Deposited $100, told I couldn’t access horse racing site, which was only reason I joined. Trying to get my money refunded is a joke. “Contact us” box –no one responds. They do not even have a direct 800 contact number…just leave a message! Huh? Very fishy, and I thought more ethical than overseas’ sites. DO NOT USE. FanDuel or your casino are much better, safer choices. Just look at all the negative reviews. Hope they go bankrupt.

I had been a loyal player since they opened in michigan. On 8/9/2024, while in the middle of a spin they cut me off and said there was fraudulent activity on my account. My birthday was 8/8 and they wanted a photo of me holding my license. They had mine on file already and I’d gotten payouts several times, though I’d deposited more than ever paid out. I had just renewed my license and waiting for the new one. They were rude and ridiculous. At first acted like they new nothing about stopping my game. They refused to return the money in my balance and still are keeping it to this day. I got pretty upset about it. They banned me from not only Draftkings but also Golden Nugget. The took my money minutes before refusing to let me play but were unsure I was me and won’t return it? Make that make sense. It is fraud period. Makes no sense still. I had no new payment method, nothing out of the ordinary, other than maybe the game was going to hit and that’s how they keep from actually paying. Beyond disgusted with their response and stealing money under false pretenses. They did not and have not given me the money they refused to allow me to play FOR NO REASON back to me. Worst casino ever. Save your money.

I’ve been sports betting for 3 years. DK was my 1st. It’s perfect. I love it. Never had a problem. Great daily promos, great rewards, nice app. Everything is perfect. I have had 20+ sports betting apps and DK is consistently my #1 or #2. I have wagered over $500K in 3+ years on DK. I see all these bad reviews and I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s for the casino slots part, which no one should be messing with anyway. You’ll make money here.

My son won $2000 on a bonus and they will not pay him. You are only a great customer until you try to withdraw. These guys gave him excuse after excuse. He does what the teller says to do and then they make him do another and now that he has done all 3 they don’t answer him no more.STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY GRAB

DraftKings is running an unfair, unethical gambling site. I have submitted to the Attorney General’s office and filed an investigation to the FTC and Gaming Commission. I advise people to do the same as these complaints will be taken seriously and help to have them audited.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made an account and transferred in money. Placed a bet and woke up the next day to the account being flagged for suspicious activity. Sent a bunch of bank statements and drivers license etc information to unlock the account. Within minutes of the game ending where my bet should have paid out DK sent an email stating the account was banned for breaching terms and conditions. They refused to provide any information on what were breached and asked for a bunch more information. We proceeded to provide that information and they asked for more again. We then provided that again. And they then said your account is banned we won’t change anything nor did they refund my money that I had sent them. This felt like something from a movie with the Mob it’s that ridiculous of an experience. Please do not use this app or trust them. If you win anything they will refuse to payout and do their best to steal your money and additional data while they’re at it.

I have been a DK member for years and have played many hundreds of hands of BJ. I am 100% convinced the game is a total rigged scam. It’s not mathematically possible to lose to a BJ 4 hands in a row….or to push nearly every single 20……or for the dealer to make 21 from a 6 every single time you pull a 21….or to never win a double down, etc. It’s beyond belief. The game should be shut down.

Accepted my $$ to account. They’re probably happy I lost some $$. Then, when I wanted to either a) bet more or b) have the remaining $$ returned to the ORIGINAL source, they locked my account for no valid reason and are demanding a photo of me with my ID plus a copy of my bank records. Funny that they didn’t want any of that detail when they accepted my $$, right????(They claim there were attempts to DEPOSIT $$ to the account that were suspicious… I certainly didn’t do it, and anyone else is welcome to do so!)

This app is a joke !!!! I keep placing money and winning absolutely nothing !!! What a total rip off !!!! I recommend FanDuel instead !!! I’m usually winning there. But if I’m not, 90 percent of the time I’m at least able to play not just throw my money away spin after spin. As it stands right now, I will be closing my account and deleting this app if it doesn’t turn around. And I don’t see it turning around any time soon !

