They can lock your account anytime they want, you deposit money and lose the bet, all good, you win with good odds, sorry your account has been locked. want to unlock? submit bank statement bla bla…. everything looks normal, but the first time they locked my account, I uploaded it fully, and they unlocked it, the second time I still uploaded it fully, they still said I was missing bank statement of the credit card, do you know that I previously uploaded that credit card to the bank statement for them to unlock the account, now I use that card to deposit money but the account is locked and requires a bank statement, the question is when Where do they look first to unlock my account? After that question there was silence, my account was locked after I won more than 3, and I had $300 in my account,

Tried to use it, gave all allowances for location, etc. Kept asking me to allow location that was already allowed. Couldn’t do anything or make any bets, etc. Ended up withdrawing money I had put in, and Uninstalling the app. Doesn’t work correctly

DraftKings does not value their customers one single bit… I’ve been betting on sports for over 4 years and they are by far the greediest scummiest sportsbook out there. I recommend one of the newer sportsbooks that actually care about their customers. I even asked a support rep this morning “Why should I continue to use DraftKings when there are more options available now who do little things to show they actually care?” He responded by saying he appreciated the feedback which was indirectly answering “you shouldn’t continue to use draftkings.”

Ok,ok,ok,well, I’m very let’s just say heated with Draftdummies. They kept locking me out of my account and gave me crap about all these codes and a phone number I had to change.I just got so fed up with them I closed it and came here to write this review and I told them I was going to. They wanted another shot of me and my license and all kinds of stuff just to log in. It went back and forth. Forget it. And I accumulated a lot of draft bucks to turn into cash at .40 cents to the dollar which I would have been well over 100 bucks. Never saw it. Customer service? 4get that too. No phone # either, I looked everywhere. Be careful wit this one.One ⭐. That’s it.

What a joke!! This site is trash. Spent a easy 50k and never received one bonus bet lol. Have had my account locked 4 times now. 3 times in just the last week and all right after I make a bet. Yes, they were unlocked but god damn the process to unlock and inconvenience is ridiculously frustrating

My husband had a DraftKings account, but he passed away 2 yrs ago. I received a letter from them 2 wks ago, that if there was no activity on his account, the funds will go to the state.I have tried repeatedly to close his account, but after sending them a death certificate, marriage certificate and Power of Attorney, they still say they can’t do it.They have been giving me the runaround for 2 wks and still no answers.I would seriously question the ethics of a companythat treats people, the way they do.

Absolute thieves. I used to love this site and spent a fortune. I had a stroke and went to rehab. I had 4 checks that didn’t get deposited while I was in rehab. They totalled maybe 1 percent of what I spent that year. Not only did they not reissue them, they ceased responding to my requests for an answer. I had the highest vip level. Avoid this site at all costs!!

Stay away from this online betting site! I made an inquiry as to why my profit boost and no sweat bet coupons didn’t work and they restricted my account; where I cannot sign on! They never honored my no sweat bet and I couldn’t use the 25% boost! From what I see here on Trustpilot; this online betting site should be shut down!

Every single time you play slots, it never wins anything and also if you get free spins nothing @ all. Totally rigged all bets over 20 cents are shut down. Draft Kings is a criminal enterprise and it’s amazing it has not been shut down. They claimed I violated their policies and locked my account and stole my money. They never explained what policy I violated (I didn’t violate anything) and will not make a human available to speak with. Their email responses are nonsensical. They basically stole my money with no justification. I would stay away at all costs.

Do not play at this casino at all costs! They owe me between $500 and $600 and they refuse to pay me or answer any of my emails. I filed a complaint with the iAGCO about this.I logged into the casino the other day and deposited $200. I proceeded to play and won several hundred dollars. Out of the blue I was logged out and a message came up saying that my account was locked. They told me that I had closed my account permanently two years ago. I had no recollection of doing so however because I was able to login and play and deposit money I had no clue this was the case. Why was I allowed to log in, deposit and play???Now they don’t want to give me any of my money back and the money that I won. They deal with this by not responding to emails at all!

