Their stats are wrong . Totally… I’m out almost 6k in the last week. They have I’m only out 3k for all time ..Plus another 100 bucks big 0. Guess it’s better not okay at all they all just take your money. Period. That’s my entertainment. I don’t go out… So now what should I do? Start going out? It costs less then this.

placed my bet and won about 162 then couple hours later they say its fradulent activity and that i must verify my account. i did that then they asked for bank statement then sometime later they say my account is banned due to suspcious activity. what??? so now my money is gone because of their B/S these people are thieves dont ever use DraftKings

You know I used to be able to win something not much but something not anymore they had one promotion on Mondays where you pick your pop corn now that’s gone and no promotions so that will mean I won’t use draft kings you need promotions to keep customers.

I used to bet my parlays at the casino because I wanted to get paid as SOON as I win .,I was a bit skeptical about using draftkings at first because I previously used fan duel and witness all the horror stories about winning with bonus money. I joined draftkings and made a $5!!! Deposit and received $200 in bonus bets in the form of (8) $25 tokens with my LAST bonus bet I hit a 6 leg parlay for $692.50 and instantly became leery as I used a $25 ber token…to my shock I was paid INSTANTLY – THE $25 bonus bet money…the withdrawal process is LIGHTNING fast. Once you click on withdraw funds ,enter the amount you want to withdraw then select the method of deposit(fyi I made my initial deposit with my cash app card but had to link MY debit card in order to get paid) so be mindful that if you don’t have a bank account in YOUR name that’s registered on draftings you may hit an issue other than that this is the BEST sports betting app out there!!!

So, I lost some money. I’m my experience once you spend spirit now, you at least get a to nice chunk back. Nope. $2600 plus winnings in an hour those evening and an hour this morning. There’s no winning. There stays are wrong. Easy off. The machine cash engine just did responsible about 50 times. But every single one was 0! I never saw anyone like that. There was a time very long ago, in a time that feels so far away now..a little company called draftkings would actually pay out..they became enormous and with that the chicanery along with the rtp ratio completely has disappeared like an elusive magic trick..they know exactly how to get into your head..play 2k fet 50 free..it now costs you 1k to play 2k..I use a small app from a casino not far from ny PA pocono home..I just left there and hit 13 bonuses in a row, that’s on 50 automatic spins..the same game on draftkings two days ago, I played for about 10 hrs, I actually hit the 2k..I walked away with 200 and realized I deposited about 800, so minus 600..this small casino this morning I put in 65, got 25 free..played it and left with 250..so ahead almost 200, happens more frequently than I wish to explain..I have gone on cool down 4xs with draftkings snd when I return I’m always asking myself why are you doing here?? I just received an email from DraftKings that stated, verbatim:”We are writing in regards to the bet(s) you placed on this past weekends golf tournament(s).”It then goes on to some very specific detail about their “Dead Heat Reduction” rules and so on.Since I had not actually placed those bets, I was immediately concerned my identity had been stolen, and logged onto my account only to find that those bets had not, in fact, been placed.It seems they are engaged in sending fraudulent emails to their own account holders.

This app suck I rather be on fan duel theirs more simple your app gets stuck and more difficult to play on when you are trying to send your bet list through it gets jammed to much I’m deleting it!!! Waste of time and money!!!

They say it’s fair and regulated,? Doubtful.How can you spin thousand of times within a couple of hours spending a couple K…. On the same game and never won anything substantial enough to withdrawal. I didn’t believe that’s even possible. It’s too go game to game going thru we 25- 100 bucks in seconds because your never hit a thing. I wish these reviews we could do negative stars… But even giving 1 star give these asshol** satisfaction. I’ve spent $14,000 in 3 days with draftkings and literally came out with nothing. Then utter worse online casino ever. Rtp% is nonexistent I was playing a 96.5% game and didnt hit a single bonus. Then if im paying for a product you’d think it would operate properly, but nope it doesnt. It lags and glitches so bad. Which I feel thats fraud. When I contacted customer service they said ” RNG” ( random bumber generator) lol which I laughed hard… RTP% is a such thing but not with draftkings. They ended locking my account because I complained. They are fraud, scammers and totally rigged. Which I video record every session I do and you can see pure lag, glitches and them scamming people. I play in Michigan and I pray this post hopefully gets to alot people to run, run so far away from this p.o.s casino…. Close your accounts and stay away. I caught DraftKings multiple times cheating me out of money. And I know that many others would have had the same issue. 1 example is I played a slot and spun 500 times at 3$. And not a single win. I mean not .10 cents. Not 1$ nothing. I wrote my host explained. I said this is literally impossible. I checked the rate of return on the game etc. the host apologized said would check on issue. And yes the game was up online and set to not pay ever. And he gave me a credit. And apologized. I could image how many others got screwed. then on another slot. Blood suckers. Every single I hit a bonus it froze. Every time. Then when I would contact support they said it will play through. For weeks I would log in and check game and still frozen. With no payout. Then after dozens of emails. They said it played through and was 50$ winner. I had a 4 symbol bonus on this first one betting 3$. Then I played it again to see if fixed. No froze again. Again they said was 50$ win. Again I logged In gane still froze. Emailed support again. They credited account. I played a third time and fourth time. Again both times froze at bonus. Again said it played win 46$ won 56$. And again gane froze. I checked transaction history. And found that no the bonuses never played through. That they lied. And just credited account with like 13x wager. Which is ridiculous. I again called them out and had three friends play same game on their accounts. And it happed to all three of them. This was at least going on for 6weeks. So everyone who played that game was getting scammed. Literally. They didn’t take game off line even after proving this. And once again froze. I have all emails. All contacts and texts. Do I have a case?

