Stay away from draft king .I started winning and all of sudden all my bets that I max out where reduced to half what I was betting .So they will take your money when you lose but when they win they reduce your bets ,scam company go to fan duel at least when your winning they don’t reduce your bets so far .

The app has worked very well, but I find that they are not honest since they promise bonuses for referring people and never pay them. I already know three people, including myself, who don’t give you the $50 per referral.

Draftkings casino is horrible! They are rigged awful. I put in over $1200.00 and no winnings played prior and it didn’t hit before, so I Uninstalled for a while ,l thought let’s try Draftkings again,well long story short they are still rigged. Don’t waste your time on Draftkings Casino . BTW ,they gave me 1000 crowns !haha ! 😄 that’s a measly $ 2.00 .. What joke .

Won 2 separate jackpotsThe first one I won when I first joined on my 5th spin. The 2nd was couple weeks later and that’s when they decided to restrict my account. They’ve since removed the restriction. Before I started playing I downloaded my documents and had my account approved.My first game on draftking was cash machine I spinned 4 times on cash machine on 5th spin I won the jackpot I thought it wasn’t real. I froze, My hands were trembling I could hear my heartbeat. I kept telling myself that it might be a mistake or not real money jackpot. My hands were trembling when I initiated withdrawal and with every click my heart beats grew Lauder. Within minutes still frozen I got notified from my bank about the deposit. That’s when I knew it was real I started screaming and jumping ( scared the lives out of my dogs)You can only withdraw 10000 ten thousand every 24hrs.The jackpots I won were on cash machine and cash engine. Each bet was at 10$ a spin.I must admit that after removing restrictions from my account I haven’t been able to win anything. Straight up losing every time I play regardless of whst game I play. I hope it’s temporary and not to the fact that I won two jackpots.Prior to winning the 2nd I was winning good and losing some here and there but then they restricted my account I couldn’t log in. After many emails back n forth they allowed to play but I’m not sure if I will continue because ever since I’ve been loosing every single bet. Thousands of dollars.

Obviously rigged. I had two 4 pick hockey sets that I was winning. It went into double overtime like they were trying to make sure people lose. I had Oettinger to get less than 27.5 saves. He got 28 in double overtime. The ref called goalie interference on a play that obviously was not goalie interference. That’s what sent the game into double overtime. All sports are rigged in my opinion. They working with the betting companies. You can’t win. If you do. They’ll find a way to steal it back.

I signed up for the supposed $200 in free bets if you deposit $5 or more. Somehow, was able to lose 1 bet and then had my next bet returned because the baseball game I picked, was rained out before the end of the game. Complained, but guess it is the rules, even though team was ahead 7-2 at the time. THEN, tried to place more of the “free’ $25 bets. That is when the problems started. On phone, I kept getting an error message that I couldn’t use the downloaded DRAFTKINGS app, so I have to download an alternate APK app. After days of tryong to get this fixed, the “player support” suggested that I should try using a different devise. Used a laptop and now I get an error that I can’t bet because the system can’t determine my location. Just download a geolocation app and I should be all set. Except, it doesn’t load and has the wrong State listed on the download. After several more tries, I get a message from SOMEONE (supervisor) saying that they have removed all restrictions so I should be all set. EXCEPT, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. HOW in HELL does this company survive when they make it impossible to bet or take advantage of their “OFFERS”?

I had an unrecognized charge on my credit card from Draft Kings for $50. I contacted my bank and Draft Kings about this charge and while my credit card handled things like a normal company, and cancelled my card. Draft Kings took a different route, interrogated me like I was a criminal and have locked my account until further notice. They have not answered a single one of my questions about this fraudulent charge on my card, but have asked me dozens of questions all of which I’ve answered the same day I am asked. They have provided me with no information on the money I have on my account or open bets I have placed. This company should be investigated and it does make perfect sense that they already have a BBB rating of F. Can’t get much worse than that.

Short and sweet. Horrible site freezes live betting is delayed they change a bet when you do parlays to make sure you dont win. If you value your hard earned money do not give it to these greedy people they are absolutely horrible and I will never ever put another dime on their site period. This company should be investigated for the fraud they are doing. Hope they get their doors shut on them would not recommend this site to my worst enemy

I have been playing on draft kings solid for a year or more. The games often will freeze and say server error. Customer service takes very long and then they saynits your computer or phone. Most important is this issue. I kept feeling like I wasn’t being paid for winning hands on video poker. I play fast and unfortunately trusted the game. But finally I took a snap shot I wished I could share. 3 of a kind should give money back and on multu rise move you up a teir. nope o pay out game over

I place a bet for 100 dollars on a +1000 parlay it was more but bet placed at 1000 n was in my account showing open when I won it was canceled and was voided n refunded bet money yet I won bet instead of paying me my winning they refunded the bet . I’m thinking about suing

