I thought that wasn’t polite I raised a complaint I didn’t go no help what’s so ever .anyway I left it and played the next day to my surprise I won 200 not an ample winnings to say id put a grand in but it was something so I withdrew last night….I’ve still not received this money and I’m still ongoing chats to try and solve its the second day of trying to solve that they’ve closed my account down now…. I wish coral could answer why the slots are so bad?! Instead we get Copy and paste which just looks like lawyer advice. When it looks like they’re about to win they glitch out and stop working and when they reload the slot game just spins the money straight down to zero. They all seem rigged like the RTP is on steal mode. no matter what slot you play or what stake. When you eventually manage to hit a bonus they are low wins. I think they know exactly what they’re doing to maximise their profits and will probably just shrug their shoulders and say it’s gambling.they would probably have more users if they were a bit fairer and payed out more often as people would share they’re good fortune with others prompting more people to open an account. Instead they would rather drain the existing loyal customers they already have down to zero every time resulting in bad reviews and negative feedback putting others off because all I see is bad reviews and the odd bot or employee. Iv been hooked since lockdown, been a loyal customer for years lost thousands with no rewards for loyalty also the competitions seem pointless to play unless your broke as the coral coins give you very little back. I really wish I had something good to say about my experiences but unfortunately it’s been bad. Unless something miraculously changes I would advise anyone thinking about using coral to gamble not to even bother as it’s not fun and a total waste of time and money.

Opened an account with them around a week or two ago. I got an email saying my account was verified, great. I’ve managed to deposit serval times and also made a few withdrawals. Then yesterday a won a substantial amount. I withdrew £100 then another £100. Got lucky again and had a total of £710 pending withdrawals. All of a sudden I get told I need to supply my ID and proof of address. Strange as my account was verified and they have had no trouble taking my funds. Not a problem though I supplied this. Then they came back and said i needed to supply it again but also with proof of payment and me hold my ID next to my face. Again not a problem I did just that. Then they came back and said the photo of me holding my ID wasn’t sufficient and now they want a copy of my card front and back as well as everything else. I explained I used Apple Pay for the deposits and I don’t have my physical card to hand. It’s 2024 most people use a way to pay from there phone and my card I can’t remember the last time I even saw it. Plus I was told proof of deposits was sufficient. Obviously this is not the case. Never once had a issue with ladbrokes who is a sister company. Genuinely feels like am going round in circles and every time I’ve uploaded evidence they then want more. Seems like a con to me, will take your money but then won’t pay out. Let’s not forget they only wanted my ID and proof of address and so far they have had my driving license, my passport, my council tax bill, my payslip, my Apple Pay receipts and also me holding my ID and it’s still not enough. I really would avoid, there is other companies out there where you don’t have to jump through hoops just to get your funds.

Since October 23, I have been living a nightmare with this company.This company is a disaster ! I bet the amount of 2k in the Coral shop on a selection of 4 matches. 2 from tennis and 2 from football. Fortunately, I won and Coral has to pay me a sum of 22,000 pounds. Because the amount was much too high, I divided the ticket into 20 tickets in order not to have problems with picking up the prize when I go to the shop, as happened a week before when I won the amount of 10,000 and was refused for 3 continuous days of countless shops on the reason that they don't have money inside the shop to pay me. In order not to have this unpleasantness again, I printed 20 identical tickets, each with the same selection of matches and the same winnings of 1090 pounds. When I went to use my winnings, the first shop told me that they could only pay me 2 tickets, the second shop the same scenario and when I got to the 3rd shop they paid me only one ticket, and the remaining 15 they blocked me without explaining why. I was asked to call customer service, and they told me that they had to investigate.I was made to wait for 3 days, and after I called again they told me that I have to upload a document on their platform to see who I am. I uploaded the driver's license and then I was asked to upload the bank statement for the last 3 months and the payslips, which I found inappropriate as I am not an online player. Finally, I uploaded the rest of the requested documents. After I uploaded the rest of the documents, they asked me to show them proof of where I got the 2k I bet with and to send them proof. I also had to send them proof of where I got the amount of 2k. After I sent that proof, now they asked me to send P60 too! Every time I call customer service, they always ask me for something else, even though every time they tell me that it's the last thing I have to send in order to unlock my tickets. As the situation became extremely frustrating, I turned to Citizen Advices, who informed me that everything they asked me was completely wrong because is against the GDPR and that I should not have sent them those documents, considering that I am not a player with an online account, and my bet was placed with cash inside the shop. However, the company refuses to pay me the rest of the amount and even to this day they have not given me a reason why they blocked my earnings, including after all the documentation sent. Another thing to mention is that before placing the bet, the employee at the counter told me that I have to wait for confirmation from the head office to see if I am eligible to bet that amount of money. After the employee spent about 5 minutes on the phone, I received confirmation that there is no problem and that I can bet the amount of 2k. The customer service staff who lied to me every time and sometimes treated me with disdain also received a minimum rating. Fortunately, absolutely all the conversations with them were recorded and will be essential evidence in the process that will follow. This made me go to seek justice in the court. I have submitted all the official complaints at the moment, and the rest will end up in court where I will request compensation that will change their vision in the future with the clients' earnings because even to this day I have not received my winnings.For your mental comfort, stay away from this company. It is simply a scam.

