This has always been a big part of my gaming experience with any casino site, the returns here are just so low, I try and play betting carefully to begin with but when I'm so much down you feel slightly forced to have a big bet now and again, but when they lose as well, you just have to wave the white flag, unbelievable that I'm not having no luck what so ever.. Slingo Starburst never pays out, the blackjack bet small win about 33% of the time, you bet big its like 10% wins, Slots you can spend loads so pointless betting a tenner for a £7 to £8 loss nearly everytime, so it comes to losing your deposits every fortnight when I deposit, hey don't panic there's always free bingo, win once in the blue moon, free slot tournaments never once in 6 months ended in the top 50 let alone the top 500 complete joke, oh the free poker tournament too many wallys going all in with rubbish getting lucky! This is sadly my entertainment on coral a big thumbs down lately ☹️

Played in poker tournament. Come 7th and got put through to another then I came 4th and they put me in another then another I was first this was called phase 1 then they put me in another which was phase 2 I came 1st and then went straight through to phase 3 after phase 3 is was the final phase. Really long. I was playing for hours. Only 4 players were left in phase 3 and I lost from some 1 who had 3 of a kind and I had a straight. Even after all them hours of playing and coming 1st in the other tournaments I didn't even get a penny. They don't let you see the last winning cards. It's a big scam.
Same as all the other games. Slots tournament is a joke. Most you can win is between 50p and £2 and that £2 is hard to win but when it's starts you'll see people have hit over a 1000 points. I been playing it for months and the highest I've got is over 300 points and that's winning nearly £200 in free gameplay on there. They don't like to pay out at all. Bingo joke, slots joke, poker computer coral players so u can't win. Coral is a big cheat. Watch out people they will take every penny from you and you won't win a thing. Only genuine thing u can win on is the football

I was shocked when i got my account closed, i contacted coral for genuine help and support and i got my account closed with a threatening email, i thought customer service was important for customers, i must of spoke some truths in what i spoke about, because now your company is now proving to me you was part of a scam all along..i never accused your company of a scam, i was concerned over something going on in games, so now i am glad you closed my account, you addressed any funds left in my account you will not pay me it back, that is theft, so public need to hear this, i have proof you said this, i am very disappointed and shocked that you treat customers this way.and tell customers not to go in there shops and not to join there sites or have anyone else sign up for me, then what will happen..this is not a kind service that's a brutal threat…i will not forget this.

Money sucking scammers,

They turn off completely the bonus features for months to extract money from you, games that have lots but little bonus for entertainment value on tiny stakes, 1500 spins at 1p not a single hint of a bonus! Not fun, avoid!

I would really like to know how can they offer slot tournaments with 30 free spins and not even one spin is a win. I know it is free to play and does not cost real money. But how do people get over 1000 points when I can barely reach 100 points. Very rarely win much. Don't bet alot or a big amount but seems after a small £45 win that I withdraw, I am unable to win a penny when playing again. The slot machines on this site are far from random, when I first started to use them they payed out a fair bit with the bonus activated quite a few times , but this is simply to lure you in to think you have a constant fair chance to win ,which obviously isn't true, for example I got 5 jackpot King symbols in a row and was genuinely excited about maybe winning some of my ever increasing losses back , £8 , yes £8 for 5 jackpot symbols in a row , truly , truly pathetic.

ive played on your cr*p site for years and have watched how you have gone from a decent site to the worst site on the planet since lockdown. I play and every time i get to win the game stops working and a message appears telling the gaming session has ended to which i have come to the conclusion that the game has been reset or turned off or a message saying there's an internal error then i restart the game and works perfectly, then every spin after is a loss or minimum win such as 6p every £5 spun and then they take everything in your account, features are few and far between say 50-150 spins if your lucky HAHA and then get nothing for the feature. Just spent £80 on 1 game slots and i might as well have burnt the money. Logged out and in to try and get the Random Number generator (rigged to hell) to change but no. Not even a win over a £1, most of the turns at 20p a go returned nothing. The gambling commission need to check the RNG out, but dont count on it as I reckon Coral has got them in their pockets or they are asleep on the job. I have never witnessed a gaming machine pay so little out unless its rigged. Surely there should be a certain percentage payout, in this case it must be 1% if your lucky. Most gaming machines have a payout of around the 70% mark. if that was the case my £80 would have returned at least 56 to 60 pounds, instead of nil. Worst site ever. Gamble here at your peril. Will complain to the gambling commission about the poor percentage payout. dont bother replying with your garbage about your rigged generator.

Just adding to what looks like strings of poor reviews recently. I use coral sparingly but not anymore, deposited £25 x 3 last night and it was saying declined by bank but it has actually come out. They are saying there is a problem and money will be deposited in 24 hours. So not my fault but i am £75 down and not even any good will gestures because i don't qualify? what qualify? you have taken £75 and have technically issue that is in no way my fault yet there is no sense of good will at this company. I firmly believe the 'free to play' slots tournament is a complete con. How is it people manage to score 1200+ or 1300+ points? The highest score I've ever had was just over 300 and I thought I'd done well. To score 1200 or 1300+ they must be getting the bonus game on every of the 30 spins or win top wins on every spin. I was play for a few years and today I go to sign in to be told my account has been suspended and to get my account reactived I need to take a selfie of my self holding my documentation. I don’t even take photos for my self let alone strangers with my I’d.
