It’s still Dead spin central and Still draining funds. it’s either one of two things I’m the most unlucky slot player in the world or these slots are rigged, I would like to believe it’s the first one but I cannot be certain. After reopen my account yesterday I had small win and withdrew now lost five deposit so closed these etain sites are all crap. Playing on here is fun. I have had a fair share of wins on bingo, Slots and casino. Withdrawals are super easy and quick!The Rewards Grabber is a bit poor though as every day I always get a grab of either 5 coins or 10 coins as the reward. When I first started, it was 100 coins. Have not had that in a long long time. Hardly worth playing that.Could do with the flash pop up at the end of the tournaments to not come up until the last game has finished as this is really annoying. For three weeks now I have been promised that the balance of my account £138 would be refunded to my bank. Last week I was told 3 to four working days. I was then told that £80 had been processed. I advised Coral that this was the wrong amount. Nothing was transferred to my bank. On complaining again today I get an email telling me that £58 has been processed and will be transferred to my account. Nothing is transferred and the balance is reduced each time they email me. This account is closed! The balance can not have changed. I recommend people to stay well away from Coral. I will not give up an will keep updating here. Fortunately I have kept screenshots of their emails.

Many of the site games do not work or have glitches. In play scores are often shown as incorrect. Cash out often does not work or gives reduced amounts for no reason. Worst of all are the free games. In the last few months it has got worse until it is simply not worth playing them.When you do win the amounts are miniscule. I have told them several times that on the last or even penultimate spin of the 30 spins allowed, your winning spin is either not credited or is even DEDUCTED from your total.This has never changed. The one thing I would say is that the payout on the online site is fast and efficient, but overall the site needs massive improvement.

After four attempt to withdraw the balance from my closed account I have got nowhere despite being promised that the funds would arrive in my bank three times. On Thursday last week I was asked to send a copy of my bank statement and received an acknowledgemen and was told again that the money would be in my account within 4 working days.Imagine my anger when yesterday, day 4, I asked when I could expect the promised funds only to be asked to send a copy of my back statement and debit card.It seems to me that Coral will use any excuse not to refund the £138 that was the balance of the account when it was closed. I have only one bank account, the one that Coral had for my gaming account. They have had the statement they asked for. Yesterday I poster here about problems withdrawing from my online account. Eventually customer support and myself agreed that Coral would put the balance £138.28 into my account and we would close the account.I agreed and the account has been closed. Coral Customer Support assured me that the funds would be in my bank within 4 hours. A day later and no my money has not been paid into my bank.When you contact customer services you get the same auto reply saying that they will get back to you within 24 hours. i will update here when something happens. Meanwhile I will try the Gammbling Commission and see if I can get anywhere.

I bet at their Market Drayton store, the number of times the payout is under what it should be is a joke.Lets talk about the staff there, they are amazing really friendly and helpful.I was supposed to pick up at least £49 today but only got £46.12. The first time it happened in April this year I had a £1 win on 11/4 which if I’ve worked it out right the return should have been £3.75 and yet I got less than £3. The first time I just let it go, but it has become a joke how many times it’s happened.I put what we call a reverse Tricast in Liverpool and they refused to pay out even though it won. I have an online account with Coral. I tried to withdraw from this yesterday and it would not let me. Coral confirmed that I have a credit balance and could not see why I could not withdraw. After I contacted Coral and they sent me all round the houses telling mt to try different search engines ect. I have worked in IT all my life but I went along with it. It is day two and I can access my account but not withdraw from it. The infuriating thing is when you get back to customer supportt to tell them you are getting nowhere you get an automated reply telling you that they will reply within 24 hours. Customer service at it’s worst. Maybe a call to head office today and see if I can get someone senior to talk to me?

Paid a visit to the Scarborough shop Saturday 22nd June approx midday. One male and one female members of staff, both had relatively poor knowledge of betting, asked for prices on two separate bets, the female member of staff said I had to place bet before getting a price. Both members of staff were rude, I also tried to place a bet on greyhound racing still waiting to get my bet on!!!
