I live in herne Bay Kent, where you have 2 branches. I generally go to one or the other in the week.your staff usually are so unwelcoming and several don’t have a clue what there are doing. Just visited Corals shop in Storrington. Athough not a ‘regular’ I call in two or three times a week to place a bet. Cashier today engineered ( aka created a confrontation which didn’t exist other than in her own mind) a situation to throw her weight around, bully and threaten. Been betting online and in shops over 40 years and NEVER had a problem. Didn’t have a problem today but walked into an ambush by an aggressive, bullying individual. Needless to say no more CORALS.

When placing a top finish bet, the app/website swaps the 2 leading horses if they are the same odds to win. E.g. joint favs of even money in a 5 runner race, you prefer the horse listed first of the 2 joint favs to be placed, so you click on top finish and select the odds to finish in the top 2.