Do not use the free spins they take money off you even if it says its free spins and there is no cash value avoid. After customer services agreeing that was the case and money had left the account although it was in free spins mode and a screen shot provided to show there was in free spins mode 'there is nobody else experiencing that problem'

I had signed up for their deposit £10, get 4 x £10 free bets.I sign up, place the bet and then place my further 4 x £10 free bets. One was a 15/1 and it comes in, £150 in my account.I go to withdraw and it asked for a photo of my ID, then I get an email first thing the next day saying I apparently own a self-excluded ladbrokes account, so they decided to close my account.I thought this was a bit odd as I wasn’t aware I own a ladbrokes betting account, let alone one that is self-excluded.I was on the livechat and two things struck me as odd:1) It was registered with a @domain that I have never had an email address with2) Registered with a bank account I have never had an account with.I then replied to the email telling me i’m banned, casing my point as to why I believe it’s not my account. Still don’t have a response after 3 full days.I then tried to withdraw the money and it had to be escalated to a payment team and they came back and said I can have my £10 back, but won’t see the winnings.I have made clear that this account is not mine. The only thing connecting me to this account is my name and DOB. Disgusted at their unwillingness to look into this further. If I was a skeptic, I’d say that they absolutely do not want to pay out any winnings from free bets.Customer service is absolutely horrific. Wish I’d have come on here and read about Coral group before handing over any money.In the process of trying to escalate this with operations, but really don’t feel as though it will come to much at all.

I deposited £79 on my account and got it upto £6000 and obviously requested a withdrawal. A few hours went by and i had an email to say my account had been suspended and they wanted documentation off me, so I sent my passport, PROOF OF ADDRESS AND a bank statement which clearly shows the transaction and the last 4 digits of the card number.- they said this failed security and closed my account and they reckon they have seized my £6000 balance.I have made a formal complaint and it takes 28, yes 28 days to investigate.How can a gambling company accept bets but refuse to pay out when they loose ?If they don't pay me my winnings I'm taking them to court, via IBAS.anyone else had a similar issue? So I signed up with Coral online the other day with £10 to receive the £50 bonus money. This had to be wagered 40 times so £2000 on a limited amount of slots and table games to play on. Imagine my surprise when I actually beat the wagering this morning and still had £400 that I could instantly withdraw. It was a real blast attempting the wagering and I saw plenty of bonuses with many paying over £50. As far as the sight goes there is all the usual providers and a wider selection of games than I was expecting. Yes I have won £390 on scraps but this is the first time in many attempts that I have beaten the wagering. An early Xmas present from Coral that is greatly appreciated. No problems with any games other than a couple not loading. I have cashed £300 of my win and just received the money. A definite win in a world full of so many disappointing losses.

I recently needed to speak to Coral's Live Chat. The agent was very friendly and helpful and said he was glad to help 'a good customer like me' (very nice). About 2 weeks later I have been banned from most promotions and stakes are being restricted for no good reason! Is that how Coral treat their good customers? If so, avoid!

i made 3 bets cashed one out to change it one was a free bet and 2 were paid bets my firs bet on the tyson fight was cashed out but not by me and the free bet vanished my acount show 2 deposits if i did cashe out the bet (that i say i didnt do) where did the money go. Wonder if this is corals perspective, It does make you wonder if the people that complain are just sore losers. They know how much you play and study your gambling behaviour so just not pay out the ones that are addicted as they will just lose it anyway. They also put up be gamble aware all over the website do you think that makes there conscious feel any better? Does this make them less responsible after draining hardworking people’s bank accounts? I had a problem with the odds I had taken on a horse in a Corals betting shop. On the illuminated odds screen it was even money. I asked for the odds .I looked at my betting slip and the odds written on were five to four on. This was a mistake as five minutes later the odds on the illuminated screen were still even money. Given the circumstances the manager agreed to void my bet. His exact words were,”I have voided that bet”. Next day when I went to collect my money the bet had not been voided and the manager denied having agreed to do so. He made me out to be some kind of cheap con-man. I complained to Coral customer services. They didn’t respond to my email.

I have been a customer for years,and accrued a large number of coins on there spins,the trouble is the spin freezes and takes coins,it said I had £3.71 it froze then was gone,I emailed customer services I don’t know where there based but there not very good,advised me I could close account if I’m not satisfied,but why should I with still 12705 coins,I’m afraid to use them as I think they’ll just get eaten up,it’s not very good service,they obviously don’t believe me but I know what happened,suggest they get in touch with there customer services I have the names of the unhelpful staff,all in all very poor

I put 1 pound on ten games today using the 2 up and win for each in an accumulator. It was 1000 to 1. Coral suspended the cash out for the entirety of the bet not allowing me to cash out. All the games kicked off at 3 o’clock today and the first 2 up win was Bournemouth winning against Man City. The cash out would have been amazing as all the games were winning until Leicester got a last minute equaliser against Ipswich denying them there first win. The chat to us did not work during the games when I tried to ask why cash out was permanently off. Obviously I am gutted as was seconds away from winning 1000 pounds but Coral switched off my cash out. No doubt about it. *Added after Coral Reply:I managed to speak to a Customer Service member once the bet was settled. They were fantastic at offering the terms and conditions of cash out for me to read. Cash out is part of the bet service, fact. Coral have a rule in small print which covers there lack of care. We play games at Coral but they are the ones playing games. I’m ranting now, no I’m not going on twitter or Facebook to discuss further. I’m not 12.

I played my games and ended up getting up to £149, so I went to withdraw, and my account got flagged, where I needed to upload my passport, birth certificate, and electricity bill. All was good until 8pm when I got an email:"Login attempt with incorrect passwordHi Brendan,Our system has detected a login attempt on your account with an incorrect password at 20:13 on the 06-12-2024. If you did not initiate this login attempt, then please change your password."I believe the agent tried to log into my account after tricking me into giving up my email address.