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. This is the best Casino App out there in my opinion. 1.) My withdrawals hit my bank account within 2 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. 2.) No issues with my deposits. 3.) They have promos running daily.4.) Bonus credits have only a 1x wager requirement. Let me say that again. Bonus credits only have a… ONE. TIME. WAGER REQUIREMENT. Other casino sites make you play through bonus credits like 35 times! Draftkings only makes you play through your casino bonus credits ONCE. And the winnings become instant cash. And you wanna call draftkings scammers??? As long as you use the site RESPONSIBLY it’s the best casino site out there. Fanduel is another favorite of mine but i use draftkings more. Draftking is not a good company, been playing there for a few years. I usually deposited between 3000-5000 every month and total wagers usually over 100k. I have been doing ok the last 2 months. Then draftking locked my account stated there a charge back on my debit card so I am suspended. I emailed and question about a charge and they told me it was for $40 and it was April 29, 2022. That was 2 years ago. I never did any chargeback and why two years later. I think because the last two months I came out ahead and they want to locked up my accounts, they only want someone to loose and not a winner. One month I came out ahead 1200 and the next month not more then 700. This is a terrible company.

I opted in for a no sweat bet on NBA playoffs. It was a longshot but I bet on it because of the high return possibility. When I clicked on opt in a button popped up that said bet now. I hit it and it took me right to the eligible same game parlays. I bet on one and completed my bet. At no point did it say apply the opted in no sweat bet deal at that point. If course since it tooke right there one would figure it was automatically applied to the eligible bet. I lost the original bet and got no credit. I messaged customer service they said I didn’t apply the deal only opted in for the deal. the max on the deal i could get a no sweat on was only $10 and customer service pretty much said fu. That should have been a no brainer to give me credit. Fanduel I’m coming back….

I am a longtime DraftKings player and have been a DK evangelist with family and friends over the years. So much so that I deactivated my FanDuel account (which I have now reactivated) and played exclusively on DK. However, a little over a week ago, my account was locked and I was advised that a player protection advocate would be in contact with me. That has not happened and I have no context as to why my account was locked. I certainly want to know if it was hacked or has had suspicious activity. I am a low stakes player that just plays as a hobby, mostly wagering 10-25 cents per play. I don’t have concerning play habits which has me believe that there is suspicious activity. I have yet to receive any support from DraftKings or context as to why this is happening.

My account was suspended when I went to cash out and 4 days later I still haven’t got a reason as to why!? I was initially asked to send a self ID which I did immediately(not to mention I’ve already had to do this a couple times prior…) but even after doing again still no explanation and I’m still locked out!

This site is a piece of trash..won a measly 200 bucks..all of a sudden restrictions are placed on account..they asked for a picture of me holding my license..did that..next day bank statements..did that..that wasn’t good enough though..they needed it in pdf form..did that..still said they couldn’t accept it..finally gave up..face the fact that i wont get my winnings..company should be ashamed of themselves

They constantly lock my account for Daily Fantasy saying that their security team senses VPN software and I am location hopping or sharing my account, which is always wrong. This has happened over 20 times, and every time I cannot speak or chat with an agent. It takes days to get it resolved.

DRAFTKINGS CUSTOMER SUPPORT keeps replying to me as if it’s JUST one or two particular incidents of concern, when they know very well that my account is being meticulously monitored and intentionally algorithmed to cause LOSSES.  There are SEVERAL series of “TRAP” hands that have been occuring EVERY TIME I PLAY THE BLACKJACK GAME.which means whether the player hits or stays, Player will lose.  These cheaters will do that for SEVERAL CONSECUTIVE hands to deplete the players bankroll.  THIS IS CHEATING THE PLAYER.    I personally hold 2 degrees in calculations and statistics.  The odds of DRAFTKINGS LARGER WAGER WINS versus the PLAYERS LARGER WAGER WINS, is by far NON- coincidental and would easily be proved in the court of law as unnatural and clear gaming manipulation. We are close to 90/10 DEALER to PLAYER WIN RATIO ON LARGER WAGERS.  I can show how the “Hands” that DK allows players to win are only small wagers unless the player has a small bankroll, in which case, they will take EVERY hand.  But when the player has a decent Bankroll, DK only allows natural gameplay wins for SMALL wagers… WHENEVER THE PLAYER WAGERS A GREATER AMOUNT (being more than 10 percent of their bankroll, THE COMPUTER WILL ACTUALLY GLITCH, or STUTTER, then it MAGICALLY gives the dealer a FACE CARD or ACE that ALWAYS results in the DEALER HAVING a 20 or OUTRIGHT BLACKJACK…. EVERY TIME!  I have screen recorded HOURS of my gameplay AND screenshot my gameplay transaction history which will CLEARLY show the consistency of this intentional game manipulation.  As of Today, APRIL 5th, 2024, I have reached out to DK Customer service on numerous occasions in regards to this.  They have yet to thoroughly review my concern vs. the gameplay history to validate the legitimacy.  At this point, I am convinced that no change will occur.  DRAFTKINGS has proven without a shadow of doubt that they WILL CHEAT players even if the paper trail that they keep can prove it.  Customer service is non-existent.  Replying with copy/paste responses EVEN IF IT DOESN’T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CONCERN.  AT LEAST DK COULD GIVE ME A SUBSTANTIAL CASINO BONUS considering I am a Silver Level Member with a list of referred active members because I am truly to the point of leaving this gaming platform to try another.

