Absolute thieves. I used to love this site and spent a fortune. I had a stroke and went to rehab. I had 4 checks that didn’t get deposited while I was in rehab. They totalled maybe 1 percent of what I spent that year. Not only did they not reissue them, they ceased responding to my requests for an answer. I had the highest vip level. Avoid this site at all costs!!

Stay away from this online betting site! I made an inquiry as to why my profit boost and no sweat bet coupons didn’t work and they restricted my account; where I cannot sign on! They never honored my no sweat bet and I couldn’t use the 25% boost! From what I see here on Trustpilot; this online betting site should be shut down!

Every single time you play slots, it never wins anything and also if you get free spins nothing @ all. Totally rigged all bets over 20 cents are shut down. Draft Kings is a criminal enterprise and it’s amazing it has not been shut down. They claimed I violated their policies and locked my account and stole my money. They never explained what policy I violated (I didn’t violate anything) and will not make a human available to speak with. Their email responses are nonsensical. They basically stole my money with no justification. I would stay away at all costs.

I wagered with Draftkings on the Super Bowl last nightand they ran a TOTAL SCAM.I played the Half Time/ FULL TIME Option.I played SF to be in friont at the half and KC to win in FULL TIME.Draftkings told me that FULL time didnot include OTbut they NEVER OFFERED wagers with “TIE”at the end of REgulation AT ALL…Now they are trying to STEAL..ALL THE WAGERS.Whether thye omitted the winning options by error or design…This cannot be done in a fair market.Be careful when playing with these sportsbooks.I am contacting Paypal and having all my deposits reversed.Half Time/Full Time – Bets include Overtime. Do not play at this casino at all costs! They owe me between $500 and $600 and they refuse to pay me or answer any of my emails. I filed a complaint with the iAGCO about this.I logged into the casino the other day and deposited $200. I proceeded to play and won several hundred dollars. Out of the blue I was logged out and a message came up saying that my account was locked. They told me that I had closed my account permanently two years ago. I had no recollection of doing so however because I was able to login and play and deposit money I had no clue this was the case. Why was I allowed to log in, deposit and play???Now they don’t want to give me any of my money back and the money that I won. They deal with this by not responding to emails at all!

Got ripped off on Pro Bowl games. Wagered on NFC and they won! DK took my 50 bucks claiming that the AFC won the football portion of the games. No where did they state that the other activities did not count towards the final score! I hate thieves!

Vip host is a joke, worst customer service ever, I’m putting this review after being a great customer in this place for almost a year, over 100k in spending and diamond tier.Once you’re assigned to a vip host, u can’t get to no one else for your concerns or problems . Mine was Matt A. I played DK squares on a NFL playoff game and wasn’t paid for winning a quarter. They said the paid out for for a 3rd quarter win 30 minutes after the game started, not possible. They didn’t know when the game kicked off. I explained in detail my winnings, but they kept saying the already paid and it doesn’t show in the transaction history. There were about a dozen e-mails going back and forth for a $6.00 payout. I had to select a star in order to post this review. This company doesn’t even deserve one star.

I have spent years on DK. Recently I got vip and my host has been nothing but useless. He has made my experience worst. No answers from him, no texts and just outright disrespectful. Especially for someone who is VIP, this is absurd. Will be leaving the book soon

Lost thousands of dollars, then after I hit a couple big wins of about 15k my account gets locked. I am told my account is under review and no further information I was needed after I submitted is documents and pictures. It’s now been 3 months and still no update and they ignore me when I email or go on chat for more information

If you select to do the salary cap 50,000 then select top tier players and go an bet the good players, I swear they rigg the good players to lose and go cold, and the crappier players to get more points and have a fire symbol, they had Tyrese maxey and Joel embid fold after embid scored 70 points previous game, of course, and they lost to a number 12 team ranked defense, I dont believe it and had crappy Chicago win a game at home against a good team the same night that you would of thought would have lost. They locked me out of my account after losing a bunch of money. When I contacted support about why was my bank account still being debited days after I stopped gambling. Also, they started sending checks to withdraw money from my bank. When I contacted (emailed) them about this, they denied it and blamed a third party. True story!!!This was 3/2023, something funny was going on.

They are big SCAM, I made a new account and deposited $500 now I ma total $1500 so they locked my account and asked for DP for verification, I uploaded then asked for DP in my hand with face pic so I uploaded again. Now they asked for bank statements so I uploaded. this way I gave them 3 months old bank statements, my Hard Rock and Borgata account details and much more information. Finally they are asking for Jan 2024 full bank statement which is not possible to get on Jan 8, 2024. It is possible only in Feb 2024. They don’t give your money back no matter what. They are big SCAM. DON’T TRUST THEM.

Absolutely horrible. They will eventually give you a small win here and (rarely) there when you spend thousands with them in the casino. Even as a VIP member…not much of anything. And when you talk to your host most times they are willing to do nothing for you except tell you “well if you plan on spending more in the future we might be able to help you.” I fully believe they treat their new members better than ones that have spent years (and countless thousands) with them. Do not get sucked in.

