Advertised RTP on slots is a complete lie, I have fullfilled millions of spins over the the past year, around 14 - 15,000 GBP in total losses. My personal opinion is that this is borderline criminal, I've registered to GAMSTOP and will stop playing all form of slot machines from this day forward. My last session on the game was "GOONIES JACKPOT KING" I deposited £500 into my account and played only this game. My biggest win was x12, with a total of 58 near miss bonuses (in a row). STAY WELL AWAY FROM CORAL they will 100% Take your money. you wont win anything.

Over 6k down to them since January last year, no wins at all, any time any money-10/15min and all in.. i have stopped paying money to them around february this year by started keeping with other online casinos and i'm up almost 3.5k.. if i would stay with coral probably i would loose more by now. I’ve never had any problems with pay outs. Usually in 24h my winning were in my bank account. Had some nice winnings but also big looses. Seems like every time I win a bit I have to play all that back to get a chance win again, but overall I love this site, one of the best I am playing on. Customer service been great and kind always, helped me. Site is fast.

Signed up, deposited £10, went onto a slots game did my first spin ERROR no communication from server please contact support.closed down the app to restart it to see if that fixed it and now cannot sign in. spoke on live chat was told my account was suspended due to additional security checks and that i needed to email or post proof of ID, when asked why did it not do this before i deposited i was ignored. so closed down the live chat and started a new one.upon typing my question the chat adviser said as i have not heard from you in a while i will close the chat to assist other customers, (i was sat in front of my laptop and was replying straight away and i am not slow at typing either) 3rd time live chat got told i needed to send proof of ID and i agreed to this in the Ts&cs and that my account may need extra checks upon withdrawal. I DIDN'T WANT TO WITHDRAW I JUST WANTED TO USE MY £10 THAT I DEPOSITED TO PLAY ON THE SLOTS. i was told nothing could be done until i sent this proof.no refund nothing.at this point i admit i swore saying this is bull****. i then got a warning and was told they require professionalism. really? now i have having a hard time e-mailing them my proof of ID as i do not and have never owed a Photo ID. Then had to give all my details every time. 4 times. Finally got somewhere and he referred me to a online free bet calculator.WHAT A JOKE!! Asked why are the estimated returns for my accumulators so high if I can only win peanuts (cut off). I didn't swear or be impolite like they were. Now going through a complaints procedure which is also a joke. Realistically NEVER going to see any money. If the bet return was 2£ I wouldn't have bothered. The game BeetleJuice Megaways was not functioning as advertised (bonus never game up in over 1000 spins, nor did the "mystery ghost" feature). The absolute worst customer experience ever when I connected with them to complain, it felt like the agent was being deliberately obnoxious just so I would disappear.

The site as a whole is on a par with most others. However, when it comes to paying out, their process is scandalous and designed to trap you into reversing withdrawals. Why on earth should it take up to 3 working days for a withdrawal to be processed? That's without the time the bank's take! If you withdraw on a Friday afternoon, it may not be processed until the following Wednesday, meaning you'll be lucky to see the money within a week. And all the time that the withdrawal is waiting to be processed, the temptation remains to reverse it rather than pay in a smaller amount. This is clearly an unethical process. How do the Gambling Commission let them get away with it!?

Never go near them, my mum was a valued customer before all shops closed and the customer service team are rude and don't give you nothing in return apart from disconnecting live chat and tell you if keep asking for goodwill credit they will suspend her account. They used to be a good site help you when things went wrong but now they are a very selfish company that make loads from people like my mum and give nothing in return. My mum used this app to play slingo which is a game of chance she followed all the security procedures (including sending photos of her passport and the passport next to her face) you cant get anymore proof than that!!! She managed to win by pure luck a significant amount of money 2500. Which they are refusing to pay out. She did what they told her to do and she proved who she was but they refused to pay out her winnings!!!! Dont bother using this site or app so disgusted with them. Shes taken this further after she keeps getting the same scripted nonsense from customer services. Telling us to wait because she's not a priority case for review. Well my my n partners karen Hicks's experience has been ok with coral..I've not spent a great deal so cant moan..the other day I deposited 5pounds only n didnt win but this evening got 5 free spins and won just over 25 I was really happy with this n my partner has mentioned them I buzz review as always tell truth dont no y stars r so low ?? What's happened to everybody's jackpot on Coral,it was my favourite game,now I cant find it since they switched to party poker platform..The poker itself is dreadful, the writing is so small I cant see how much am betting,so need to wear glasses while playing, I never had this problem before with coral..Its changed for the worse since the move if you ask me.Not happy at all now ..

Terrible. Their on line betting freezes. You think you have placed a bet but no acknowledgement and no reduction in your account balnce so you bet again and again and again. Still no response. So you switch to another betting company. I used William Hill. Placed bet first time no problem. When I re log in to Corals the bet has been accepted 4 times and there is a reduction in account balance big time. I call this computer gliche. Contacted Corals uslss customer service would not refund. So I now use William Hill all the time with no problem. Avoid Corals use William Hill. Corals are a bunch of thieving >>>>>>>

To many outages or server fails numerous occasions you cant get the bet on because of server issues, stick to bet365 bever had a problem with there site , loads already quicker too

A horrible betting company to join they have no morals whatsoever and will find anyway to con you out of your money, even when you happen to win they will still find a way not to pay you please take everyone's advice and stay clear of this disgraceful shambles masquerading as a betting company.

Avoid coral on line at all cost. Even online chat is a bloody nightmare. It was like talking to a 3 year old child. I will not be using coral online or the shops. If your a normal person use another bookies, because coral seem to been for people with the mental age of a new born goat.

Was awarded a one pound bet on quantum roulette,I spread 5x20p bets on 20 numbers,so for eg 20p went on numbers 1,2,3,4 another 20p on say 7,8,9,10...on quantum by doing this you have a greater chance to win but you get lowered odds because it's a 4way bet..the game gives you boosts of 50x 100x 250x etc on certain numbers just before the ball rolls and if your lucky enough to have bet those numbers and the ball lands on one of your numbers then your bet is boosted significantly or so I thought..I had number 27 in a block of 4 numbers say 25,26,27,28....two boosts landed on those numbers,a 250x and a 100x and guess what...27 came up with a 100x boost on a 20p bet but also the 250x boost also won as was in the same block of 4 numbers so I should have won a decent return for the 20p bet...NO...the game glitches,jumped,screen lit up as if I'd won a good ammount,the money metre started going higher and higher and then the game froze.I logged out and back in and was given 1.73 GBP of winnings..what a bloody con,I know for a fact I should have had a lot more than this,not happy Coral,something very fishy about this
