It makes me wonder when coral constantly saying to use the tools to help you gambling and to make it fun,,how can you make it fun,referring to playing slots, when ur playing 40p a spin on fishing frenzy and after £300 your best win is £2.40 and not one bonus round,same as diamond mine£600 in and best win £10 and no bonus round,,my transaction history is over £300 down a month,not once have I gained whilst in the 12 months iv been on this site,I play all other leading sites on the same slots and never have returns as bad as corals,you are meant to have some sort of enjoyment even though your chances of winning is slim,,it just dosnt give you any play whatsoever and my transactions figures show exactly this,so corals poor excuses cant even answer this as the proofs in the figures,,,,,stay away as this online company will bleed you dry,,it dosnt want to give any fairness,,

Visited local Corals on spec after work one evening to watch live cricket.After 5 mins cashier switched cricket off putting on football instead.I asked him if he could put cricket on replying you cant watch live sport without putting a bet on.I was astounded and annoyed and made a sarcastic remark about his customer service and left shop.If this is how they treat regular customers it's a wonder they have any left.Contacted customer services when got home to log complaint.Wont be returning to ANY Corals in future.

Coral message you offers on your account inbox. The live chat agents tell you that you are eligible for the offer and then don't honour their word. They delete your account inbox messages once offers are over and tell you that you were not on the promotion list. They have just lost another customer.

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called green_tipp,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win!
I will definitely recommend y’a to go check him out on Instagram.

Customer service is so bad, if you don't respond within 10 seconds they will send auto message we haven't heard from you in a while and end chat support.
They have no respect for their customers.
I've closed the account now, disgraceful how they speak to people who ultimately pay their wages.
And don't get me started on the games, more chance of winning the lottery then hitting a bonus feature.

so they didn't give me the promotion they offered, the computer roulette is fixed… landed on red 16 times in a ROW!!!! funds were taken from my account and they denied it and then said i lied and canceled my account, emailed to tell me a i had gambling addiction and should seek help after depositing 10 singular pounds, i have emailed then 19 times and their latest response was them asking me to provide a banks statement which i have done twice already. dont use them.

Coral bookmakers do not honour bets, i placed a bet on the moto2 gp on the 23-08-2020 1st and 2nd place was reversed and was announced well before the podium ceremony, Corals terms and conditions/rules state under section Motorsport 23.4 SELECT THE WINNING CAR.BETS ARE SETTLED ACCORDING TO THE PODIUM CEREMONY. SUBSEQUENT CHANGES TO THE RESULT WILL NOT AFFECT THE SETTLEMENT. DEAD HEAT RULE APPLIES, POSSIBLE SELECTIONS: ALL TEAMS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE RACE.) this also applies to shop rules and that the podium result is the official final result. I have contacted then numerous times by phone but its like talking to a brick wall i have now sent a legal email to Corals and if i don't get a satisfactory outcome i have no choice but to settle this matter in court.Rules that are set out in Corals or third party terminals or on corals shops are binding,i will not use a coral terminal again they belong to a third party and Coral do not own them you can't even print of the terminals terms and condition and they cant give them to you all you can do is take photos also you cannot speak to the terminal owners they have no contact number. worst service ever all they want is you off the phone

Do not open an account with Coral. I recently opened an account with them and tried to make a withdrawal. However, after several days my withdrawal was not in my bank account. Today I had a live chat with them and they say before I can receive my money I have to provide government ID such as a copy of my passport or driving licence plus a photograph. I told them other bookmakers simply pay the withdrawal immediately. I have never known anything so ridiculous. They took my deposit quickly enough. If they don't send my money, I am going to report them to the Gambling Commission and perhaps to the Racing Post. Even if I have to go through the inconvenience of sending them some documentation it will take several more days – all the more interest on my money for Coral! Absolute disgrace. They are lucky to have even one star.

Don’t deposit any money on there site, I placed deposits on 3 different occasions and my deposit did not register, checked my bank account and they took the money. This company are nothing but thieves.
I contacted customer services and they told me to contact my bank, they try to cover up and make excuses. The company are nothing but scammers.

About an hour ago I made a bet on Vitoria- nantio game while it clearly shown on the score panel 1-0 to home team on first half already ! So I made my bets, and keep following the game, when it finished, I was happy cos I had made 127 pound with fiver, but all the sudden the score of this game went back to 0-0 after the ge has finished!!!! When I ask the customer service for help ,all I get was ( I should screenshot it to proof!! Like I was expecting to be cheated!!!!) I am really furious now! Do not give this company a penny, I started an account and then lost a few pound then for no reason my account was closed, supposedly because it was there security that made an error, soo opened two more accounts under different names and won £765 on roulette they never paid out and closed my account with no explanation. Also after complaining my account was hacked for exactly £765.

Appalling site. The welcome offer is £50 which is restricted to only a few slots games which they chose (ones that have the worst RTP). £50 in bonus funds and I won a fiver… No chance of reaching the 2k wagering they expect before the money becomes available to you. Deposited £500 and nothing… Absolutely nothing. What a con. The website is crap, takes ages to load game, glitchy as.
