Fraud website. Before deciding to play here, I failed to do some research and see these reviews in trust advisor. I'm not alone. Dafabet has cheated a lot of people like me. Dafabet is blacklisted even in the popular gambling forum like AskGamblers

hello sir/madam….my user id :vikram7777,actually iam new to this dafabet….in my first depostie of 4000.INR….i got bonus of 4000.INR….so with that amount i played quntam rouletee…so i won 38,000.INR…when iam trying to withdrawal the amount….uable to withdrawal they are declined the amount was confiscated as per dafabet managements decision itseems as per live chat…but this is cheating and fraud…one question to dafabet???? why you people giving bonus amount tell me ? because they are doing fraud but any how take you 4000.INR bonus back and give me my 34,000 which i win in quantum roletee…i will not leave my money at any cost i will write e review back and back i want my money back dafabet

Was a decent bookmaker years ago but turned in to a really bad one. They refuse to pay and make all kind of excuses to avoid withdrawal requests to be succesfull. Struggling with them for weeks even if all documents are in rule. Have 2,800 USD stucked.

If you play here and happen to win some money, don't get too excited. Why? They won't allow you to withdraw. I know what I'm talking about. Got extremely stressed out when Dafabet cheated me. Unless you want to get stressed out and get into depression, never play here.

Worst poker app.
I have started playing poker on dafa poker app however I lost a hand with straight to a player who had 3 of a kind I have been trying to contact the dafa customer service team with all possible ways however no response from them either I have provided them with the screen shot of that particular hand given details about that hand still they haven't able to understand what I am trying to explain

Joined dafabet last night, sent my verification documents straight away before depositing. Placed some bets for today and did a chat with them this morning to check if my account had been verified yet. They told me they hadn't received the email, so I resent whilst on the chat an they confirmed receipt.

Hours later whilst my bets are in play they email saying they won't accept a building society letter as POA, and apparently my passport wasn't on the email. Sent them all additional documents at 2pm, and at this point my bets had won. Guess what.. Haven't had confirmation of verification now. I can't withdraw my money, can't deposit if I wanted to but they are allowing bets to be placed if I wanted to.

So I did a chat an said withdraw the funds an when they've decided to finish verifying I'll deposit again.

But they've refused quoting T&Cs…. they won't withdraw but are allowing customers who are apparently NOT verified enough for deposits/withdrawals to place bets during this time with these funds.

I will update in the morning if they rectify this issue!

I would give it -1000 stars for how they scam you with promotions. They require you to deposit recently example 1k and fulfill certain requirements. After you done all that and more after a week they say you don’t qualify and give rubbish excuses. And after many complaints they change the requirements on the website and last checked the Auspicious Ox promotion is completely gone from their website!
But guess what, all the screenshots of the promos and the conversations with their useless as usual customer service I have kept it.
For others who also get cheated can also lodge complaint with askgamblers.com and make sure dafabet is completely shut down for cheating many people.

They make a promotion Auspicious year of the ox with bonus maximum can get RM2888 (Malaysia ringgit) .
But after the week of promotion, they claim I am not qualified because I didn't opt in for the promotion. The problem here is in the terms for the promotion its not write at all about have to opt in. Really bad experience. Deposit for RM1000 and get cheated.update, after I make complaining to their customer service,they change the bonus for only RM288 and put 'opt in' in the terms. I have screenshot before and after I complain. Careful with their promotion, they keep try to make people deposit only with promotion and after that they will find lot of way to not giving it

Can't withdraw your winnings. Dafabet's customer support is a big joke. They don't know what they are doing. You will get the same vanilla response in chat and emails. If you play here, you will lose your peace of mind due to their unfair practices.

Very bad experience. Worst customer support, worst email replies. Have been waiting for a month to receive my funds (withdrawal) and still nothing. If you write an email, just tell the same story always.

OMG Andy, the EXACT same thing happened to ME! They took £265 from my bank account without authorisation. I used dafabet for about 3 months without any problems whatsoever, next day withdrawals (sometimes same day) fast bet settlements, best odds guaranteed on horses, first past the post special, etc etc. Woke up one morning to a text from one of my bank accounts informing me that I was overdrawn by £265! That account didn't have an arranged overdraft on it so I'm liable for interest charges. Contacted dafabet and they said it was a company called Paysafe who handles their debit card payments and withdrawals so speak to them. Anyone thinking of opening an account with them or anyone currently using them should only deposit via a voucher method or some way which doesn't involve your bank account.

Poor at best, and reading these reviews I’m not alone!!!

Don’t expect any resemblance of Customer service. The online chat staff are clearly trained to refuse to accept responsibility or raise complaints and readily cut you off if you try to raise a grievance. Supervisors are a strange bunch, I’m not sure what training they receive but I doubt customer service is part of it.

Complaints by email are also ignored and vanilla responses will fob you off.

All I can suggest is raising issues with the Gambling Commission and IBAS. Hopefully if enough complaints are raised to them, they’ll refuse these parasites a gaming licence.

