My mum used this app to play slingo which is a game of chance she followed all the security procedures (including sending photos of her passport and the passport next to her face) you cant get anymore proof than that!!! She managed to win by pure luck a significant amount of money 2500. Which they are refusing to pay out. She did what they told her to do and she proved who she was but they refused to pay out her winnings!!!! Dont bother using this site or app so disgusted with them. Shes taken this further after she keeps getting the same scripted nonsense from customer services. Telling us to wait because she's not a priority case for review. It's been 4 days and no sign of payout or return of deposits. We have screenshots of all chats to tell us funds are pending £2406.04 and that they would be withdrawn when she used and deposited a card in her own name. Within minutes the account was closed and escalated for further review!!!! We're now going through social media, newspapers and gambling complaints. My mum is a 54 year old grandmother disgusting way to treat her!!!

Terrible, won there online trivia quiz, waited overnight for the money to go into my account, nothing?? So got in contact with the customer service team, only to be told, I hadn’t actually won the quiz??? And I should have taken a screenshot to proof that I’d won!!! What a JOKE!!! 👎🏻

Well my my n partners karen Hicks's experience has been ok with coral..I've not spent a great deal so cant moan..the other day I deposited 5pounds only n didnt win but this evening got 5 free spins and won just over 25 I was really happy with this n my partner has mentioned them I buzz review as always tell truth dont no y stars r so low ?? What's happened to everybody's jackpot on Coral,it was my favourite game,now I cant find it since they switched to party poker platform..The poker itself is dreadful, the writing is so small I cant see how much am betting,so need to wear glasses while playing, I never had this problem before with coral..Its changed for the worse since the move if you ask me.Not happy at all now ..

Terrible. Their on line betting freezes. You think you have placed a bet but no acknowledgement and no reduction in your account balnce so you bet again and again and again. Still no response. So you switch to another betting company. I used William Hill. Placed bet first time no problem. When I re log in to Corals the bet has been accepted 4 times and there is a reduction in account balance big time. I call this computer gliche. Contacted Corals uslss customer service would not refund. So I now use William Hill all the time with no problem. Avoid Corals use William Hill. Corals are a bunch of thieving >>>>>>>

To many outages or server fails numerous occasions you cant get the bet on because of server issues, stick to bet365 bever had a problem with there site , loads already quicker too

Avoid coral on line at all cost. Even online chat is a bloody nightmare. It was like talking to a 3 year old child. I will not be using coral online or the shops. If your a normal person use another bookies, because coral seem to been for people with the mental age of a new born goat.

First and foremost, don't be fooled by the .co.uk website address, the Customer Service department is not based in the UK. Write a lengthy, wordy Email to them and see how it gets handled- they give themselves false (English) names, like Syvia but they cannot grasp simple English. If their (non) understanding of your written word isn't enough, read their poorly worded replies, along with their awful grammar, it tells its own story. Collectively, everyone needs to complain to the Gambling Commission, The Senet Group and IBAS. These complaints need to result in a hefty fine for Coral, or GVC Holdings as a whole. They have no interest in your welfare, will take take take take and take and if you have a legitimate reason for claiming money back, they will hide behind their Ts and Cs or simply ignore you. They are designed, I believe, to take money from problem gamblers as they have no safety measures in place and will allow you to fund an account (that is not yours) from a third party source (PayPal for eg). Please, if you are going to gamble, do it elsewhere and well away from this bunch of criminals.

I joined on Friday to be told I need to provide proof of who I am. I sent the proof in and 3 days later still have not been credited with my money or corals account after numerous emails and phone calls I'm still waiting. What I thought was a weekend of betting has now gone by and not a apology for the way I have been treated.

I have now been waiting over 24 hours for Coral to payout on an online bet. They freely acknowledge the bet won and have given no reason why they are not paying out other than it is being "reviewed". Awful treatment. Awful service. Do not see how they can hold on to winnings. Would advise using a different site as awful customer treatment. They freely take money on losing bets without issue.....

