Just contacted my bank and 2 withdrawals of 5 taken..contacted coral as to why..useless closed account immediately. Not the first time it has happened either. Lost customer of many years

I have been using Coral bookmaker and on alternate day they settle my winning bet as lost. Then I contact their customer care and customer service will contact trading team and they will take 2-3 days to resettle my bet. Meantime there would be another bet settled incorrectly. This keep happening every couple of days. How can be a betting system so inefficient & a trading team so incompetent in betting market ?

I am not sure why Gambling commission does not monitor such irregularities by this bookmaker.
Every time if I do not check my bets settlement carefully, I would have lost lot of money in lost bets.(which were won otherwise)

you are thief, I made a bet and I was winning, I tried to make the cash out at £1228 and magically it was canceled because they were making a correction on the Madrid athletic game, in the 66th minute from 1-0 was 0-0 and after a minute more magic time passes to the 58 th minute and always 0-0 when it was winning 1-0 from the sixth minute. I took the pictures I contacted them and they told me that everything is normal. thieves.

I'd only recently opened an account and placed 2 bets, both of which lost.

When attempting to place a third bet, the maximum amount I was allowed to stake was £0.52 and my account was later confirmed as "restricted" by Coral's live chat.

I'm not sure how bookies like Coral continue to get away with practises like this; disgraceful to say the least!

Same firm as Ladbrokes, just a different name! Also follow the same policies as their parent company, and that is to block customers who've had a losing streak from uploading funds!

I've put on just over 400 bets in the last year only for 0.01 and have not won a single one this to me seems impossible as some of the accumulations was only 3 teams. Setup to lose everytime. I THINK ITS ALL A LIE I will never win been engineered that way.

Decent sports section but their slots and games payout far worse than the advertised RTP. After several test sessions on max 0.60p spins, £50 a time, only 2 profitable sessions(very small profit mind you). The other sessions NEVER went above starting balance. Far more fairer casinos to play on. This isn't entertainment, this is theft. Avoid and go elsehwere.

We hadn't used our Corals account for some time so were blocked pending verification. Ok maybe our fault that neither my wife or myself could remember or had access to the original email account that was used when setting up our account some 20 years ago.
Gave Corals all of the personal details that only we could know including the approximate amount left unused in our account, however their useless automated system just kept asking the same questions over and over again until it decides to close our account and steal our money.
The online chat was just as useless and just terminates the chat without any explanation.
Will take to the financial ombudsman.

Placed a 4 team accumulator Saturday all 4 teams winning with 10 mins left and no cash out availible on shop bet cash out machine everytime I scanned it, it said no cash out offer the shop assistant said its been working all day and bang funny enough a team levels and I get a cash out on 7th scan attempt for pitence….. 92nd min my team score a winner tried cashing out and again no cash out…. And last game an equeliser in dying seconds…. Corals are nothing but bank robbers that hide behind terms and conditions . I placed bets on a football match inplay when a penalty was given . There odds did not go down so I took what they offered the penalty was missed and I placed another bet for same . At that time I did not know that var were going to get the penalty taken again . My team won in the end 4-1 and my bet was settled at 19/10 so I withdrew £150 and was going use other 42£ on slots but by this time my account was in negative amount of £82 they said that at the time of my bets the correct odds should have been 8/11 on . But as the penalty missed how could they have been . They again gave me list of terms and conditions that cover such event . So even though have a cs agent saying I will be paid £150 I got stuffed as normal . Thank you corals for great service as normal ohh and they drop your chat too .

I am not entirely downbeat about this bookmaker. I find them one of the best at odds. However I have noticed now I am starting to have a higher percentage rate at winner that Coral are deliberately VOIDING my in play winning bets. Example….
Bala Town v TNS
Bala go 1-0 up …. I check and see what the price is on TNS for the Double Chance (Win or Draw) they are 8/15. I take the odds and place my stake on 8/15 for the Double Chance.
Bala Town go 2-0 up and all looks lost. So at this time TNS need to score two goals for my bet to come through and Coral will now give odds of 11/8 for my initial bet. 45 mins later including a HT break and 50 minutes since my initial bet of 8/15 for the Double Chance TNS pull a goal back and then another late on. The game finishes 2-2 and I actually win the bet fair and square. Oops but no Coral want to deprive me of the smallest odds they actually would of had and should have paid me as if I had taken the 11/8 if I'd had gone with TNS on Double Chance after they went 2-0 down they would be paying out more. But guess what…. you know what they are going to say … There was a time delay (no there most certainly was not).
I tried to contact them but they won't reply.
Very poor behavior Coral …. 5 times in the last week yet if these bets turned out none winners you know for a fact you would not put them down as VOID. Why does it take you until TNS scores late on and for the final whistle to blow before you cancelled the bet????!!!!!!

After watching very carefully the live casino blackjack tables. It has come to my attention that all of them are rigged 100%. the dealer will get either blackjack or 20 90% of the time. just started of with £920 on the original roulette obv now at £0. Not writing this because iv lost im doing so because of the way and its only fair people know.

So yeh £920 amount on numbers from £3 to £10 just roughly 35-50 pounds a spin. AND no a single number hit not one. Not even close. I played from 28-32 numbers and not once did it go there or infact near closist it got was no 21.

That wasnt gambling that was just robbery.

I will never deposit to coral again after that experience.

Most of the reviews say what a bad site it is, and i was stupid enough to play anyway. Worst site, no returns. Play 40 consecutive games of slingo not a penny back, hundreds spent on slots that pay nothing. one game where you have to get 4 consecutive returns to get the bonus – get 3 all that add up to less than unit stake, never the 4th – yet i spin 40 or more consecutive losers, funny that! I just wonder why they never pay out and why the people supply licences are not checking their site. Clearly they've adjusted slots to not pay out.
there needs to be an option of NO STARS because apart from the lack of payouts, the site is slow to load and oftentimes you can't even get out of a game and are forced to close the browser. there is no randomness on this site – if there was I'd randomly win a spin . 0 out of 10 and that's being generous.