Got ripped off on Pro Bowl games. Wagered on NFC and they won! DK took my 50 bucks claiming that the AFC won the football portion of the games. No where did they state that the other activities did not count towards the final score! I hate thieves!

Mine was Matt A. I played DK squares on a NFL playoff game and wasn’t paid for winning a quarter. They said the paid out for for a 3rd quarter win 30 minutes after the game started, not possible. They didn’t know when the game kicked off. I explained in detail my winnings, but they kept saying the already paid and it doesn’t show in the transaction history. There were about a dozen e-mails going back and forth for a $6.00 payout. I had to select a star in order to post this review. This company doesn’t even deserve one star.

I have spent years on DK. Recently I got vip and my host has been nothing but useless. He has made my experience worst. No answers from him, no texts and just outright disrespectful. Especially for someone who is VIP, this is absurd. Will be leaving the book soon

Lost thousands of dollars, then after I hit a couple big wins of about 15k my account gets locked. I am told my account is under review and no further information I was needed after I submitted is documents and pictures. It’s now been 3 months and still no update and they ignore me when I email or go on chat for more information

If you select to do the salary cap 50,000 then select top tier players and go an bet the good players, I swear they rigg the good players to lose and go cold, and the crappier players to get more points and have a fire symbol, they had Tyrese maxey and Joel embid fold after embid scored 70 points previous game, of course, and they lost to a number 12 team ranked defense, I dont believe it and had crappy Chicago win a game at home against a good team the same night that you would of thought would have lost. They locked me out of my account after losing a bunch of money. When I contacted support about why was my bank account still being debited days after I stopped gambling. Also, they started sending checks to withdraw money from my bank. When I contacted (emailed) them about this, they denied it and blamed a third party. True story!!!This was 3/2023, something funny was going on.

They are big SCAM, I made a new account and deposited $500 now I ma total $1500 so they locked my account and asked for DP for verification, I uploaded then asked for DP in my hand with face pic so I uploaded again. Now they asked for bank statements so I uploaded. this way I gave them 3 months old bank statements, my Hard Rock and Borgata account details and much more information. Finally they are asking for Jan 2024 full bank statement which is not possible to get on Jan 8, 2024. It is possible only in Feb 2024. They don’t give your money back no matter what. They are big SCAM. DON’T TRUST THEM.

Absolutely horrible. They will eventually give you a small win here and (rarely) there when you spend thousands with them in the casino. Even as a VIP member…not much of anything. And when you talk to your host most times they are willing to do nothing for you except tell you “well if you plan on spending more in the future we might be able to help you.” I fully believe they treat their new members better than ones that have spent years (and countless thousands) with them. Do not get sucked in.

Beware of Draftkings! Two times they withheld my withdrawal and did not communicate with me through email or anything else to tell me. I had to contact them and ask why my withdrawals had not been deposited into my bank account. The email I received when I did the withdrawals stated will be in your account within 24 hours. After that didn’t happen those two times because the other times it was there, I was told my account was being reviewed. One time it was for me saying your email states I will get the deposit into my bank account in 24 hours. I didn’t get it so I contacted them and said it has been over 30 hours and the withdrawals are not in my bank account. I said I have paid bills with it because it is always there. I was told they flagged my account because I said I was paying bills with it. Here is the email I received as their response and had to answer questions before the money was released to me. This app had made me do literal gymnastics to get my winnings and deposit back. I had to dedicate an afternoon unlocking my account. The last straw was some vague proof of my PayPal account where finally I got clear instructions to provide a statement. A fun “try this app” and afternoon betting turned into a hostage situation to get my money out and I’m still trying. As soon as I do, I will be removing this app completely.

Casino is trash, support is useless, they lack the ability to do anything but keep repeating there BS policies that save them from being exposed as the criminals they are that steal people’s money. I mean for real look at all the bad reviews, can’t that many people be all wrong but complaining about similar issues if not exact issues!!