I am not a person that plays bets or games very often but there promotions are always popping up and I decided to give it ago. System is not brilliant , however was bearable. I played a few games , lost a few times , won a few times. What I would expect generally. That was until I had the most laughable experience from there customer service department and quite frankly I am unsure how much they pay there staff but you can defiantly tell they don’t think that training there staff is necessary. This very apparent from the way the issue was handled and not resolved. I was playing roulette and lost , fine not a problem as am doing for fun more then anything but thought I will try a few more times. Put my beta down on the board , pressed the button that spins the wheel , it started spinning and then continued to spin which I thaught was strange all I could here was the noise of the ball going around the wheel and the a sign came up stating ‘ gaming error - error code - please contact out gaming department immediately. Called them ‘immediately’ and while I was waiting on the phone the error message went and it went back onto the home page. On doing this I realised that it had deducted the money I had placed on roulette but never was provided with the results due to an issue on there end. I went back into the game and low and behold the one of the numbers I had placed a bet on when the system reported an error was the last winning number on the board I am a fair person and knew that realistically even though it was an error with there sight there was no way they would reimburse me what I should of won but atleast reimburse me the money I put down on the bet and didn’t get to finish due to the error. Nope , the woman on the phone sounded like she had no idea what she was doing and was extremely bad at her job. I explained the situation to her and told her I didn’t care that actually the number I had placed my bet on had come in but due to an error on there end the game didn’t fully complete and show the results until I had gone back on it after chucking me out. But what I did want was the money I had placed Down on the number as it was a voided bet. Bearing In mind it’s not the amount, it is the principal but I will tell you the amount £3. £3!!!!! The lady tried to insinuate that maybe it was the phone I was using , when this failed she then said okay well the £3 has already gone back into you credit. (It had not) when I ran through some basic maths with her she was like ‘oh well we can do some basic troubleshooting and then that will fix the issue’ Bearing in mind that to provide me with the ‘basic troubleshooting ‘ the customer service woman the had to put me on hold to find out what to do. She came back on the phone and told me to log out and in and shut down my browser and restart. Great , done , no £3 credited back though. I advised that this troubleshooting has not reimburse me and the woman was like umm okay well we just need to wait 24 hours m!! As if she just thought oh no we may have to pay out £3 , lie , say anything to avoid this . At this point I was in hysterics , I thanked the lady and put the phone down. But on a serious note , although just £3 , this company is in charge of a massive amount of money and winnings and when you join the website you are putting your trust into them as a well established company. This is not warranted trust and after the shocking revelation that they would rather keep hold of £3 then to resolve an issue that was generated from there end begs the question , what else will they do and why is a company of this size so desperate to hold onto every penny. Extremely concerning and I myself will now be removing my card details and shutting the account down. I urge everyone else to do the same.

Your new site is absolutely rubbish! Many favorites are gone, site is awful to navigate and your slots no longer pay out. I used to like Coral its now rubbish! Wont be bothering any more. Large groups like coral ladbrokes getting too greedy!! People will leave and I dont blame them.

Very bad company didn’t get my withdrawal for 3 weeks on the slots as they have problems paying back to MasterCard told them around 30 times I asked for my withdrawal to go to PayPal so 30 long phone calls to be cut off after 25 min wait twice in one night and told different information by everyone is a joke they take your money quick enough and constantly waiting longer for withdrawal when Ladbrokes pay out very quick

There has been one newspaper article (StokeonTrent Live) that was brought to my attention where a punter in a Stoke Shop was refused to be paid out because his bet was cashed at Dagenham, hundreds of miles away. Corals have since resolved this but another punter also brought it to my attention that they had placed a bet in Burnley and were refused payment again because of a payout in Dagenham. I have tried to contact them about the mater but they have refused to let me speak to the people who would be concerned to investigate it. My advice would have to be that, although such activity is unlikely to affect the small punter, until such time as Corals resolve these issues, the security of their data systems seems to be compromised.

I put a bet on the Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 2 fight. The bet was 9/1 for rounds 7 to 12. Tyson stopped Wilder in round 7 but the Coral at Chesterton in Cambridge would not pay out as they said they had made a mistake and it should have been 5/1. Even when it said 9/1 on the betting slip. There was about twenty people who couldn't get paid out for a legal bet. If I loose a £100 bet I cant say sorry but I only wanted to bet £50 after I lost a bet. Hopefully I can get paid out along with the others but I will be going to trading standards to force Coral to pay out.

20/02/2020 at 8 a.m. I was going to come into the Coral in 28 Golders Green Rd. but the door was locked. I waited till 8.10 and then knocked on the door. A lady who worked there let me inside but was very upset, refused to switch the betting machines on and told me to go to bet to somewhere else. I left. In tears :-)

Was doing football bets and at the time had 20 quid in my account... 2 mins later it had become minus 17 pounds, no idea why as all my winning bets from previous were legit... No reply from them so down 37 quid, they do nothing online, they don't reply to emails, the call center staff can't talk English... Hope they go out of buisness

Te cambian la moneda para depositar/retirar dinero sin avisarte previamente. Lo hacen solo para cobrarte comisión al depositar/retirar dinero. Debería ser ilegal. Me comuniqué 4 veces con soporte y me dijeron que habian dejado el reclamo asentado y que se iban a comunicar por email y nunca recibí ningun email, ya pasaron 15 días. Te boludean! They change your currency to deposit / withdraw money without first notifying you. They do it only to charge you commission when depositing / withdrawing money. It should be illegal. The customer support are garbage. They end the conversation when they get bored and invent you that they will contact you by email but it's a lie.
