I read the reviews for every single Michigan online gambling site, even the less known ones like Playgunlake, HorseshoeCasino, FourwindsCasino, as well as the popular ones, FanDuel, BetRivers, BetMGM, Caesars, and of course DraftKings and Golden Nugget. I quickly noticed a pattern. I see all of these people leaving 1 star reviews… okay nothing wrong with that right? WRONG. Over 90% of the negative reviews for all Michigan Online Casino sites are people complaining about the SAME THING. Poor RTP%, poor customer service, difficult withdrawal process, document verification issues, and then MOST COMMON COMPLAINT… scam accusations. Scam this, scam that, scam this. Guys, do you realize that all online gambling platforms are strictly regulated? They make their money from people just using the site as intended. They make a LOT of money from people simply using the site as intended. Much, much, MUCH more money than they would make trying to pull off little scams with people’s withdrawals, winnings, etc…In my experience with draftkings, I’ve never had an issue depositing, my withdrawals hit my account within seconds everytime, in the few times I spoke with support I’ve never had a negative interaction with them. Maybe YOU’RE just being rude to the customer supp rep because you’re unloading a bunch of frustration out on them and aren’t being polite. Although to be fair, my experience with caesars online supp reps was pretty negative. All I did was ask a simple question about details for a promotion and what would happen to my existing funds if I opted out of the promo and the dude gave me attitude for no reason. Like sorry bro, your job is literally to answer MY questions, a paying customer to the company that writes your check. So they immediately lost my business. But draftkings support has always been very polite. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for a rep to connect with you depending on the time of day but that’s not a big deal. And on my birthday last August, I reached out to support asking if I get any sort of birthday promo and the dude gave me a $40 casino credit. So DK support gets a thumbsup from me, so far.As far as RTP, I’ve experienced pretty much the same RTP here as I have at the other major Online Casinos, besides Betrivers, I self excluded from that site. My stat sheet was horrendous. Maybe I wasn’t sticking to my gameplan or something but I had dang near no withdrawals and all deposits. At least on draftkings there’s moments where my withdrawals are higher than my deposits. But to be fair, I do notice a trend where the RTP does fluxuate depending on my deposit/withdrawal ratio. But nothing major. It’s mostly my fault anyways if my deposits surpass my withdrawals by a large margin. I tend to get carried away when I hit big and start betting higher and deposit much, much more. As opposed to sticking to a responsible gameplan. I’ve won $500-$1000 multiple times in under a year off of .20c and 1-2$ bets and each time (so far) that I hit big and my account balance increases dramatically within a short timeframe, when I go to withdraw my funds… a $1000 withdrawal hits my bank account just as fast as a $20 withdrawal.As far as promos go, I do think they used to have some better promos that were a little easier to hit, but they still have in my opinion the best promos of all the other sites. Casino credits hit your account immediately after completing the promo, no waiting period, and 99% of the time the casino credits just have a 1x playthrough. And you call that a scam? Come on. Going back to RTP, sure I’m not always hitting for 1000x my bet amount, (or even hitting at all, which is fine, it’s called GAMBLING for a reason), but I DO typically hit consistently enough off of the games I play to finish most promos with a deposit no higher than $100 (depending on how much I have to wager). I’ve ranted long enough, my review is done. One last thing. For those complaining about RTP and how you’re just donating money playing here, people say that about every.. single.. online casino. It’s GAMBLING. You’re not guaranteed anything. Set limits, gamble responsibly and test your luck with money you can afford to lose. And if it’s not your lucky night then it’s not your lucky night. If it is, great. If not, then just logout and carry on about your business.

This place is complete trash i was winning pretty good and I had to log off for a second and guess what when I went to log back on these crooks had my account restricted because of a safer play check in. Only way I could communicate with them was at their leisure all the while the winnings I had accumulated that day they tied to a bonus and I do t ever play the bonuses because they keep your money like I never ever ever play bonuses and yet here my 1000s of dollars is tied to.one meaning I can’t withdrawl. DraftKings unfortunately is trash. I live bet at the actual sporting events quite a bit and have noticed that when placing a live bet…. Sometimes it circles like it is loading… the outcome of the play happens that you have already bet on (which at that moment you’d expect to get a refund since nothing was confirmed prior to the play) but I’ve noticed if you are to win the bet it does refund you saying it wasn’t placed on time but the exact opposite happens if you are to lose the bet it says it has been placed in time. Yes I’ve won money on the site and yes I’ve lost but the customer service is pathetic and the loopholes they use to screw over live bettors is disgusting. I’d use any other site. Recently deleted theirs and went to fanduel as I’ve spent a lot at DraftKings and have been treated like shit when inquiring about fishy scenarios.

I’ve been playing draftkings for several years, I’ve never had a problem withdrawing money after I have won. Albeit I’ve never won a huge pot but I’ve won up to $75 on a $20 bet. So it’s like playing the lottery and you’re playing against 200,000 plus other players. People that I’ve seen win the weekly games play multiple spots, so they’re bound to win at some point. Good luck. FYI, if you want a legitimate chance to win, play in a 8 man fantasy league. Moneys not a lot, maybe $500 but it’s fun.

