How many times have Coral been sued? It must be illegal to show the wrong scores and stats on their website for inplay football bets?

Coral are way behind their competitors in terms of the markets they offer (or don't offer), it feels very basic compared to sites like sky or 365, particularly football markets.
Also, the pricing can be terrible. For example, I picked out 2 players to be carded in a recent game, priced at 10/1, the same bet with sky and 365 was 45/1 and 40/1 respectively, that's just not good enough.
As others have said, the slots aren't great either, I tend to play low volatility, which means you would expect winning lines every 7-10 spins on average, but I've gone through 100 spins without hitting any features or bonus rounds. Raising your stake seems to make little difference.
You can get some good sports boosts and casino offers/bonuses here and there. If Coral offered more markets for football and horse racing, I would probably deposit very regularly, also a lot of the markets don't offer cashout. Oh, also the app is ridiculously slow to load.
There are much better sites out there.

Coral have a free slot tourament which is the biggest scam.I won £157 and only got 360 points.I have been tring this now for weeks and never get over 800 points.Sometimes you will win £2.50 out off £30 and then say now play for real.SCAM

TPC00025 HI coral thanks for replying to my review but coral customer services and complaints department managers are under investigation by the GAMBLING COMMISSION for the multiple complaints about the problem that they took over 4 months to deal with I had to threaten them with reporters court action the gambling commission and the government before they closed my account which was part of my complaints and all they said was all the emails I sent never existed and they refused to answer 1 simple question IF THE EMAILS DIDNT EXSIST THEN WHY DID CORAL SEND CONFIRMATION EMAILS FOR ALL OF THEM????? and 1 of your complaints department managers also sent an email to me saying that coral had no responsibility regarding the Responsible Gambling issue that they failed on at least 7 times

Coral have not processed two of my withdrawals. It states "awaiting verification on both".
There is no obvious facility on the site that enables queries to be processed.
If Coral do not pay out when someone wins they clearly fo not understand the gambling business and are operating outside of the law.

Withdrew on Friday to PayPal and still waiting on it being processed. Live chat is a joke they all give you the same useless response. “Tech team are aware and are fixing issue” this has to be the worst site so far for customer service. Three days wait for a withdrawal to be processed is ridiculous. There was no message when I chose to withdraw to PayPal that they were experiencing “issues” and I have since asked if they can just send it to my card instead to which they say they can’t. I am doubtful that this issue will be resolved anytime soon & will not be playing here again.

Always issues with this site first the games seem to glitch and you haven’t really won any money 🙄 then if they do actually let you withdraw what you win you wait for days sometimes and always the same excuse issues with PayPal. My accounts been verified for ages so I don’t see what the issue is it’s annoying and unfair. Sometimes it goes in quick sometimes it’s days.

So 77.30 hr now since my withdraw and nothing . Even if ,when i made the withdraw to my paypal on friday at 5 pm was saying max 8hr ; i did wait more then the 72 hours ,that they are showing now as max wait because of the “ issues with paypal withdraws “, and still nothing . Never had an issue in the past with these, but I've now waited 72 hours+ for my money via paypal, they say they have an issue but i made a withdrawal a day early no issue. Now I have an issue! I contact customer services who are a f@cking joke. At one point I wrote do not reply with ..(and I wrote their stock reply)…, they then proceeded to write the stock reply. Will be leaving when this is sorted.

Made a withdrawal on Thursday or Friday to pay pal and still nothing ,been on chat with them 3 times and been told coral have issues with pay pal ,not happy at all when it says 48 hrs max ,no email nothing ,normally a gesture of good will helps but nothing shocked is an understatement

this is the 3rd time I’ve disputed a transaction but the reality is Coral are thieves so Use this site at your own risk. According to them I placed a £267 bet on exclusive roulette on Friday, even with them seeing my bet history I spent all weekend disputing it with them and got fed the same old bulls**t. It’s with there technical team and the results were there were no issues, even with them looking at my bet history before and after they ripped me off, anyone with an ounce of common sense could see something was wrong and should refund the bet. But like me you can complain to the UK gambling commission for what good it will do but the safer option is NEVER USE THE CORAL GAMING SITE AGAIN!!
Regarding corals reply I opened a Facebook account and only found a phone number that didn’t exist with a 19 min phone call with a real number to there support team, 0800 587 0642 now back to the relevant department WHAT A JOKE!!

Waiting over 60 hours for a withdrawal via PayPal, they say to go over and chat with them but the only thing that say is that there are some issues with PayPal. Have made several withdrawals from different betting sites all trough PayPal since Thursday, in less than 2 hours that money is in my account. 1 star is too much. Online is horrendous. Took me 16 deposits of £200 to get a feature. Gave me an 80 pound pot. Then nothing. Worst site I've ever played. Bad for features.bad for wins. Slow. I'm a gambling addict, registered on Gamstop, self excluded from many, many UK sites etc.
Unfortunately I suffered a relapse and attempted to create a new account on Coral with accurate Name, DOB and Address – no spelling mistakes etc. I did use a different email address. I had already held a historic account with them in 2016 which I asked to be closed due to my gambling problems. Their site automatically verified my account without asking for ID and allowed me to use all aspects of their site, despite being registered on Gamstop with an active status and also having a prior account closed at my own request.
Their customer services and complaints procedure is nothing short of appalling, constantly delaying and moving between teams despite assurances it was already with the relevant team. I've contacted GamStop and GamCare about my experience with them and I am also escalating to the GC dependant on their resolution, which will be a total of approx 37 days after contacting them about this error on their part, despite their claims it would initially take 72 hours and then for their complaints team to take another maximum 28 days.
Even if I wasn't an addict, I would never step foot in one of their shops or use their sites or associated companies ever again.

Coral is a good casino…I have won numerous times, lost too, but overall I think this casino is one of the best. Their rewardgrabber is rubbish though…most Ive win on it is 10p. But for the slots, it is very good. Withdrawals are quite fast with PayPal and overall I'm happy with them. The negative reviews are obviously from problem gamblers that can't accept you "win some you lose some".

Make sure you double check your stake on the slots. They put it at £2 a spin on default so that if you accidentally click you’re spending more than you’d probably want to. If you win a bonus on the rewards grabber (probably 10p) then when you go to use it on the correct slot the bonus won’t work. When you click spin using the bonus money it will be on a higher stake than the bonus money, then the bonus won’t work causing you to waste your own money on what you thought was a free spin.

Up until recently, Coral were offering occasional small free bets through their Rewards Grabber promotion.

If you got a free bet, you went to the game and the default stake would be no more than the free bet, and you could use the entire free bet over several bets if you wanted to.

Recently, they've started giving out free bets that you can't use in their entirety because the free bet is not allowable as a single bet stake, nor is the free bet a multiple of the minimum game stake.

Much worse, and, in my view verging on dishonest behaviour, they've started setting the default stake on the game at far more than the free bet amount. If you don't spot this, and why would you when it's never previously been the case, you can find you've bet with real money without realising it. In my case the the default stake was 10 times the free bet amount.

They don't want your custom if you win, as soon as you win they restrict your account so you cant benefit from any promos but dont tell you so you still bet thinking you'll get your free bet or money back etc. Absolute pond scum of a company and somehow still allowed to trade.
