I have played the game european roulette, in roulette, the ball should spin from the last number it landed in, I have tried to explain this to them, but they say that the game is running correctly when they have a look, funnily enough, it does pay out correct amounts on winning, and having spoken to customer service, they said they can't be held responsible for that.

People stop gambling with this company.I wll write a review everytime coral fail to treat their customers with respect.They advertise a reward on there reward grabber,but really when you get somethink they reward you with 10p.Really you only get a reward 2 out of 7 days.That is what I got every day when I was 5 and that was 50 years ago.Bookmakers are scum ripping people off.I have now stopped putting my money into this company who's motto is (Lets rip are customers off).

These people are thieves and vulgar cheaters. I have opened a complaint at Chichester police station, West Sussex, and if someone has a claim, like me, go and report it to the local authorities so that they do not continue to scam.

They don't keep their promises of payments if you win. They make up an excuse for not pay out.

I guess I'm one of the lucky few.
I've made a lot of money on Coral. Love the slots and the features, my favourite is Well Well Well, I've had some big wins on it. The only thing I don't like is the free tournament, whoever created points system clearly can't think logically. You're better off losing 3 in a row than winning 3 in a row… how does that make sense? And the grabber is stupid, it used to be good but they've changed it and the wins aren't good at all. All in all, though.. I like Coral and its games.

I went to the Coral customer service and have advised them that this is my first-time bid on any football game and the customer service lady advised me if I put 100 for England to win against Denmark football match, then I should have received £166.67 in return. I have paid and came the next day and being advised that I have lost. reasonably that I haven't stated that England to win in 90 min match and England has won in Extra Time. I have tried explaining that this is my first-time play and I have asked the customer service to assist me and she is the one who I have paid for and add it to the system, so it is not my fault and wasn't been advised of anything; therefore I would advise everyone to keep an eye and be very very extra careful, this is not rip off shop and no abiding place. when I have called customer service over the phone, she was not interested to listen to my case and told me that we have terms and conditions. My Advise never to put any money at this place no matter what as you will never get them back.

I bet for England to win and Harry kane to get goal anytime, the England won over Denmark and Harry Kane get the goal but it say on my settled bet lost so I contacted them and explained to them they don't want to know. Never use them again.

Same con as others I have read. First option is to deposit through PayPal. Which I did and had to deposit £10 because you have to bet £5 to get your new customer promotions (and it won't let you deposit £5). In the small writing it says your promotions are void if you first deposit with PayPal. So ripped off (but legally)…

I took Coral up on a new account offer with free bets when betting £5 or more,
Alarm bells first rang when I could only deposit £10 minimum, however I went along with it and put down 1x£3 and 1X£7.
After waiting 10 minutes and no sign of the free bets I contacted their customer service to chase.
Because I placed the bets the above way round (the first bet had to be £5+) and the deposit was made by PayPal they advised the account wasn't valid.
This only shows in the T&Cs and Paypal is actively promoted as the first option on the screen where funds are loaded (with no asterisks or special caviats)

Ok, so fool me for not reading the T&Cs. What has driven to writing a review was the cavalier attitude of the webchat colleague, leaves me for a good 5 minutes to try and find the reason not to give me the free bets….. then gives me 2 minutes to respond. As i'm reading the T&Cs he just closes the chat.

I work in customer service for a large company aswell but I don't leave the customer high and dry just to get a queue down.

Once the bets come back I will be withdrawing all funds and closing the account based on my experience.

I have been a member of this site for a couple of years now..it always has good freebies . And I like the chance of winning 50 for nothing .

I would just like to update everybody on my on going complaints against certain coral customer service staff namely ROSIE AND GLADYS and complaints manager Celine just to show how nasty these staff members have been regarding my complaints Gladys is responsible for coming up with every excuse not to deal with my complaints during a 12 email conversation and when asked why all she did was pass my complaints on to another member of staff who tried to make me start my complaints again when he was asked why he just passed my complaints back to staff member Rosie who was 1 of the main members of staff who refused to close my account on at least 5 different occasions I then had to threaten coral with reporters solicitors gambling commission and the government before coral finally closed my account this took just over 4 months I've since been trying to deal with corals complaints department namely case manager Celine who has refused to deal with me regarding corals failings she refuses to respond to any questions and she has blatantly lied during this complaints process stating that coral have had none of my complaint emails even though corals have sent a confirmation email for every single email I've sent Celine also stated in an email that Coral bare no responsibility for ignoring the responsible gambling code of conduct regarding my complaints about repeatedly refusing to close my account CORALS HAVE BEEN given many many chances to deal with this but continue to ignore my correspondence well just to update investigation by Gambling Commission starts 06/07/2021 and citizen's advice and solicitor will be starting proceedings towards legal action against Coral and also possible legal action against the individual named members of staff for their disgusting actions regarding my complaints

Try your best not to win anything! You can place as many bets, and get as many freebies as you want, as long as you keep losing. As soon as you start winning, they will restrict your account. When the fun stops, tell them to do one!

