Opened an account didnt have a bet and they closed it with my deposit still not used, now when I said ok its closed send me my deposit back they asked for all kinds of ID, you will regret ever signing up with them.

Can't even pay up a £275 winning horse bet. It's now been 2 hours and still not settled. Utterly pathetic. Due to this I will be withdrawing the full 275 and closing the account instead of playing with the winnings. Corrupt

My sister requested a Date subject access request from these within the 30 days set out by the ICO ( information commissioners office ) Even though it's the law that they must provide for WHATEVER REASON they flat out refused and said make a complaint to the ICO. I urge everyone to submit DSAR requests

Please ignore this betting site!!!I have tried deposite my account £500 it says reached limit 🙀 l haven't setup limited but l contact live chat they sorted than l have tried £200 on world cup game it didn't took my bet then l have contacted live chat again they say sorted so world cup game finished which took my time l couldn't able to bet now l will close my account with them.....Please do not use this betting site....

A scam site.Lucky I only deposited £5 for a £5 free bet.Now want a utility bill in COLOUR!Whatever that means.And a picture of a driving license or passport with a photo of myself holding it next to me.Quite humiliating!They took my deposit instantly. Perhaps they should send me documents of the company with them holding various ID next to their photo before they accept any deposits.I recently applied for and received a new credit card and bank account with no ID necessary.Just to be registered on the electoral register which I am for identification.My god,I thank my lucky starsI didn,t deposit £100,s of pounds to the site.They,ve now completely locked me out of the site.Hopefully this company won,t last long and continue robbing people.Got accounts with the big boys:coral,william hill, paddypower etc.Never had to send a single document crap to any of them.Just avoid and don,t sign up and give them your hard earned cash.

I deposited £500 over 2 days and then it came up with an error saying my deposit limit has been reached and if I hadn’t set one up to contact CS which I did. They replied back quickly saying there was no deposit limit and I should try again. So next day I deposited £50 all fine then again on my next deposit it came up with the same error message. I then received an email saying there was a net deposit limit of 50 weekly and 100 monthly put on my account. What an absolute joke. Casinos put deposit limits all the time but normally before you start to play and even if it’s done after they will put a £500 monthly limit. Now feel cheated with no chance to win my money back. Maybe I should be grateful as looking at the poor reviews on here maybe I would lose even more

Daznbet allowed me to deposit and bet as a Gamstop registered user they also verified my id on two occasions.I raised a complaint and after much escalating they have agreed to refund the deposits made as a goodwill gesture.This is a good example of a casino not profiting from problem gambling and doing the right thing.

Closed my account 2 days after opening I could tell a mile away it's rigged. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. No fun on here at all takes your money in no time with no returns or bonus rounds. Don't even register it's not worth it!!

They use a closed loop withdrawal system so want me to withdraw money to a card Iv not had for over 6 months account is closed , for them to be able to process the funds they want a letter from the bank saying it's closed and why I closed it .. Restricted my account to £500 a year or £100 a month which is the oddest this Iv ever seen as the math Dunt add up.. Chat staff has got to be on work experience because wow awful service especially Samual he's a real treat . 😳

Took my deposit alright, but then locked my account. Wanted me to send photos of personal information to verify it - fair enough, but they should have done that before taking my money. I won't be sending personal information to this company, so I'll be out of pocket. But probably for the best to avoid any further damage looking at the reviews.

I signed up with this casino and before I could deposit my account got blocked. I contacted chat who said I used to belong to a casino run by one click bet so they needed to do additional checks. Their licence doesn’t have anything to do with one click bet and one click bet isn’t even allowed to operate in the uk anymore so it makes zero sense. After reading these reviews though maybe it’s for the best I can’t play here. Seems like a real shambles of a site

Most of the reviews I have read are 99% right. I don’t want to say anymore about the dazn bet because my experience is the same as the others. But it’s your own decision whether you want to try a go with dazn bet. To dazn bet, if you want your customers to stay you need to improve your service with integrity.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS I PROMISE YOU! I only bet on a few horse races a year, the Cheltenham Gold Cup and Grand National, I actually lost £500 to them in the gold cup week, ok fair enough. But then randomly my account was restricted to £50 a week and £500 annually (even after the losses). Tried betting on the grand national and they had technical errors for 48 hours preventing me from depositing, sending lies on email about it. Why they would restrict me after I lost £500 is beyond me, but I could have won big had any of them won, hence why it’s easier to restrict. A truly pointless experience. Believe me, you won’t win with these guys! Glad I didn’t get as far as the withdrawal stage though!

awful, the reviews posted by other are spot on, I'm having an awful experience as well, I am stake restricted after only placing one bet, now I'm having a nightmare withdrawing the £500 I put in to play with. Not sure how this is going to end, avoid this company if you know whats good for you,

Either the site is full of bugs or it's a total scam. Won 20free spins with 5x bonus on a £2 bet, won £168 only to see it all suddenly disappear as soon as the spins ended!! Contacted customer services and was initially told I never won any free spins, then later told oh you did, you win 7 but you didn't win anything at all! Claim is ongoing, but not holding out much hope.

Awful went to withdraw £15 and they say they can't process payment to my bank account and need to direct transfer Total b/s. Then want me to send them a photo of my bank statement with account details and sort code the full works. Like I'm going to do that for £15 no guarantees I'd see the £15 if I did send over the photo more likely I'd have my account cleared absolute cowboys avoid at all costs so corrupt won't last long with the reviews they have been receiving.

I was a bit apprehensive to join this site due to the negative comments but I joined yesterday, won money and its in my account already, I had sent my documents whilst playing as I know sometimes they ask for it before a withdrawal. Hopefully the reviews pick up for this website as it is decent and the customer service was lovely too. Don't always look at the negative reviews.
