I don't want to give 1 star they are that bad. Opened account got an email to say everything was 'good to go' Deposited money and suddenly account suspended, can't place bet can't withdraw money!!
They will be in touch between 24 and 72 hours keeping customers happy is something they obviously don't prioritise.
If you want to place a bet don't use Coral its a Bookie you can't bet with!!!

I deposited £10 and gambled to dog race 14.07 race and I won £27.50 , After result my balance come out as £12.50 , contacted with customer service message from Customer service is exactly like this, I do not know x, I am trying to get you the answer which will be forwarded to you via the email address registered on your acocount. I can see you won this money but i can not see the balance refelcted on your balance.

When I asked how can I continue gamblening , can you do anything to cover your fault so I can keep going to gamble my races, respond was Unfourtunately I suggest you to wait 48 hours until we contact you 🙂

It is not first time happening and they treat you as you are wrong , you do something wrong.I got all chat records as a screenshoot if someone not believe me I can pass them to you guys . I am closing my account with them after using account 2 years and I am VIP customer for them for a year.

Been ripped off today. Didn't spot it, so maybe my error, but should not have to really. It's the deposit method, it defaults to euros, so with a deposit of £20 Corals made 87p from me, and my bank charged me 57p for a foreign transaction. I still only received £20 in my account. What a rip off. Why would it default to euros. Where is my 87p ?

Avoid!!!!

They claim to give you 10% cash back on lottery bets, minimum spend £10. But some weeks it doesn’t go in and you have to chase it by providing ID transaction numbers and screen shots. They tell you that you haven’t met the qualification required – when you have.

Then after numerous emails they put the money in. But recently the 10% did not go in and after repeatedly contacting them and proving I qualified they put 10% cash back in so I could see it on my transaction history, but it wouldn’t show up on my balance. The 10% cash back showed up as a bingo bonus. Then on the next transaction it disappeared.

Complained but was told I’d spent it! I had not. Happened the next week. When I complained they blocked me. A sign came up saying I had self excluded myself from their promotions. I was locked out of my account. They accused me of having a gambling problem! I had to speak to some person about it to get my account unlocked and even though I explained that I used the account only to place works lottery in weekly and to play the free games, immediately after the conversation my account was closed.

I signed up under a different email so I could continue to put the work lottery on and they accepted me and took a £10 deposit. Then they blocked the account within hours. I had to use the Resolver website to sort out the issue, as they just kept ignoring me or lying to me. I finally got my remaining balance paid to me. Won’t go back there ever again!

I just played fast forward poker in Coral.

Basically I had a of 5's, the flop was 10, 6, 5 OK?

The guy(or a computer) raised, I re-raised double. He calls, the turn is A 😅😅😅 OK. He checks, I raised by 70$. He calls 😁😁.
The river card was a K. 😁 So, I raised again and he made all in 😅. I was thinking what he might have as there's no chance of him to have a straight as that's evil. (Why would you call my bets if you have nothing on the floop)

Basically he had J & Q.

How's it even possible. That's not a player playing in my eyes. Nobody would do that.

Any opinions or similar situations?

Coral is a trash site to play – I wouldn't recommend to nobody.

Absolutely shocking. There is no fun anymore. A few cheeky pounds to try get up on the board or a bonus spin. Soon turns into hundreds, even thousands. Last game I played and spun through £700 on £2 spins and not even 1 bonus. We all have the right to stop at any moment but it can be hard when your just feeding them money and just want a taste of their bonus. Have deleted my account and won't be using them again.