Entered free slots tournament, through free slots tournament on promotion page, something happened and I got thrown out went back in and completed tournament. 6 hours later and found money had been taken from my account, I had been playing with live money on a few game ??? 129 £1 spins and not a solitary win. I had £159 in account and too easy to mistakenly place a £30 spin (MAX £50). This is wrong on so many levels and almost ALL correspondence from them is about getting you to place these corrupt Slots and Casino games where they make the majority of their money. It is illegal to bet more than £2 a spin in a shop but these rogues are raking it in online.

They like lots of other bet sites have made it extremely difficult finding support pages where you can contact someone.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I thought it would only be fair if I inputted on my experiences had with both Coral and Ladbrokes. Look, mistakes are made and sometimes the customer services have not dealt with my issues very well. However, I don't believe for one moment that its done on purpose or they try and cheat you for a few pounds or even thousands of pounds. There are companies out there that I don't trust. Coral and Ladbrokes are not one of them. Sometimes you win most of the time you don't. That is the nature of gambling. To those who complain that they never win, don't gamble. I had issues with withdrawals from time to time but it was resolved. I had issues with offers and promotions as I wrongly thought that i was being treated unfairly. But I was wrong. They are a business and they have to make money. Overall they are above average and better than most. Some of the comments below remind me of those in the betting shops who use to lose every penny they had on machines or horses and then used to kick the machine/screen or abuse the staff.

Do not use there betting apps. They will rip you off all the time. I have been ripped of about 15 times now by them and get told there is nothing they can do. DO NOT USE people stay way throw your money in the bin because that’s what will happen when you bet with them.

About 5 times in as many weeks now I have placed a 4 team ACCA for £10. I have clicked on my bets which have shown every time that my teams are losing but offering me more than double my stake in cash out. On checking the scores I realized that they where all winning. 3 times I cash out b4 checking scores and bets had won at full time costing me at least £400 overall. How can a company like coral/Ladbrokes get this wrong in this day and age of technology? I could understand a mistake every now and then but the customer service is a joke and my problems never get resolved. I've been using coral and Ladbrokes for over 20 years now online and in-shop and things are getting bad with their overall service. Get a grip of yourselves

Opted into Corals tournament slots, started to play and after two spins noticed that the spin counter was not going down. I went to my Corals homepage and saw that £2 had been taken from my account, contacted customer services and was basically told I was a liar, I have now removed all my funds from Corals and will warn anyone who intends to use them to go elsewhere. Disgraceful service – do not use this company!!!!!

I opened account last nightvand put 400 in i ended up winning £45 which took my balance to £445 i withdrew this as i am skint and shoukdnt have been gambling in the first place i was just that glad i managed to get my money back. Soon after i opened the account i received an email telling me i was verified and i could enjoy all the benefits that they offer. I have woke up this mornibg to my account being locked for a reason none of the customer service can tell me why. I spoke to a gentleman who told me my balance was zero and he couldnt see any withdrawls made 5 mins later he admitted i did have a withdrawl pending but its been put on hold due to security checks needing done on my account. The bit dont get is that they said i was verified and as soon as i withdraw money all these problems have started all i got from a customer service advisor was theres a team thatbdeals with it and i should getvan email within 24-72 hours for these checks to be done surely telling me that i was verified should have been enough and there would be no no need to do any security checks iam now left with no money. I had an old bet in my bet slip. With a few minutes of the Spain game I placed £5 on another goal. It took me to a page highlighting a suspended bet (the old one I never placed) which I removed from the slip. The page refreshed automatically and during the process took £5 twice within 4 seconds. I watched the end of the game and complained to coral. They said as the bet was settled already (within 7 minutes) they wouldn't do anything about the duplicate bet. They blamed me, my phone and my internet but wouldn't take any responsibility. Any company that would lose my custom over £5 clearly doesn't value it in the first place

The decision taken by Coral bookmakers on not making the Denmark/Finland game void is probably the worst i have ever seen in 50yrs of gambling, the injury to Christian Erickson (thank goodness he is ok) clearly had a major impact upon the result, anybody watching could clearly see the Fins tiring, it would have been target practice for Denmark in the second half, CORALS should have there LICENCES revoked and banned from the internet. Worst ever . Today Denmark vs Finland I have a bet over 0.5 first half but the game is interrupted bevause of Ericksen having a heart attack . Another useless company.opened a connect card account with Coral. Verified account. I put 400 into the account and tried to place bets .the account was blocked..they gave a number of excuse.initially that I had a self exclusion which ended in 2017!@!..
Then they said I had a LIFETIME self exclusion with Ladbrokes.i have never lifetime self excluded from anywhere. It then took me a great deal of emails and phone calls to get my money back…bookmakers shouldn't say an account is verified and let people make deposits,only to then say it isn't.. people should be allowed to withdraw money straight away…I wont waste my time complaining to the Gambling commission..I think they're more on the side of the bookmakers than the punter…massive revenue earner for the government
