After placing abet with dragon bet last weekend on a horse The horse won after trying to withdraw my winnings they hadn't payed after numerous e mails they wanted confidential info about myself before paying the bet .I refused to give this so they have refused payment.lthink this company need to be looked at by the betting commission and avoided.

Genuinely surprised by the bad reviews. I only joined Dragon yesterday after getting a bit frustrated with the long delays with 888. I've had a huge win already, which I'm so happy about! Was a bit nervous about the withdrawal process as a new customer but they've verified my documents within half an hour of me winning. I went onto the Live Chat feature and spoke to the actual person that had sent out the email requesting documents, so it just goes to show their claim of being a small family run business is a genuine one. I haven't yet received my winnings as I only won very recently but will update my review with how that goes once I've received the money.So far, very pleased with the site and customer service. If there was one niggly thing I'd add it'd be that I'd like for the Luckytap page to be working. I do like the Luckytap games but whilst there's a tab for them, no games are on there. No reflection on the actual site though. Happy customer so far!