Sat in lockdown, making my way through the bingo offers with the missus (great date night idea btw, get drunk and play some bingo) but my god this is the worst we've come across by far!!!
Same deal as Gala or Sun (spend £10, get £50 bonus) but this is not worth it! Was awarded a one pound bet on quantum roulette,I spread 5x20p bets on 20 numbers,so for eg 20p went on numbers 1,2,3,4 another 20p on say 7,8,9,10…on quantum by doing this you have a greater chance to win but you get lowered odds because it's a 4way bet..the game gives you boosts of 50x 100x 250x etc on certain numbers just before the ball rolls and if your lucky enough to have bet those numbers and the ball lands on one of your numbers then your bet is boosted significantly or so I thought..I had number 27 in a block of 4 numbers say 25,26,27,28….two boosts landed on those numbers,a 250x and a 100x and guess what…27 came up with a 100x boost on a 20p bet but also the 250x boost also won as was in the same block of 4 numbers so I should have won a decent return for the 20p bet…NO…the game glitches,jumped,screen lit up as if I'd won a good ammount,the money metre started going higher and higher and then the game froze.I logged out and back in and was given 1.73 GBP of winnings..what a bloody con,I know for a fact I should have had a lot more than this,not happy Coral,something very fishy about this

Advertised RTP on slots is a complete lie, I have fullfilled millions of spins over the the past year, around 14 – 15,000 GBP in total losses.

My personal opinion is that this is borderline criminal, I've registered to GAMSTOP and will stop playing all form of slot machines from this day forward.

Over 6k down to them since January last year, no wins at all, any time any money-10/15min and all in.. i have stopped paying money to them around february this year by started keeping with other online casinos and i'm up almost 3.5k.. if i would stay with coral probably i would loose more by now. I’ve never had any problems with pay outs. Usually in 24h my winning were in my bank account. Had some nice winnings but also big looses. Seems like every time I win a bit I have to play all that back to get a chance win again, but overall I love this site, one of the best I am playing on. Customer service been great and kind always, helped me. Site is fast.

Signed up, deposited £10, went onto a slots game did my first spin ERROR no communication from server please contact support.closed down the app to restart it to see if that fixed it and now cannot sign in. spoke on live chat was told my account was suspended due to additional security checks and that i needed to email or post proof of ID, when asked why did it not do this before i deposited i was ignored. so closed down the live chat and started a new one.upon typing my question the chat adviser said as i have not heard from you in a while i will close the chat to assist other customers, (i was sat in front of my laptop and was replying straight away and i am not slow at typing either)

Absolutely Shocking, deposited and bet 20p on a random 10 race accumulator. Estimated returns was £5726. Actual returns £2 . What a joke!! Asked customer services and every time cancelled my call. Then had to give all my details every time. 4 times. Finally got somewhere and he referred me to a online free bet calculator.WHAT A JOKE!! Asked why are the estimated returns for my accumulators so high if I can only win peanuts (cut off). I didn't swear or be impolite like they were. Now going through a complaints procedure which is also a joke. Realistically NEVER going to see any money. If the bet return was 2£ I wouldn't have bothered. Site is incredibly slow, games did not load or stopped running often. I've had not had issue on other sites, nor am I a bad loser. The game BeetleJuice Megaways was not functioning as advertised (bonus never game up in over 1000 spins, nor did the "mystery ghost" feature). The absolute worst customer experience ever when I connected with them to complain, it felt like the agent was being deliberately obnoxious just so I would disappear.

The site as a whole is on a par with most others. However, when it comes to paying out, their process is scandalous and designed to trap you into reversing withdrawals. Why on earth should it take up to 3 working days for a withdrawal to be processed? That's without the time the bank's take! If you withdraw on a Friday afternoon, it may not be processed until the following Wednesday, meaning you'll be lucky to see the money within a week. And all the time that the withdrawal is waiting to be processed, the temptation remains to reverse it rather than pay in a smaller amount. This is clearly an unethical process. How do the Gambling Commission let them get away with it!?

Never go near them, my mum was a valued customer before all shops closed and the customer service team are rude and don't give you nothing in return apart from disconnecting live chat and tell you if keep asking for goodwill credit they will suspend her account.
They used to be a good site help you when things went wrong but now they are a very selfish company that make loads from people like my mum and give nothing in return. WOW its shocking she only asked for £5 or £10 to play with.