Hello and to whom it may concern,I am writing this review today with a sad and emotional heart. Someone I know and love, a 30 year old mother of 400+ children across the valley of Phoenix has taken a deep and devastating spell of turmoil and addiction whilst using your app. A once trusted mom and caretaker, now turned into a devolving monster. She has devolved truly from the inside out, throwing her money away at programs like Nebraska football moneylines, letting innocent newborns and toddlers under her specific supervision be recklessly abandoned. And all for what? To see her throw 25 more dollars away from her hard earned 9-5? We have tried everything, every crisis hotline and research known to man, all to no avail. The only thing we have left is to pray to the Lord Jesus for his grace and mercy on her corruption.

Used to be a trustworthy sportsbook, but since the recent app update I routinely have log in issues. In the case that I am abke to log in to I am frequently logged out automatically within minutes, and the app claims it is unable to check my location which makes the app unusable. Additionally, promos are often not applied even when they are specifically selected. What’s worst of all is I’ve relayed my issues to customer service, but they offer the same set of steps over and over again and none have made a difference. All in all they will take your money and then make it very difficult to access it and pay you no mind when they do.

Scammer company, im done after 5 months and being negative. Just go look at the latest fines dk had to pay for releasing a game with 0% win probability. It 100% goes to show they’re not regulated or a fair casino. It’s just a scam app that milks your wallet. Gave it 5 months of chances and im absolutely done, will never deposit through dk or golden nugget now. Golden nugget is just the same as dk now since they took over awhile ago. Such a shame it had potential until scammers got ahold of it.

I’m not sure How to give 0 Stars so I guess I’ll give one star in this case.I Deposited money into Draft Kings and placed my first wager … later that evening my account was labeled “Restricted” for no reason at all!They ask for you to verify your account but the information which they require is impossible to provide in a timely manner. All the while they are making money with YOUR money refusing to give it back.And still … no reason on WHY my account was restricted.There are tons of Sportsbooks out there … This one is best to avoid at all costs!!

DraftKings changed it so you can’t better over under anymore you have to guess if a player is going to have a certain amount of yards and your odds are based off that for example instead of bedding a quarterback to throw for $250 yards over under now it’s -800 odds if he goes over 200 yds -220 odds if he goes over 250 plus 120 odds if he goes over 300 yd etc etc. I guess everyone else must have crushed it last football season like me because now they totally changed but Caesars sports book has all the same promos as DraftKings and you can still bet an over under like a regular sports book does. DraftKings is the worst I am so thankful it’s not the only option don’t download that app you will regret it

I recently joined the website, made a deposit and then realised that the site wasn’t for me, due to a gambling concern. I tried to withdraw all my funds, but the app wouldn’t let me submit my withdrawal. I then contacted the support team, to ask them to sort out the withdrawal for me, and then close my profile. They then suspended my profile for a year, and said that I can’t withdraw my money until next year. They have no care whatsoever about anyone with a gambling concern, so it must be a scam.Take my advice, and STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Draft kings online casino is the biggest scam going . Never play rocket 1 or 2 or you will be scammed out of being unable to bail on purpose when you place your biggest bets. I have proof of three different occasions of this happening. Not to mention they have some of the worst customer serving led by the supervisor Kat in customer service. She has no logic whatsoever and was extremely rude. She called me stupid and said I was rude when I was just trying to prove a point and bring some logic to the situation. This truly is a fixed bookie I HIGHLY recommend taking your play to a well respect and better organization such as MGM. I literally will win 10x before I win 1 time with this bookie and that’s with having even significantly higher odds. Spoofed odds and not remotely accurate. This app is a criminal organization, I make 6 bets and I won 4 they only gave me credit for 3 and when you try to contact anyone you get a chat line that tells you that they will get back to you in 4 hours, well it took two days and then they tell you that they are right and you are wrong even though they see my winning bets. They owed me $90 dollars and they said that I wasn’t getting paid. So I just asked them to close my account and send me what they thought that was owed they said that I wasn’t owed anything. I love the app the problem is the customer service interaction via chat on the app. I spoke with Darlene C on draftkings she was so rude as I asked her questions regarding why I wasn’t getting my referral bonus and she basically told me that since I told her she was being rude that she was not going to give me a $25 courtesy credit because it’s up to her. Which I never asked for I wanted to know why the links where not working and I was not receiving my bonus gift. I asked for a manager she ignored it this just gave me another reason to stop playing draftkings and tell my friends not to join.
