worst betting experience ever, I wish trust pilot offered zero stars……. I placed a tennis bet with dafabet and my selection retired due to injury… common sense would tell you that with there only being 2 players in tennis that if a player is injured then your bet should be voided. Never before have I placed a tennis bet with an injury and the bookies keep my money.

I would advise everyone reading this never to place a bet with dafabet, they have the worst betting rules ive ever seen. I feel like ive been ripped off big time, my account is now closed as I want nothing to do with these scammers. No cashout offered and stupid rules to keep your money.

I am a new customer from Malaysia. I cam across this website and deposit some money using EZpay. I won couple of hundreds and decided to withdraw. NOW THE HASSLE COME.
1) I have been told that I need to register a withdrawal account with the same payment method I use for deposit money. Frustratingly there are no methods same as the 1 I use for deposit money.
2) I need to go through livechat to ask for support.
a) S.O.P answer from Livechat, you are advice to clear your browing history and cache.
b) You are advice to change to another browser after the 1st step was done and your case remains unsolve.
c) If the above can't solve you are advice to use a new device.
(P.S W.T.F, I am from IT background and the 1st step sometime may help, but the 2nd and 3rd step are just waste of time).
2.1 At the same time I have sent an email to the ensupport. Not surpise their SOP answer is to guide you on how to enroll a withdraw account, ( I have successfully enroll with ecoPays), but the email still ask me to enroll an account.
3) After couple hours trying, an agent told me (livechat), my case has been escalated to payment team. NOW THE FISHY PART, I got no case ID for reference, and point of contact for reference…all I need to do is just wait 30 mins for their email.

I am in the midst of waiting, so I strongly advise DONT EVEN CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS STUPID BULLOCK ARSSE COMPANY.
I understand that the companyis trying to protect their customers. IT's TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WHEN YOU ALLOW A DIFFERENT DEPOSIT METHOD AND THIS METHOD IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR WITHDRAWAL METHOD.

Signed up for their £30 risk free bet offer. Never received my free bet 24 hours after it settling. Emailed the company and was told that the offer expired the day I placed the bet. I will not return to play here after they failed to honour the first offer.

Placed first bet £30 lost
As a new customer I should then have received a £30 free bet.
This is where the fun starts they then wanted a copy of my passport or DL a picture of me holding same a Utility bill and a pic of back & front of Debit card I used to make initial dep.
unbelievable total scam merchants AVOID

Unacceptable!
I decided to sign up with Dafabet so…I entered all my details. Fine.
The moment I entered my bank details and pressed continue they blocked my account.
The live chat was weird. A lady constanyly asked me to wait coz she was "talking to security team" like for almost 5-8 minutes (?!?).
Why so long ? 🙂 What kind of debate did they have regarding my account (not placed a single bet) ? 😀
Then they said they were going to call me. That didnt happen as my phone had reception issues at the time. Wonder if the phone call came to pass if my phone was ok…
Told them to close my account. Very dodgy practice !
After reading reviews below i started to believe this is some sort of very suspicious company. Wouldnt be surprised if they were involved in some sort of illegal practicess / activities.

PS: I notice the company is based in Philippines.

Dafabet, dafasport is SCAM, I deposit RM500 with their online banking, it deducted from my account, but it not added to my betting account, I contact with their online chat, I give them bank reference number, I sent 4 times email from my register email with official bank receipt and screenshot from my bank statement that shows it deducted from my account , but they said WE NOT RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL! I try to send with another email , they said only register email, I try to upload the receipt and screenshot in my google drive and share the link, they said we not accept links!!!!!!! dont use this SCAM.

Shocking bookmaker. You wonder how idiots like these are allowed to operate.

I had the audacity to withdraw after winning some money. I then lost on an ACCA which had insurance or so I thought. Think you know what happened next. No refund and they said they ddn;t have to notify me that bonuses were no longer applicable to me.

Another bunch of morons who said I could have bonuses in their casino though. Told them to close my account.

My advice – take the free bet bonus and close account. They are not a good bookmaker.