I’m sure there’s a reason for all the aweful reviews. I won some money with draftkings and right after they locked my account, after few emails they opened the account but boy did I lose money. Thousands and thousands of hard earned money. I complained about it and won a bit had my account restricted again because I complained. Literally every time I won my account was restricted and now thousands and thousands of hard earned money. Not winning money. Money from my paycheck and thousands goes into slot with once triggering the mother fu¢king scatter. Shame on them for such unethical practices and shame on me for not learning my lesson. But once again. Shame on them. For the last 5000 post in slots I have nothing to show for. These people don’t know where to stopI recommended them to everyone. I initially wrote good reviews. I was a player of draft kings for 4 years the out of the blue they restricted my account said I broke terms I never change anything use same way to deposit and withdrawal from them when ask to submit documents one said they don’t accept garage bills as proof other says they do they when finally get access to the account I want to know why they restricted me and what caused it they didn’t know gave me credits I don’t want your credits I wanted answers distrustful unfriendly I still want to know why they locked me out and my wife still trying to get into her account they need on the same page don’t trust them with ur personal data use PayPal or venmo she has money on her account they locked her out of keeps telling her to resubmit documents sent them over 50 times first it passes them need proof of address send a utility bill but not that bill (garbage bill) send another what they looking for cause my garbage bill has everything they was doing for even when thou help desk sent to to another agent they said it was perfect

It’s the most laggy betting app for Android. Can’t speak for IOS, but certainly the most laggy one on Android, I doubt their engineers ever tested their app on an Android phone.

This website is an absolute scam!I had a horrendous experience with DraftKings.In mid July 2024, I transferred a significant amount of money to them because they promoted a 20% bonus for every deposit up to 5000 CAD. This was my first time attempting to capitalize on a bonus from a gambling site.After transferring the money, they flat out refused to give me the bonus, claiming they “didn’t know” anything about the promotion. I sent them the link and a screenshot, but they still arrogantly denied me the bonus.I was infuriated and immediately tried to withdraw my money.Contacting their support was a nightmare—mostly automated responses, and nearly impossible to reach a real person.When I finally did, my account was BLOCKED!!!I contacted 13 or 14 different people over the past two weeks, each with different pathetic excuses and bogus reasons for my account being blocked.I sent them all the required documents, including photos with my ID and bank statements, etc. Despite proving that I am the account owner and transferred the money, they continued to make excuses, offering no solution.The most outrageous part is that they are holding over 5000 CAD and had the audacity to accuse me of having a gambling problem! I’m starting to think all these online casino apps are pretty much the same… at least the same algorithm when it comes to casino slots. The comments you’re reading here are bang on. I’ve played on pointsbet, betmgm, and now draftkings and they’re the same. You will win in the beginning, then lose it all in the same hour. i’ve won 23,000 on pointsbet within a matter of minutes and lost it all two hours later with constant losses. They will take it all back no matter what. It is 100 percent fixed. Please, do yourself a favour, never play on casino apps, you will lose everything! all these apps need to be shutdown and these casinos need to be sued for fraud. It’s been almost a week since they’ve suspended and sequentially locked my account after I won, and they still didn’t get back to me despite proving verification and reaching out with multiple inquiries. I’ll be contacting Chase Bank to report this instance, so hopefully they will reimburse me.I’ve been using other betting apps, but this one turned out to be the most pathetic. Stay away, these scammers will take all of your money. I also heard that they change coefficients mid-game and as other betting services buy out the athletes and rig the games.

