Never a Quarrel bet with Coral – RUBBISHI placed a bet with Coral on the Tote and after the horse had won introduced (not in their Rules) a 20% deduction on Tote bets.A SCAM of £40.80 and despite numerous claims through their Customer Services was treat very poorly and even emails to Directors did not change the mind of their arrogant Traders.If you want to bet on the Tote go to the Tote and avoid CORAL because you will have a quarrel.

Been using Coral for over a year, tend to almost exclusively only place bets if a free bet is attached, but stillLog in today see if there’s any offers, there is! Bet on 2 bet builders get a free bet builder bet. Opt in, place my bets. No free bet? Odd, they’re usually instant. Contact live chat, apparently I wasn’t eligible because I didn’t receive an email?!Offer clearly there on log in, clearly opted in to it. Refused to honor a measly £5 free bet. Absolute scrubs

I ha w not received winnings from Coral form playing the slots amounting to £100.00. I phoned their Customer Service and was advised that that the matter had been escalated. I was also told by an assistant that the operations team worked at the weekend then I was told that the department was closed. Almost a week later and I have still not had a response from Coral

Just entered another coral promotion bet 10 on nfl get free roulette chip. Didn’t get chip and said I’m not eligible when loading up the roulette game. Spoke to Hari on live chat who wasted my time and wouldn’t void my bets. Coral your a degrading betting company who needs closing down for sure. You can’t do this and I’m sure one day all these dirty tactics will come to light.

Needs closing down. Casino games are absolutely 100% rigged. A simple test go black on roulette and red will come in 29/30 spins. Go red and black will come in 29/30 spins. Opened account with them ages ago but verified it (therefore never used it too). Now trying to close my account. After some time speno on the chat with customer support I got it confirmed that my account has been closed. This quickly turned out to be a lie as when I tried to log in, I got the message “account is blocked”. Clearly this is not indication of account being closed. I then had email confirming account closure, but get the same message when I try to log in. To top it up on the following date I got automated email with reminder to verify my account. Surely that is enough evidence to say that my account is definitely not closed. Will be seeking advice from Citizen Advice Bureau as not planning to leave it like that. Horrible company.

I be £10 on a horse online which won at 5/1, so I was expecting about £60 return. Coral’s site crashed and when I reconnected after much trouble, there were no records of my bets on that day (Tuesday 17/12/24) even though I’d been betting all day. Customer services were no help so I closed my account via lifetime self-exclusion. What if it’d been £60000 instead of £60? There are lots of reliable sites out there, so please use them and steer clear of CORAL bookmakers. I recommend Betfred for serious punters.How many others have been affected?

Coral are disgusting they treated me like a criminal. I rang up and ask to withdraw my £100 and they asked me what I needed it for I said to help feed my kids. They then used that against me.they blocked my account for 24 hours made me call 100 different people asked 1000 questions held onto the money. Asked for a bank statement and said it could take up to 36 hours to process. I hope they get scammed by real scammers big time teach them to treat genuine people better. DEVILS

I did a 50 pound win treble bet with my connect card guaranteed odds all three horses won was expecting 1500 pound it was told I had 995 pound to come back because you’re only allowed 25 pound limit for a treble no one told me this when I put the bet on the staff. I cannot stress enough how much of a rip off scam site Coral is, multiple failed bonus attempts and I’m talking a good 20-30 teasers and a good 50 quid before you land any sort of bonus round for a return of 6 quid if your lucky. Sick to death of hearing RNG, what they fail to tell you, it is not the game that determines the RNG but it is the casino themselves. They tell the game whether you win or lose and they have hid this fact for years. My wife and I both had Coral accounts until closing them recently and as we both work in the sector and develop and have developed many of the games you all use, we can both assure you Coral is a con. The games do not play as intended, the bonus rounds do not fall as intended and as a result you are all being ripped off. Coral use a system in the background that they can switch on and switch off, (you can tell this when the game is sluggish and the reels stutter) hence your loses but they can always tell you that the games are means tested and heavily scrutinised (system turned off at this point) we have both means tested Coral and heavily scrutinised the games and came to only one conclusion, your being ripped off.
