Ok…..went to log in, "account closed". Contacted live chat, its a "business decision"…..uh ok…a business decision. They sent a load of tosh about safeguarding me….i won alot of money, this was the issue!. I reported a fault, showed screenshots of the irish racing not displaying compared to the uk racing which was displaying correctly, instead of receiving thanks, i got sarcasm and abuse from JOHN THE MANAGER. Disgusting, now they close my account and say its to help me!. Scammers, avoid these as i believe they are racist with the tone of emails.

I had been using Dafabet for 3 years now. I had been happy – despite losing so much money in gambling – so happy that i suggested it to several friends and family members. However today there had been an issue. I deposited MYR2,000 into the account, my bank pended the payment for 1 minute to check with me, before allowing the payment to go through. After the payment went through, Dafabet claims to not have gotten my funds, EVENTHOUGH i used the INSTANT INTERBANK FUNDS TRANSFER(IBFT). I am unsure whether I will be getting my money back for now.

I will contact IBAS tomorrow, if issue not resolved.

Be careful with Dafabet, since covid-19 they are asking people to verify their accounts by sending in scanned copies of driving license, passports, bank statements etc, these are viewed by people working from home who have the ability to photograph them without anyone knowing. they'll tell you it's all kept in a secure enviroment, but once it's photographed it's all too late

Unfortunately Dafabet.com went bad. Friend told me, that he used skrill as option to pay in, now there is no such options for withdrawal and they are holding back his 635 euro. He did not use any deposit bonus. The live chat is offline – these are the sign for saying goodbye to your money (if you remember canbet).

Stay away from them, until they clear out these issues.

Dafabet owe me $1700 USD, i have been trying to withdraw since January 2020.

It has been over 4 months of them getting me to verify multiple times, making me try multiple withdrawal attempts. All of which fail due to their intentional ploy of not paying customers.

I am fully verified and they are intentionally not paying me.

I believe their business is in financial hardship and they will likely go under.

I have a complaint against them which is being investigated by IBAS.

Dafabet are hands down worst bookmaker ive ever user. Ive used over 20 different bookmakers in past, all limiting me due to being a profitable customer.

i got a problems about WITHDRAW.. i cant withdraw my money, is because my account name doesnt match with my bank account name.. so i call the dafabet CS.. itold them about my problem, and the said they will help me to change the name.. they told me to send email with my email that already registered to my account.. so i send them a mail, and include my ID, pasport and some deposit screenshot.. and couple hour they reply my mail, and the answer is they cant help my problem.. they told me to to open bank account with the name that i registered..
OMG.. thats was impossible to open bank accounts with that name, cause that was my nick name.. but they dont care anymore.. is there no other way to prove that i waS the owner of my account.. Im very disappointed with dafabet.. so I cant withdraw the money..

I was having money 10000 INR in their exchange… More then 1 month they said its under maintenance… Now they removed exchange option and they are not giving money.. I would stay away from Dafabet.

They might be a “bigger” company but their processing time is HORRIBLE.

I’ve made a withdrawal of MYR1,048.80 at around 3.00am, checked with them at around 4.30am. They said that since I transferred money from Live Dealer –> Poker that I would need to BET at least the amount before I can withdraw the money.

Fine, they were not clear so I open up the Poker Software and played there (there’s a casino section within the software) and I played over the amount (at least MYR1,200++).

Made 2nd withdrawal at around 4.55am. Checked with them at around 6.00am and this time they say that I have not yet BET the amount in POKER.

Fine, now they wanted me to play poker for MYR1,048.80. I’ve played my darn hardest as the stakes were only EUR0.10 or EUR0.05. Very small. Yet I have managed to play around EUR240 (approx MYR1,100)

Made 3rd withdrawal at around 6.50am. Checked with them at around 8.00am and this time they say that it is still PENDING on their side. I tried asking about 100 times about betting yet the Customer Support (named Brix) said that there’s no problem coz if there’s a wagering problem, then their software won’t allow me to make withdrawal.

So as you can see… either their people are totally clueless about what is going on or they are just buying time trying to hope that we will cancel it and lose it all to them so that they do not have to pay me.

Hold on to your money, better operators elsewhere

Deposited more than 24 hours ago according to their instructions on the site, funds deducted from bank account but still not credited in wallet despite numerous follow up. When asked, all they can say is they are checking with their payment team or that they are waiting for confirmation of the deposit. This is despite my emailing them the transaction slip. Still waiting after a day, with no indication of when the great people at Dafabet will resolve this.

There are tons of things wrong with Dafabet but this takes the cake. Been a customer for a few years and it is time to switch to better operators, plenty others out there. Use this site at your own risk.

They deducted my money in the name wagering requirement when I fully complete that.
And they didn't give me my money back nor any reply.
When I asked about that they gave excuses and after that when I said I will write about this at trustpilot they closed my account.

Dafabet is a total fraud website.
Their bonus system is only to cheat users and take their money.
I deposited 2000 and they gave me 3000 bonus and they told me I need to wager total 75000 before making withdrawal.
I fulfilled that condition and when I make withdrawal of 7500 from my winnings they declined withdrawal and said deducted my 6000 winnings and when I asked the reason they said they can't told me anything as it is done by top management.
So don't trust these type of fraudsters, these all are thieves who will steal your money.

Been a member since 2014 on dafabet and im currently a vip level member. Never had any issue deposit or withdraw. highest i ever deposit must be around usd2.3k ~ usd2.5k. The biggest amount i ever withdraw is around usd7000~usd8000 a while back. I was shock to see all the reviews about dafabet here. I dont understand how the others have so much problem or they writing a fake review. As long when u register, u need to full register and verify yourself. Every online betting site is the same, if u dont fully verify urself as the owner of the account, u will face problem when withdraw. ur account is under ur name, when u deposit and withdraw have to from banks account that is under your name. Thats basic common sense to prevent fraud. cheers.

As everyone says… scammers.
I was looking around for a site to place a football bet, saw that first losing bet is refunded as a free bet, upto a certain amount, so bet a £10 treble which lost and didn't get my free bet.
Contacted them and they said it expired yesterday. I then asked to withdraw so I can close my account so they froze my account and now I cant access my funds.
This is not a verification issue this is clearly just why everyone (correctly) sees them as a scam. I'm just glad its only £20
