Coral are voiding my free bets and not returning them. And live chat agents saying its there terms and conditions. So why was all my bets in the past returned when voided? Seems like they have either updated there terms and conditions and not made me aware or there talking out of there ar$e$. Either way I find it out of order and a breach of customers rights to know exactly where they stand and to have to find out in this manor. My first time playing on Coral and when I requested a withdrawal of £200 I had to chase when I did not receive it. I deposited by BACS as it states on their website that withdrawals will then be immediately paid. I am currently on live chat being told by bank refused the payment. I checked with my bank and they have said that they have refused no payment. I have requested evidence of my bank refusing it multiple times and all requests are ignored. I am now being told it is a technical problem. Then they told me it will has been reprocessed and in the same chat are now telling me it will be reprocessed. I have spoken to the fraud department of my bank who have confirmed that no payment into my account has attempted to be made.

Cheats, so back in December I bet Thomas Tuchel would be the next PERMANENT ENGLAND MANAGER, Carlsley was only ever appointed INTERIM for 6 games, he is still referred to as Interim Manager so my £5 bet at 20/1 is good, it’s a winner, HOWEVER, Coral have it written into THEIR small print that if a manager plays THREE games he is the permanent manager, never heard so much rubbish in my life, they have written in a get out clause so they don’t have to payout on winning bets, I will be pursuing it, because this is a scam!!!
