Horrendous company. Rob, steal and cheat their customers.Stole £200 off me claiming they forgot to turn a market in play and so voided bet. They have no contact telephone number, no email address but only a sh1tty Live Chat service staffed by foreigners who leave you waiting 30 minutes for a reply and don't understand English.Yes the company is that bad!Betfair and Paddy Power are run by the same people so stay clear of Paddy Power aswell.They are forced to advertise heavily on TV and Radio as no one has a good word to say about them, so they are looking to prey on the naive who have no idea how corrupt and unscrupulous they are.Do NOT join Betfair or Paddy Power as they will take your money and try to ruin your life. There is no proper regulation in the industry so they behave how they like, (see Football Index saga where over £100 million was stolen).

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and I’ll throw the transcripts in for you too.

Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. Absolute joke it is. Most times it vN take up2 20 minutes from the minute your logged onto the site to play one lousy game for them only to get all your money from you. Crazy. Thousands I've deposited in the last 6 month alone and not once have I won over £90 in the whole year n half I've been with them. Their jokers. I will not be playing on here again.

It is really good, as I am using it from more then one years now, but the only thing which I am facing now days that whenever I am trying to deposit they keep my miney on hold for long tym as in for more then 10 days this is not acceptable, it is my money, yeah but all the other things are good, yes sometime they change bet as well but now onwards I have start taking screenshots, the only concern is deposit money sometime get stuck which they use to credit back after a long time, so mine is still stuck and waiting to be get credited in my account. When I asked for compensation they denied and now these days chat support is pathetic

So this is probably my 3rd or 4th moan about this terrible Casino! I complained in about may/June about playing Gonzo megaways and being £1200 down with no bonuses or features! To finally get one and receive £80 from it. Got the usual generic message about the RTP and what not! Anyway we are now nearly in November and haven’t had another bonus since on that slot or taken any money back from these lot. I have a limit of £50 a week and only play this one game! These lot are scammers! Don’t be like me and keep getting robbed! Go else where! these guys are legal criminals!!

AVOID! I've been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can't use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can't access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it's makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. I will be withdrawing funds and closing account as soon as I have access again, when ever that will be.

A lot of these reviews seem a little unfair, i think most bookmakers will receive a negative review on trustpilot for one reason or another from punters who are losing obscene amounts of money from their own accord.I can only speak from personal experience, i have been using boylesports for about 2 months now after a friend told me about it and i have been pleasantly surprised... won a few hundred pounds from different football bets and i have always received my money within 2 hours and always seem to be receiving free bets, no complaints from me.

Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I can’t access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Don’t use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen… they could.Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasn’t on the document… it was.A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either don’t read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.Couldn’t have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didn’t matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account - which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.My advice is just don’t join in the first place.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

I will just basically say what everyone else did.Scamm and rigged games.6 different games deposit to play each not even a one bonus all games catching errors just to interfere with you getting bonus.They scumbags should be prosecuted.They deserve proper fee from gambling commission like some other sites.Hopefully soon it's going to happen.Karma is always coming back and I'm sure those shameless thieves will pay.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves.Shamless without any qualities or dignity.

Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for... Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Please Please don't waste your money on this site.

All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn't actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don't like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don't commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.
All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn’t actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don’t like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don’t commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didn’t have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don't want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn't request, however that still wasn't good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven't replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!

Dafabet is fraud. My friend made a deposit to them via btc which they said due to btc rate it was lower than the expected amount. They asked her to send her btc wallet for refund and for several months still nothing. They even tried to convince her that it was sent to an address which is the exact same address they gave her to make deposit claiming that it’s hers. They even said it was processed and can not be reviewed.

Awful compony awful costumer service skills they don't care about the costumers and the money we spend on them they take ur money no matter how much u want to deposit and as soon as you win they block ur account for weeks on end and what ever you win with them you will not get for almost a month never play with these

Another bookie happy to advertise good odds and perks but unwilling to lay unless your a mug. £1 maximum bet says it all. Hides behind responsible gambling banner making you jump through hoops with documents, bank statements, P60’s, wage slips, pension statements etc which will take months only to be told you can bet on the casino which I never have or never want to or you can bet a £1 on the horses, very responsible!