Draft kings when you first start.. You get a good promotion and you will Even win a little. (Enough to make you come back)After that love affair you will be entered for awhile. I’ve you in for a grand out two .. Then they will allow you to win a hundred bucks or so. Then when your in for many thousands you might win 5-7 hundred. After that’s over… Your shot out. You won’t win anything that’s enough to withdrawal. They little$20 or $50 you might win you will re bet or washer if course because now they are thousands into you. And the stats..omg.. Was playing at 2:32 AM place a dollar on a bonus game. It hit double then 50 times and they only paid 25 times. Rusty laughed and said I was a Genetic gambler, Three weeks before I got an email want me to be a highroller good thing I didn’t put a lot in this time. I learned my lesson to go to bed in GM. I WAS on Draftkings playing games just fine.Then they locked and restricted my account.Later on told me I need to submit a pic of me showing me holding my ID.If that’s the case then why did the ever let me play from the very beginning WITHOUT showing any documentation?I DID THAT.Then they said that unfortunately they can’t accept documentation by email.AFTER THEY REQUESTED THAT I SEND IT THAT WAY.Then they let me log back in.Now all of a sudden, I can’t deposit $.They just play game after game after game.Not the kind of games I am trying to play.Get it together ladies.

A legal scam. DraftKings casino might be the devil itself. First day I won a few hundred, a few small slot jackpots etc. next day lost $1k chasing a $180 (lower jackpot) in literally an hour. Then I read all the people’s lives they’ve ruined. It’s basically a legal scam. The technology is so good today, auditors paid millions, the only guaranteed loser is you. Run far far away from this place.

I often wonder about casinos in general. But out of all the casinos I can play in my state I only have three that I play at all and one of them is is DraftKings I think they’re pretty fair they watch out for you as far as if you’re depositing too much or spending too much and you know you usually do hit the other day I hit like three times in 2 days so that’s that’s pretty amazing I don’t think I’ve ever seen that with another casino! And it wasn’t just 100 or 200 bucks in that petty little crap everybody else does but it’s significant amount of money it was great and it was over $1,000 and I don’t see that anywhere else so I deleted everybody else out of my phone except for them and a local one that’s here and one other that I go on once in a while but I think they’re pretty fair

Disgusting and horrible. I made a wager a proper wager. I should’ve gotten the win from that but instead, I did not. They said it was a certain type of wager, but I wager for a particular team and I lost the bet. No more. I canceled the account. They are despicable cheats in my opinion.

When I play the slots they take an extra percentage for example if I wager a dollar they take an extra 20 cents which is not right and I never win anything I’ve been playing a while thinking my loosing streak would end but it hasn’t so I’m gonna go to another online casino forget draft kings I hope everyone else does the same fork them

I will never use Draftkings again if Fanduel is available. I placed a bet with draftkings and tried to cancel immediately. The refund was immediately 10% lower than my original bet. Fanduel gives you 100% of your bet back especially if odds didn’t change. Also i have noticed the spread (vig) is much closer in moneylines with fanduel than drafkings.

I’ve lost thousands of dollars to DraftKings over the last 2 years. At least $10,000. I had one good day on Sunday 6/16/24. I won about $800. And because of that they suspended my account indefinitely. They didn’t mind when I lost $5,000 & $2,000 in one day. But if you win they turn into Satan. I should say back into Satan.

Don’t let DraftKings suck in you with a promo or early win in the casino. Remember, you can walk into a casino and play a slot machine and people before you have played it. The game has a randomness to it. But when you play on apps like DraftKings, it’s a personal game. 100% yours. They know your play, deposit levels, when you play. How long you play. It’s your and only your game with them. They can then set their algorithm to manipulate you. Their games, like Cash Eruption, one of the most popular, are not random. No matter what their cut and paste response is about regulation. The game shows patters. Over and over again. There are no jackpots won. When asked they won’t provide the information or if anyone has ever won a jackpot. They aren’t forced by any state to provide those details. The gaming boards don’t police them. They just say the games have passed inspection. What’s not provided is are the games totally random for each player. The answer is no and DraftKings isn’t transparent at all.

Draft kings black jack is a complete scam. The app completely controls the cards to the point that after playing for a couple of rounds you know exactly what the cards will before they are revealed. Total rip-off!

You don’t win. The app controls the cards that are played and you will seldom have a winning hand. You will lose about 70% of the hands that are played. It’s not worth playing when the app is programmed to not let the player win and it gives most winning hands to the dealer.

Draftqueens should hire some website developers to make a user-friendly site. It is a complete mess. They have too many promos and most of them are garbage. And when a customer tries to differentiate between the Sportsbook and the Casino, the site forces Casino promos on to deposits whether the person still wants them or not. DK sucks. And the CSR people failed to put their names on the SATs.
