This is an absolute scam website, i played blackjack by depositing 100$, initially i won one game and later however you try dealer will win, if you downgrade to 1$ then u will win continuosly 5 to 6 game and ocassionally lose one game.. as soon as you increase the bet scene will be reversed. NEVER REGISTER ON THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TEST IF THIS IS TRUE AND LOSE SOME MONEY.

It’s a scam. You never win I put $1300, not one bonus. I’m sorry. I got one bonus $2. Put over $1300. And I get a $2 bonus. All the games are rigged. I feel they robbed me. They got me for over 10000 till I gave up.

Was with FanDuel for a while. They stopped accepting Venmo. So I went to DK. Was ok, liked FD better bc they offer more promos in both SB and casino. The free spins each week. I am a big UFC & NFL guy. It just so happens that DK doesn’t let you do any cash outs for UFC bets. There’s been several occasions where I could’ve cashed out for thousands, but just had to rock out bc of it. Also, I put in a futures parlay a while back. Eagles SB, Ohio St ntl title, UConn men to three peat, Celtics to repeat and the Avalanche to win it all. It’s like +2.4 million odds. 2/5 legs have hit so far, and they are offering a cash out of $2 right now. I realize that the odds are still crazy for it to hit, but I know for a fact that on FD; that they’d be offering me at least a couple hundred bucks as it stands. As 2/5 legs (+600, +275) having hit so far on a +2.4 million parlay should get me some sort of bigger cash out. More than $2 anyway! UConn is not out of it by any means, and the other two are alive as well. I was told ahead of time when asking friends which app to use (FD), as they all said the same thing about DK. That they’re cheap. Now, I can see/feel why! In closing, that futures bet is the last one that I have alive on DK, and will be my last. As I was able to set link a different institution other than Venmo onto my FD. Thx for the memories though, DK! 👋✌️🫡😢🤑

I hope one day I’ll find a honest sports gaming company between FANDUEL which i believe is the worst with their LIES about the welcome bonus and the trickery of things with DRAFTKINGS when using bonuses and promotions and things I pressed the bet now button numerous times and the bonus STILL wasn’t applied SMH that’s what i consider TRICKERY 🙁

You all just getting our money when we play about 15 teams and win 13 out of 15 we only loosing 2 out of 15 that is a rip off.Just sad!!!I am deleting my app.And when you play and keep checking to see how the game is going you can’t even get back to your bets mysteriously it keep telling you to retry. By the time you get back to the bed it locks you out. They have to do all that just to beat people out of their money…😱😡.. deleting my app 😱😡

Well, I see DraftKings has a 1.3 rating so I guess they really don’t give a damn. They’ve gone to new Lowe’s though I want money for Square. Some reason they accuse me of not being I said I was I said a man copious amounts of legitimate documents, and they kept my winnings that I won fair and square I would stay away from these guys. I plan on complaining to the Better Business Bureau. I’m gonna call my state representative And I’m gonna go after them civilly.

I won a super bowl bet and they now say that it was a Parlay bet. They CHEAT you out of winnings and there is not a human to talk to. They should be reported to the Gaming Commission. I never will deal with them again!

Terrible experience. Use the site a ton. Tried to cash out $300 and the have me waiting. Talked to customer service and asked for a supervisor and was told I would get the same answer. Then these morons locked my account because I was questioning them.

Still waiting after 2 years to have an account with them. They basically want every piece of personal information just so you can have an account. I think the next thing they’ll do is show up at my doorstep just to make sure it’s me trying to open an account with my information. Their customer service also sucks. They do nothing to help you resolve any issues. Don’t waste your time as there are better Sportsbook apps out there.

I just signed up for an account. I use my own money to bet not just the bonus bets and I won fair and square I sent in all the documentation they asked for. They still wouldn’t release my winnings, which I believe is illegal. Then I told them to close my account pending that they will give me my money back however they kept my winnings and they close my account. I’ve been dealing with their Chatbot, which is maddening and completely useless. I have receive emails from the customer service who are equally useless. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor manager and I have been denied. I am looking into taking all the reccourses I can because I don’t believe it’s legal to keep customers winnings, especially when they do everything that’s asked to them.

1 star is actually to much. I live in Canada and won a 5k MLB payout. I have not been able to take this money out. They have no contact number. Only emails occasionally saying they need more information. I have given them everything and still will not let me recover any funds. I opened a PayPal account as a last resort and still cannot have the app transfer me funds. If you are going to play and you do win. You will not be able to recover your funds.They sent me a tax form even though I did not take any funds. I am going to talk to the gaming commission.

I bought a visa giftcard recently and as soon as I registered.it my funds were taken and a visa customer rep could not do anything? I never did online gambling ,or heard about this site before. DraftKings is truly a masterpiece of frustration—an online gaming platform so “impeccably” designed that it makes you wonder if they’re actively trying to repel their customers. I stopped giving them my money a few years back, thinking I’d seen enough. But, against my better judgment, I decided to give them another shot. Spoiler alert: the experience was so “phenomenal” that I immediately remembered why I left in the first place. If you enjoy testing your patience and having your expectations dashed, by all means, stay on their site. Good luck—you’ll need it.