I’m actually upset I have to give one star. I made a 5 choice parley bet and accidentally hit some kind of round Robin button at the bottom before hitting but now. My $5 bet turned into 4 different bets that total to $130. I emailed them when I found out in the morning and they did absolutely nothing for me. aAt first they said they would void it on this one occasion only, but then told me since it was different bets, they would void none of them. Clearly a mistake and refused any help.

They didn’t pay out a successful bet than I had to email them in order to get the pay out. I also made a few withdrawals and after that they blocked my account. I’ve been in the same location and I’ve tried every thing including going circles with the customer service. I was unable to use my account, my money was tied up and I was unable to bet on pivotal March Madness games. I tried to resolve the issue for 24 hours until I realized they were not going to help me.

My husband often went to the Wild Rose Casino which is affiliated w/Draftkings Sportsbook. He placed two bets with them in November-won both. Problem you ask? He died January 12th. I was a bit busy to run right over but when I did, they wouldn’t honor them! Geez, what a crappy company to do business with. Please don’t patronize this organization!!

This app is okay for the most part it has a lot of games and there are decent wins from time to time, just BEWARE there promotions, for example I was just sent a promotion telling me to bet $5 and get $100 in casino credits, so because of this I decided to make a deposit and okay for a bit. I didn’t get the casino credits so I wrote support, they checked and verified they sent me the promotion but claimed it was a mistake and accident and I shouldn’t have recieved it… after I spent money because of it. This is the second time something like this has happened. It seems like a scam to get people to deposit there money and not have to honor there promotions, after customer support acknowledged I was sent it by mistake they won’t respond to me about it, what a joke. Be very careful and don’t count on getting the promotions they promise apparently they can claim they are mistakes and screw you out of your end and credit. BEWARE. Other then issues with promotion honoring and customer service simply ignoring, the app is decent it was my favorite until this, shows how they treat return customers. They only care about getting new customers and not there existing ones clearly.

They can lock your account anytime they want, you deposit money and lose the bet, all good, you win with good odds, sorry your account has been locked. want to unlock? submit bank statement bla bla…. everything looks normal, but the first time they locked my account, I uploaded it fully, and they unlocked it, the second time I still uploaded it fully, they still said I was missing bank statement of the credit card, do you know that I previously uploaded that credit card to the bank statement for them to unlock the account, now I use that card to deposit money but the account is locked and requires a bank statement, the question is when Where do they look first to unlock my account? After that question there was silence, my account was locked after I won more than 3, and I had $300 in my account,

Tried to use it, gave all allowances for location, etc. Kept asking me to allow location that was already allowed. Couldn’t do anything or make any bets, etc. Ended up withdrawing money I had put in, and Uninstalling the app. Doesn’t work correctly

DraftKings does not value their customers one single bit… I’ve been betting on sports for over 4 years and they are by far the greediest scummiest sportsbook out there. I recommend one of the newer sportsbooks that actually care about their customers. I even asked a support rep this morning “Why should I continue to use DraftKings when there are more options available now who do little things to show they actually care?” He responded by saying he appreciated the feedback which was indirectly answering “you shouldn’t continue to use draftkings.”

They kept locking me out of my account and gave me crap about all these codes and a phone number I had to change.I just got so fed up with them I closed it and came here to write this review and I told them I was going to. They wanted another shot of me and my license and all kinds of stuff just to log in. It went back and forth. Forget it. And I accumulated a lot of draft bucks to turn into cash at .40 cents to the dollar which I would have been well over 100 bucks. Never saw it. Customer service? 4get that too. No phone # either, I looked everywhere. Be careful wit this one.One ⭐. That’s it.

My husband had a DraftKings account, but he passed away 2 yrs ago. I received a letter from them 2 wks ago, that if there was no activity on his account, the funds will go to the state.I have tried repeatedly to close his account, but after sending them a death certificate, marriage certificate and Power of Attorney, they still say they can’t do it.They have been giving me the runaround for 2 wks and still no answers.I would seriously question the ethics of a companythat treats people, the way they do.