Beware of Draftkings! Two times they withheld my withdrawal and did not communicate with me through email or anything else to tell me. I had to contact them and ask why my withdrawals had not been deposited into my bank account. The email I received when I did the withdrawals stated will be in your account within 24 hours. After that didn’t happen those two times because the other times it was there, I was told my account was being reviewed. One time it was for me saying your email states I will get the deposit into my bank account in 24 hours. I didn’t get it so I contacted them and said it has been over 30 hours and the withdrawals are not in my bank account. I said I have paid bills with it because it is always there. I was told they flagged my account because I said I was paying bills with it. Here is the email I received as their response and had to answer questions before the money was released to me. Your statement raises some questions, and we want to ensure you’re using our site safely. So we wanted to check in with you to learn more about what you meant when corresponding with our Customer Experience team. Their response was, After the review of your account, to remove the restriction on your account please acknowledge that you will only deposit funds intended to playthrough or withdraw to the ORIGINAL payment method which in this case was the card. Once we have your acknowledgment we can remove the restriction on your account.Like I stated I made two different deposits, played through the first amount and tried to withdraw that amount not both deposits and they did this. This app had made me do literal gymnastics to get my winnings and deposit back. I had to dedicate an afternoon unlocking my account. The last straw was some vague proof of my PayPal account where finally I got clear instructions to provide a statement. A fun “try this app” and afternoon betting turned into a hostage situation to get my money out and I’m still trying. As soon as I do, I will be removing this app completely.

Ok – I used pick6 won all six betting 10$ well – they promised 300$ which is 6 bets – 10 to win 10 = 20 / 20 to win 40 * / 3 bet – 40 to win 80 – 4 80 to win 160 5 160 to win 320 6 320 to win 600 This organization cheats – draft king claims not enough people bet and only paid me 40 $ But I’m sure they didn’t refund the people who lost or charged them less for their loss. If this happened to you – let’s set up a class action suit against these cheaters.

I permanently close my DraftKings account at least a year ago. Signed up for Golden Nugget and they left me create an account and they left me wager for 4 months and now all the sudden said that I permanently closed my account because the two are affiliated. But they won’t give me back all the money that I spent if I were to win on that site they would have never paid me. I should have never been able to open an account they do not follow the own responsible gaming regulations. This happened to my wife also and a friend of mine. They just completely took money for months on a closed account supposedly. I’m sure this has happened to a lot of people they are flat out ripping people off.

This is a legit company that makes money by having no ethics and taking advantage of holes in laws and technology errors. In other words they steal in such a way that you can’t prove it. When I contacted support because I couldn’t get my winnings to withdraw, I was told to use a different method to depsoit more money. When I argued, I was again told that I will have to try a different method of deposit because you can’t withdraw to any account that you have not deposited from. But they also won’t withdraw to some debit cards or paypal business accounts. You also can’t use paypal or venmo in alll areas, like my area. So I literally have no way to withdraw MY MONEY from draft kings, and they just keep telling me to give them more.

I would rate the customer service even lower if possible. A little background. I live in St Charles MO and drive about 35 miles to Columbia IL to place wagers. Been doing that for about 3 years now. About 2 weeks ago I log in while in IL and try to place a wager. Get a notification saying account has been locked due to geolocation saying “there is a jump in my location” and therefor someone other than me is logging in. I have not had anyone log into my account, and I explained that to them. I even added 2fa so I would get a “pin” number each time I logged in. They were nice enough to unfreeze the account after abotu 24 hours and a lot of emails. Any while on that topic, who the $%^& doesn’t have a support phone number that people can call? !!!! Fast forward 2 weeks. I am in IL placing a wager in once again, account locked. This time now its for 30 days. I have been emailing the hell out of them and getting no help, just responses of “can’t help ya” and my tickets being closed out. I think the issue is that I log into my account once I am across the river and somehow that messing things up. I guess once the account is open 1/15/24 I need to wait a few minutes prior to logging in. Issue overall is that they think I am using someone to log into my account to place wagers and that is 100% not the case. They wont even listen to my side of the story. I know I cannot be the only one having this issue. I will be heading to IL to open a FanDual account tonight and once the other account is unlocked, I will withdrawl my 3k and leave that site for good. Anyone else having this issue?

DraftKings is a piece of 💩 app with a bunch of stupid Illicit policies, I’ve had my account restricted for over a month now and have sent in over 20 documents proving the card I’ve used is actually mine. There was no dispute’s, or fraudulent claims that the card was being used without my knowledge but yet they still require more information. They even told me to contact my bank (which I did) and that didn’t even help. It’s fishy that as soon as you get a bet to win now your account is suspended or restricted. 🖕 DraftKings go to any other betting platform if you want your winnings.

In 2021 i actually started to gamble. My career losses at this point were about -3500$ lifetime I first did a 5$ 6 leg parley on sportsbook that i won and paid out 225$ i deposited this all to the casino app and actually did ok. from that 225$ i ended up hitting 1665$ 1600$ 1400$ 1200$ 850$ 620$ 550$ 500$ 480$ and 350$ 250$ I ended up around 7500$ over the course of 2 weeks gambling for 2 to 3 hours every day and always on different games, if i hit over 100 i switch games.Now is it me or does that not seem random? Seems like they saw my account down like 4k and realised they needed to let me win so the RTP or RETURN TO PLAYER % was accurate and kicked in allowing me to win.This is where it starts to turn. That 7,500$ immediately went down to 5000 (which was the number i picked to cash out at.
