Draftkings is holding my account hostage until I send them a .pdf statement for a Paypal account I do not have. I told them to disconnect the Paypal request from my account but they can't seem to manage this while they continue to request a statement for an account that has been closed since 2009! Terrible customer service. Draftkings is basically now holding my money hostage. I reported this to the gaming division in the state of NJ.

Only rating 1 star because there's no option for zero. Not only is draft kings withholding money from me, but my son as well. They are withholding over $6000 from him and over half a grand from me. I have provided countless proof of identity to verify and receive my money but have gotten nothing for months. I would rather never bet again than place a bet with this site. There is no customer support and not a safe spot to put your money. DONT USE DRAFT KINGS

Draftkings is holding hostage over $200 of my money deposited from my bank account only because I questioned how to bet on a fighter instead on a method of victory!Its been a week and Paola A. has yet to respond after locking my account because I told them I don't have money to waste and I logged in from a VPN! I emailed them a dozen times for 7 days and not 1 response after they locked my account! Just do your research yourself and you will see this company is in trouble

The app does things on purpose, like wiping out bet slips, constant freezing just as you place bet, stupid dark backround...etc. etc.

I am really disappointed in this site.I love the bonuses they offer plus the game selection. The problem I have with this site. Is that they continually restrict my account wanting me to verify my information. I don't know how many times I have sent the the same information over and over. Then I can play for awhile then the same thing happens again. My account this time has been restricted for months. They are requesting that people I don't even know send their information this time. I have two roommates that both have accounts. They have submitted their information. I even have my neighbor which sent in her information. It must be due to using the same WiFi connection. Im really not sure. I haven't had this happen with the other site we all have. I don't know the other two people who they are wanting their identity verified. Im just confused how anyone else's account has anything to do with mine. So that is why I wouldn't recommend this site.

Most honest and fair casino everSimple, title says it all. Best most trusted casinos and the customer services are through the roof. Platform of designing and graphic games will blow your mind out. Playing for 2 years now and won so much. There's many big losses, but hey....it's casino.....only this one a real honest and fair. Couldn't smell rigged slots anywhere. Payouts are slow, sometimes overnight. They fail to deliver promos. I literally have to correct them for every no sweat bet credit. Never automatic. If there's ever a technical issue, forget about it, they'll just blame you or say keep trying. Never a resolution.

Hands down the crappiest app I have used for sports books...and I have used a handful. Keep thinking that POSSIBLY they could find someone who has a clue fix this app on my android phone but it's been quit a while now and it's a total waste of time to ask customer support all they do is read from the supplied generic remedies that all of us already know to try before calling them...NO! my internet does NOT have too many devices on it..NO! I do not need to restart my router...everything else is working smoothly and when I check my internet speed it says it is awesome..SOOOOOO YES,DRAFTKINGS IT IS YOUR CRAPPIE APP!!!! Just admit it and fix the dang thing!!! I read reviews dating back years with exactly the same problems...what the heck is wrong with ya'll!!!???