I read the reviews for every single Michigan online gambling site, even the less known ones like Playgunlake, HorseshoeCasino, FourwindsCasino, as well as the popular ones, FanDuel, BetRivers, BetMGM, Caesars, and of course DraftKings and Golden Nugget. I quickly noticed a pattern. I see all of these people leaving 1 star reviews… okay nothing wrong with that right? WRONG. Over 90% of the negative reviews for all Michigan Online Casino sites are people complaining about the SAME THING. Poor RTP%, poor customer service, difficult withdrawal process, document verification issues, and then MOST COMMON COMPLAINT… scam accusations. Scam this, scam that, scam this. Guys, do you realize that all online gambling platforms are strictly regulated? They make their money from people just using the site as intended. They make a LOT of money from people simply using the site as intended. Much, much, MUCH more money than they would make trying to pull off little scams with people’s withdrawals, winnings, etc…In my experience with draftkings, I’ve never had an issue depositing, my withdrawals hit my account within seconds everytime, in the few times I spoke with support I’ve never had a negative interaction with them. Maybe YOU’RE just being rude to the customer supp rep because you’re unloading a bunch of frustration out on them and aren’t being polite. Although to be fair, my experience with caesars online supp reps was pretty negative. All I did was ask a simple question about details for a promotion and what would happen to my existing funds if I opted out of the promo and the dude gave me attitude for no reason. Like sorry bro, your job is literally to answer MY questions, a paying customer to the company that writes your check. So they immediately lost my business. But draftkings support has always been very polite. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for a rep to connect with you depending on the time of day but that’s not a big deal. And on my birthday last August, I reached out to support asking if I get any sort of birthday promo and the dude gave me a $40 casino credit. So DK support gets a thumbsup from me, so far.As far as RTP, I’ve experienced pretty much the same RTP here as I have at the other major Online Casinos, besides Betrivers, I self excluded from that site. My stat sheet was horrendous. Maybe I wasn’t sticking to my gameplan or something but I had dang near no withdrawals and all deposits. At least on draftkings there’s moments where my withdrawals are higher than my deposits. But to be fair, I do notice a trend where the RTP does fluxuate depending on my deposit/withdrawal ratio. But nothing major. It’s mostly my fault anyways if my deposits surpass my withdrawals by a large margin. I tend to get carried away when I hit big and start betting higher and deposit much, much more. As opposed to sticking to a responsible gameplan. I’ve won $500-$1000 multiple times in under a year off of .20c and 1-2$ bets and each time (so far) that I hit big and my account balance increases dramatically within a short timeframe, when I go to withdraw my funds… a $1000 withdrawal hits my bank account just as fast as a $20 withdrawal.As far as promos go, I do think they used to have some better promos that were a little easier to hit, but they still have in my opinion the best promos of all the other sites. Casino credits hit your account immediately after completing the promo, no waiting period, and 99% of the time the casino credits just have a 1x playthrough. And you call that a scam? Come on. Going back to RTP, sure I’m not always hitting for 1000x my bet amount, (or even hitting at all, which is fine, it’s called GAMBLING for a reason), but I DO typically hit consistently enough off of the games I play to finish most promos with a deposit no higher than $100 (depending on how much I have to wager). I’ve ranted long enough, my review is done. One last thing. For those complaining about RTP and how you’re just donating money playing here, people say that about every.. single.. online casino. It’s GAMBLING. You’re not guaranteed anything. Set limits, gamble responsibly and test your luck with money you can afford to lose. And if it’s not your lucky night then it’s not your lucky night. If it is, great. If not, then just logout and carry on about your business.

This place is complete trash i was winning pretty good and I had to log off for a second and guess what when I went to log back on these crooks had my account restricted because of a safer play check in. Only way I could communicate with them was at their leisure all the while the winnings I had accumulated that day they tied to a bonus and I do t ever play the bonuses because they keep your money like I never ever ever play bonuses and yet here my 1000s of dollars is tied to.one meaning I can’t withdrawl. drafting is a rip off i be playing on draft king for over a yr Yesterday they lock my account because they said fraud. so i send in all the required documents they ask for . now they saying my address do not match i told them i move from that address. so now they will not give me my money back from my account. They said i need something from 60 days ago i move over a yr ago. this is how they keep people money . i told them to mail it they said no you can only withdraw your money. i said its bullshit

DraftKings unfortunately is trash. I live bet at the actual sporting events quite a bit and have noticed that when placing a live bet…. Sometimes it circles like it is loading… the outcome of the play happens that you have already bet on (which at that moment you’d expect to get a refund since nothing was confirmed prior to the play) but I’ve noticed if you are to win the bet it does refund you saying it wasn’t placed on time but the exact opposite happens if you are to lose the bet it says it has been placed in time. Yes I’ve won money on the site and yes I’ve lost but the customer service is pathetic and the loopholes they use to screw over live bettors is disgusting. I’d use any other site. Recently deleted theirs and went to fanduel as I’ve spent a lot at DraftKings and have been treated like shit when inquiring about fishy scenarios.

I’ve been playing draftkings for several years, I’ve never had a problem withdrawing money after I have won. Albeit I’ve never won a huge pot but I’ve won up to $75 on a $20 bet. So it’s like playing the lottery and you’re playing against 200,000 plus other players. People that I’ve seen win the weekly games play multiple spots, so they’re bound to win at some point. Good luck. FYI, if you want a legitimate chance to win, play in a 8 man fantasy league. Moneys not a lot, maybe $500 but it’s fun.

I recently had a terrible experience with DraftKings that I feel compelled to share. They advertised a bonus to entice me to sign up and deposit money, but once I did, the bonus was not what they had promised. Their terms were vague and misleading, and after contacting customer service, I was given the runaround with no resolution.It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic designed to scam people into spending money under false pretenses. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering DraftKings to be very careful.Do not trust their promotions—they do not deliver what they promise. I regret giving them my money and won’t be using their platform again.

Worst company ever my sister-in-law got robbed and something similar to me happen with them six months ago and they would not pay me out. They always find reasons about violations that don’t exist to take your money. If you win they don’t have a problem taking money if you’re losing, but the minute you try to withdraw they will find 1 million reasons stay away from this there’s many other better Companies out there.