I recently had a terrible experience with DraftKings that I feel compelled to share. They advertised a bonus to entice me to sign up and deposit money, but once I did, the bonus was not what they had promised. Worst company ever my sister-in-law got robbed and something similar to me happen with them six months ago and they would not pay me out. They always find reasons about violations that don’t exist to take your money. They will not refund me I sent proof they system was glitching! I faced significant challenges yesterday while attempting to cash out early from college games I had wagered on. My sister and I wanted to place bets for the Mike tyson and Jake Paul fight, so we excitedly signed up and put $250 each toward our projected outcome. After I placed my bet, my account was locked. My sister having no issue, I was unable to sign in or do anything with my account. I contacted draft kings, which they make it extremely difficult to contact anyone about an issue. After 10 emails back and forth, they would not let me access my account without providing my bank information and an ID/drivers license. Which my sister who I signed up with, had to do none of that… I am a busy person and had 2 days to send in that information before the fight and was not able to on time. So my money I placed is gone and cant even retrieve it if I tried. I will never use them again if it were my only choice. Terrible communication and service. A complete joke and waste of my hard earned money.

Deposited $100, told I couldn’t access horse racing site, which was only reason I joined. Trying to get my money refunded is a joke. “Contact us” box –no one responds. They do not even have a direct 800 contact number…just leave a message! Huh? Very fishy, and I thought more ethical than overseas’ sites. DO NOT USE. I had been a loyal player since they opened in michigan. On 8/9/2024, while in the middle of a spin they cut me off and said there was fraudulent activity on my account. My birthday was 8/8 and they wanted a photo of me holding my license. They had mine on file already and I’d gotten payouts several times, though I’d deposited more than ever paid out. I had just renewed my license and waiting for the new one. They were rude and ridiculous. At first acted like they new nothing about stopping my game. They refused to return the money in my balance and still are keeping it to this day. I got pretty upset about it. They banned me from not only Draftkings but also Golden Nugget. The took my money minutes before refusing to let me play but were unsure I was me and won’t return it? Make that make sense. It is fraud period. Makes no sense still. I’ve been sports betting for 3 years. DK was my 1st. It’s perfect. I love it. Never had a problem. Great daily promos, great rewards, nice app. Everything is perfect. I have had 20+ sports betting apps and DK is consistently my #1 or #2. I have wagered over $500K in 3+ years on DK. I see all these bad reviews and I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s for the casino slots part, which no one should be messing with anyway. You’ll make money here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made an account and transferred in money. Placed a bet and woke up the next day to the account being flagged for suspicious activity. Sent a bunch of bank statements and drivers license etc information to unlock the account. Within minutes of the game ending where my bet should have paid out DK sent an email stating the account was banned for breaching terms and conditions. They refused to provide any information on what were breached and asked for a bunch more information. We proceeded to provide that information and they asked for more again. We then provided that again. And they then said your account is banned we won’t change anything nor did they refund my money that I had sent them. This felt like something from a movie with the Mob it’s that ridiculous of an experience. Please do not use this app or trust them. If you win anything they will refuse to payout and do their best to steal your money and additional data while they’re at it.

I have been a DK member for years and have played many hundreds of hands of BJ. I am 100% convinced the game is a total rigged scam. It’s not mathematically possible to lose to a BJ 4 hands in a row….or to push nearly every single 20……or for the dealer to make 21 from a 6 every single time you pull a 21….or to never win a double down, etc. It’s beyond belief. Accepted my $$ to account. They’re probably happy I lost some $$. Then, when I wanted to either a) bet more or b) have the remaining $$ returned to the ORIGINAL source, they locked my account for no valid reason and are demanding a photo of me with my ID plus a copy of my bank records. Funny that they didn’t want any of that detail when they accepted my $$, right????(They claim there were attempts to DEPOSIT $$ to the account that were suspicious… I certainly didn’t do it, and anyone else is welcome to do so!)

This app is a joke !!!! I keep placing money and winning absolutely nothing !!! What a total rip off !!!! I recommend FanDuel instead !!! I’m usually winning there. But if I’m not, 90 percent of the time I’m at least able to play not just throw my money away spin after spin. Someone I know and love, a 30 year old mother of 400+ children across the valley of Phoenix has taken a deep and devastating spell of turmoil and addiction whilst using your app. A once trusted mom and caretaker, now turned into a devolving monster. She has devolved truly from the inside out, throwing her money away at programs like Nebraska football moneylines, letting innocent newborns and toddlers under her specific supervision be recklessly abandoned. And all for what? To see her throw 25 more dollars away from her hard earned 9-5? We have tried everything, every crisis hotline and research known to man, all to no avail. The only thing we have left is to pray to the Lord Jesus for his grace and mercy on her corruption.