Guys, Trust me, They cheat you. I made a good money in the recent IPL ongoing cricket matches. I tried to withdraw the money. They said that the name is mismatching with you E-wallet. Then i asked to change my name in Dafabet profile… That's it.. They are not responding to my -emails and saying that we haven't received any E-mails from you … Bet365 is better choice..

Terrible company and the worst customer service ei have ever experienced. They don’t value customers and I lasted a whole three hours. Of which an hour was on live chat I was chatting with Harry who barely answered anything with a straight answer just a generic sentence on the odd occasion then I got cut off got through to Tin who again barely answered a question which on numerous occasions had to remind him in the end wanted to close my account which he could not do so I was transferred to Theresa who I never had a chat with as they were having problems and finally Jenny who apparently was a Supervisor but was equally as bad as the two clowns I communicated with before and in fact she was worse on one occasion I had to ask the same question 4 yes 4 times to get an answer and again no straight answers a lot of the time just generic. I asked them all about cash out in play they all kept saying look out for the sign and then they do it but cannot guarantee but they should have said no we don’t except on very rare occasions all my bet were on the Premier League IPL cricket and French Open Tennis all main stream events but no cash out in play unlike any decent bookmaker. I Mentioned about the phones and that you get connected and then it cuts off after a long winded message and Jenny tried to make an excuse by using the COVID Pandemic which personally is sick if you ask me. How on earth can they not have a call centre with all social distancing in place and now they are saying a manager will call me as soon as the phone lines are up and running. In this day and age I do not believe the managers don’t have a work phone. So what I would say is avoid at all costs 888 Sport and Bet 365 are the best companies and excellent sites to navigate around and have the most markets. Do not use DAFABET at all. 3 hours of bad service let’s see if the manager calls.

One of the worst experiences ever.
Online betting is my hobby and my passion. I used to play in various companies and I know for sure what is good and what is bad. So now i can claim that Dafabet – is one big trouble. They are really very bothering with their calls and endless newsletters, small amount of deposits are always being lost, their customer support as if always ssso indifferent. Zero trust!

Daftbet not Dafabet
I opened an account with this lot in early 2018. I only ever did the welcome offer with them.
They never once sent me any notifications of any offers, promotions or free bets which is why I only did the sign up offer. I go where there are more offers to be had.
I did enjoy playing a free weekly game on their site and recently won a free £5 bet. 3 days later there was still no sign of any free bet added to my account. I contacted their live chat about it and they were as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
Eventually I was told that I was not entitled to participate in this as multiple accounts had been found to be linked to my account. Which I can CATEGORICALLY SAY IS COMPLETELY FALSE.
Now the detective who discovered this must be REALLY CLEVER because I live on my own and I do not have any visitors or share my information with anyone else. No one has access to my IP address so this just PROVES that they don't like you having ANY chance of winning whatsoever. Multiple accounts my arsenal.
This lot are like ALL other bookmakers, they are just a bunch of scum thieves who rinse money out of punters and give absolutely nothing back.
Crap bookmaker with crap offers. Avoid!!

I Have 1600+ USD in my account. and 442 USD Wagers Left. Now When i place any bet stake show me this type error "You Are not permitted to place wagers online with this account". when i told my problem via live chat they provide me my verification documents. i send all provided documents via email. they answer me my account is now fully verified. and you can now play bet again. then i try to place bet again but still problem. i send all screen short to support team . today they told me "We have checked your account and found the balance available in your DafaSports wallet was came from the bonus you received.

now i made deposit again but still show me error! i think dafabet is the worst betting site. from customer support to live chat , everyone is cheating.

Malaysia platinum player. Been with them for a few years , done big deposit over 10k and withdraw over 10k no problem.

But suddenly a small deposit of 156 went missing. Send resit, bank statement and screenshot.
Was told will get review in 24 hour.
Check back every 24 hour , and same reply of another 24 hour . Everytime the reply was sign off by a different name in vip customer care.
10 day pass, decided to contact my bank, and they need 3 day to send me written reply. Which I got, and they still send me the robotic reply, always the same . Total no human interaction.
Really lucky this is a super small amount, as this the odd left over I decided to deposit.
I usually deposit 3 to 10k normally.
From this I can see they really is not scamming. But has total no care about customer , and clueless to what is happening. Live chat with block you, and email will stop replying when press further.
Also to note , since my complain, I stop getting any bonus, which I dont really know is affected by my complain or not .

I placed a bet on dafabet on foxes volleyball team 3 times they declared wrong result even though I won the match, on two occasions they declared the result as void and cancelled my bet and returned the amount that I placed on the bet,without giving me the winnings, on the third occasion they simply declared the result as lost even though I won the match, when I contacted them about it they simply said it was correctly declared and it was final and given me a link as proof which clearly shows that I won, even then they argue that I lost and never returned my money to me

I had to send my id to dafabet more than 15 times to withdraw my cash. Now i have limit on pinnacle esport 3euro. I advise against playing on dafabet. They don't respect customers. I had to fight for my cash almost 2 months. They are broke now probably.
