I’ve been a customer of Coral for a few years but it’s likely time to leave due to poor customer service and system glitches. I don’t mind losing on a bet sometimes as long as it is in a fair way. Today I placed a bet on a horse race on my phone using their website. As usual using their website on my phone is incredibly slow, takes ages to log in with occasional freezes. Had one of those experiences today only worse.I placed a bet at odds of 100-30. It asked me to login and place the bet. I did this and waited for the site to log me in and place the bet. However what happened was that the price changed to a shorter price whilst I was waiting for the lengthy log in. What usually happens at this point is that the site notifies me of the change in price and then I decide if I want to place the bet or not. This time it didn’t, it logged me in and placed the bet at the shorter price. I called around 2.45pm today to cancel the bet, firstly the customer service agent took ages to find my account, then once he did, told me the bet can’t be cancelled, didn’t believe what I had said had happened, said that there was no system problem, and told me he needs proof like a screenshot. How can I take a screenshot from my phone on something that happens automatically when it’s not supposed to? And if it was a lie why would I ring up and tell them before the race has taken place? This glitch happened one time before but I let it go on that occasion thinking it would be a one off. Coral clearly not prepared to take any responsibility, no system is perfect and theirs clearly isn’t.As mentioned I will likely be leaving them soon, I can’t afford these kind of errors when placing bets.

I put a bet on 3 UFC fights £10 to win and the odds were 2.76-1 so I thought I would get £37 back = £27 win + £10 stake. Well let me tell you it was a £27 return and that was all, am I wrong cause in all my years of putting on the odd bet here I always received my stake back????

honestly im beginning to lose my patients. i’ve won £2700 in the last week or so and i have been paid out swiftly. i wont mention the person or which establishment they work at. i’ve had issues with coral since today since my limit have been increased. two games which are multiples games which i have won lots of money on have now decided to start crashing during the play. believe me or not every other game is working fine not a single issue but as soon as i play the one slot game i play all the time and have won money decides to function very badly. isn’t it ironic that other games works perfectly fine but the one game that i’ve won money decides to mess up . just tells me that you guys know i will rinse that game out and will definitely win a huge amount of money through the bonuses. and now you don’t want me to win on it. now i mentioned a person who i won’t say where they work but there in the industry. i’ve asked them the same thing what i’ve written on here. person said “ they will slow the one game that you’ve won jackpots on and will deliberately make that specific game very bad that you will see that it will load so slow that you will get fed up and stop playing it. they know you will make more money on that specific game than any other game so they will slow it down and when you complain about it they will it’s a technical error on your end making it look it’s your phone or device is the fault here not theirs. and i think this is very believable.

Try to wriggle out of paying out winning bets. I won 50 quid in shop on Lewis Hamilton to win the Belgium Grand Prix. Russel won the race but was disqualified so Lewis Hamilton was given the win on the official results. I didn’t have Hamilton to stand first on podium I had him to win the race in which he did. But coral said they go by who stands first on the podium not official results as in the t’s and c’s nobody’s ever seen in the shops. Paddy power have the same t’s and c’s but the paid out on both russel and Hamilton as winners as they said it was the right thing to do. I’m not bothered about the 50 quid it’s not much but it’s the principle. I’ll stick to paddy power from now on a fair bookies not just greedy thieves

I am very concerned that I went through a verification process which was approved. I withdrew money and instantly a restriction was put on my account and I had to provide further documents which were duplicates and even had to take a pic of me holding my driving licence next to my face which is just ludicrous it has now been over 30 hours when I was told it could take up to 24 hours which is just nonsense as my first verification check took less than 5 minutes they are deliberately holding back my money and just give me excuse after excuse so it is not surprising I am seeing so many bad reviews this company surely needs investigating

I’ve been a loyal customer of Coral for some time now. I don’t bet a great deal – just a few bets and a few (pointless) spins on Rewards Grabber. I found out today that ‘an irreversible decision’ has been made to close my account. I asked why and they wouldn’t tell me. I know I have lost more than I have won, so I am profitable to them. It is interesting that their overall rating on Trustpilot is 1* – I am not at all surprised. It is also interesting to see that Coral rarely reply to their 1* reviews – only their good reviews!!I have run a business for 25 years and if I had closed profitable customer accounts without giving a good reason, I would have been out of business in no time at all.What a terrible company – avoid at all costs!!

I had three discrepancies with Corel over live roulette this week. Three times my bet came in and won and they did not pay out. Had the appropriate discussions with them, all the numbers , monies and bets were evident, but payments were not given. It happened three times were this occurred and they said If I could not provide screen shots of the table they cannot go any further with this investigation. I lost a lot of money because of this fraudulent activity. Anyone else experienced this?

The good things !The best free bet of all time, The Racing Super Series, normally it’s available every Saturday, if there’s a big meeting it can be available every day, it’s a placepot type of bet with a minimum 25k pot and there’s been plenty decent returns, one of them for 8k and several of over a thousand pound, it really is a brilliant freebie, tge best by a country mile. The bad things !Sadly they outweigh the good, they have some absolutely ridiculous (what’s the point) coin games, free on Blackjack, Roulette and slots, they are absolutely useless, a total waste of punters time. If you ever win anything then it’s generally just a few pence, 2 pence, 7 pence 35 pence, yeah really that bad (hence the what’s the point comment) these people must thing we are all fools. Also the language on these platforms beggars belief and it’s filthy most of the time, there’s either no moderator or no ones bothered, I’ve made requests to have it looked at several occasions, it just appears that there’s no one there, it’s really disgusting and more disgusting that they just don’t care. It’s my pastime, my bit of fun, win, lose or draw its just a flutter, it’s mainly the golf, the football and the horses, if I win great, if I lose it’s neither here nor there, I’m fortunate and have done well in life. Sadly the review for Coral merits only 2 stars (at best) I can’t emphasise enough they just don’t listen, they have no empathy, they just have a customer couldn’t careless and I’d suggest to any punter to just give them a miss. The best out there are Bet365, SkyBet, BetFred & William Hill, they have no gimmicks, just top prices, top extra places and fantastic customers services/care.

On the 10th if July I wrote another bad review about Coral owing me the balance of a closed account. I have received two emails since then telling me that this payment was being processed. It is now the 22nd and now payment has been received. I have not even had a reply to my last email asking for an update. This really is very bad service. I am not sure what I need to do to get MY money. I am going to write to the CEO but I doubt that will help.

Not a very honourable companyMy boyfriend has a gambling addiction and is signed up to GamStop as a precautionary measure. He has been doing well with controlling his gambling but recently signed up to Coral and spent £700 on Slots. My boyfriend admitted he was in the wrong but what I didn’t realise is he created an account in my name to bypass the detection so I had zero responsibility for this account being created and no way of knowing until he made me aware (after the money was spent.)Now I asked Coral if they’d look into it and issue a refund of some sort as he shouldn’t be gambling in the first place but they refused simply station I was responsible and that nothing can be done. Need to be compensated. Won £7800 for the euros final 2024. Withdrew the money and then coral banned my account. They asked for a different document every single day instead of asking for them all at once like a normal verification company. Asked for my passport, drivers license, front and back of debit card, and then transaction statement, then bank statement for the recent months, then finally requested a special bank statement showing the last 7 days of transactions. All these documents wasnt enough, today they asked me for a photo of my face next to my passport to do final verifications. That is crazy especially asking for each one every single day individually instead of all in one go like a normal company. Really really suspicious behaviour. Still waiting for my money back.
