosphere but not much else.

I have won money which I am trying to deposit from my account and despite doing everything asked of me to verify my identity, mysteriously, I’m told that it can’t be verified & so I can’t have access to the funds.
