This company is terrible. I didn’t use their site for a month but then decided to deposit around £100 and do a little bit of casino gaming and they suspend my account because of “increased betting activity” and provide me with safer gaming advice, like I’m some kind of addict. No thanks. I’ll take my money elsewhere, going forward.

Complete scam!! No chance of winning sadly connected to a sports provider. Don’t try this service errors with bonus deposits withdrawal and terrible customer service. Gameplay like most online sites but they are not respecting the law with regards to win/loss service offered and provided. Just jumped on the bandwagon of online gambling in Spain thinking of easy money and no real service just a copy and paste. This money/profit leaves the EU we should think about keeping gambling regionalised and end profiteering and clearly openly racketeering.Gambling should be fun and these diabolical sites need to be shut. They advertised free bet of £20 if you place a £10 qualifying bet. I signed up under the banner and then I had to opt in under the promotion page but I couldn’t see the deal. So let me tell you why I couldn’t see the deal they were undergoing a change in their promotion offer from £20 free bet to £10 free bet. So they took off the page for £20 offer. This meant I couldn’t opt in and my qualifying bet was placed and settled. I then contacted live chat and they straight up refused to give me credit as I didn’t opt in. How could I opt in if the deal wasn’t visible on promotion page and you were undergoing change in offer. Despite writing them thrice they refuse to offer me free bets as a goodwill or acknowledge their mistake but instead blame me. They will never have my business!!

So just a quick update after my positive review below. I regularly bet on horse racing, and I started to notice that the each way button would just not register when I clicked it. I tried several different devices and web browsers and the same thing continued to happen. I spoke to live chat and told the lady that, checking these problems on pc which I just assume all staff would use..will not show up the problem and that they need to try it on tablets or mobile phones. They did and then got the same problem!! Goodness knows how much they have cost punters that fancy a few horses and have to do all the bets to win 🫣 I didn’t even get a thank you for noticing the problem!

I think most of the negative comment on here are from people who have done their nuts on the slots or the casino! I have had no problems whatsoever 👍 withdrawals go in almost instantly. Although it would be nice to have an option in sport betting to be able to do combi forecasts and tricasts and be able to watch the races. Also the payout on winning bets are a little slower than the more well known sites. Other than that no issues.

I opened an account with Dazn bet, I created the account and uploaded all my documentation for verification, I received an “account approved” on my account so I made my first deposit.I played for hours and ended winning, my account was fine until I tried to withdraw, I received notification to state that they were processing my withdrawal, I now have just received an email to state my account has been closed.I have received no response to my message asking why my account has been closed or what is happening to my withdrawal, it’s absolutely disgusting!

Scammers! After the first deposit, they ask for account verification, for which they ask for a selfie with ID/Passport and scanned bank card (both sides!). Until these are sent in, the account is locked and the money cannot be withdrawn. The company (DAZNBET LIMITED) was dissolved in September 2023, so it operates illegally. The fraudster who runs the company, (ADAN MCMANUS), runs other online bookmakers and casinonos as well. Avoid at all costs!

Like alot of other users on here I’m having major issues withdrawing. I withdrew 1 sum which went through fine. I’m currently waiting on a 2nd withdrawal to receive an email saying they need to see proof of my card as its registered in a different name. It definitely isn’t. Judging by the reviews they seem to not like paying out winnings. Avoid

Too many people slag off too quickly.I read the reviews and thought, ” no I will make my own decisions”Seems the people having problems are the freeloaders wanting these bonuses. Forget these bonuses they are a waste of time. I made a couple of deposits and 3 withdrawals. All using the same card. This Company have been impeccable so far. The first withdrawal is back in the bank. I made sure I used the same ard for in and out instead of bank transfers. So far this Company have been spot on and have been excellent.

Shame there isn’t a negative stars option for this company. Avoid like the plague as you will never see your money again – how on earth did they obtain a gambling licence? The verification process might as well say stand on your head whilst juggling a football and take picture of your passport. They constantly move the goalposts making it impossible to withdraw. I was a bit apprehensive to join this site due to the negative comments but I joined yesterday, won money and its in my account already, I had sent my documents whilst playing as I know sometimes they ask for it before a withdrawal. Hopefully the reviews pick up for this website as it is decent and the customer service was lovely too. Don’t always look at the negative reviews.

My sister requested a Date subject access request from these within the 30 days set out by the ICO ( information commissioners office ) Even though it’s the law that they must provide for WHATEVER REASON they flat out refused and said make a complaint to the ICO. A scam site.Lucky I only deposited £5 for a £5 free bet.Now want a utility bill in COLOUR!Whatever that means.And a picture of a driving license or passport with a photo of myself holding it next to me.Quite humiliating!They took my deposit instantly.
