The low star reviews do not coincide with the site at all. The payout times are within a few hours everytime I have used them. I believe people make negative reviews if they lose a lot. If they win it’s always the latter. Customer service is actually the best one I’ve used in terms of them listening and also acting best they can. There is hardly a wait time and they are open till 10 30. Email service is fast to get back to you. They are a working on getting more inplay markets but aside from that I have had no issues at all and highly recommend the site.

Not as negative as it looks. I like to pass my time away playing the slots on low stakes. First attempt at 20p stake – £50 up, withdrawal took less than 7 hours to arrive into my bank account. 2nd attempt at slots, won a small amount, back into my bank account in about 20 minutes. 3rd win just now I am still waiting for it to be processed. So I can’t really see a problem with this site at all, fast withdrawals and yes you can gain on the slots, but you just need to know when to cash out. Thank you for a great gaming experience, it’s been a long time. A lot has changed with these sites since COVID

Dragobet casino LTD are a new independent casino with a brand new license from the UKGC, their previous merge with playbook gaming LTD is a different license, although they are holding people’s details from the old license that is there excuse.I received a prompt e-mail with the senior management’s decision after putting up a review on here, scripted crap, complaint not upheld.Closed my account under terms and conditions point 12.All deposits to be processed back to payment method used that part has not been completed!This casino is making up things as they go along, you do not operate under the Playbook gaming LTD license.Go to there terms and conditions point 12. Read it.There is no mention on there site that they use Playbook gaming LTD details (under a different license) They are just using that as an excuse, hoping you will just allow them to reem you!Dragonbet LTD have told me in there E-mail to contact them via there support E-mail not to post reviews.No chance I was waiting over a month contacting them via that method, soon as I posted a review, decision e-mail came.Couldn’t manage there way out a paper bag, clowns

Awful dishonest criminals who take take take all the games I played are controlled no features they demand you send in ID but don’t accept proof of address letters they insist on bank statements which don’t have my address on if you don’t comply with providing bank statements they place a win block on your account for every game . they refuse to delete and dispose of your personal data and sensitive information which they have no right of doing. you are a gambling company not god who do you think you are ??? my advice is avoid this site like the plague or just post them your money at least they wont hold your personal data to do what ever they want to do with it. I opened an account with Dragonbet LTD advertised as a new independent online casino, deposited £320 and they closed the account under there terms and conditions point 12. Where it clearly states all deposits will be processed back to payment method used.Waited over a month now and still have not received the deposits back.It is apparently with senior management.I would not recommend this online casino because they faff about sending 1 e-mail a day, they do not have live chat, there e-mails are delaying tactics and scripted crap, hoping I’m just going to forget about it.Roachbags, you have +£320 in your company account that is not yours!Get it processed.

They will settle loosing bets, they shall not settle wining bets until you contact them, they shall let you deposit and place bets and a week after, if you are winning, that is when they will start asking for documentation, which they real don’t need since you are on the electoral roll and other credit agency, you will send them the information they have requested and they will tell you to look for other proof of address (which you have provided them already). Please don’t waste your time they are ultra low quality bookmaker who should not be holding a gambling licence and the gambling commission should also be held responsible for giving licences to companies like DragonBet who are wasting customers time and currency.

After placing abet with dragon bet last weekend on a horse The horse won after trying to withdraw my winnings they hadn’t payed after numerous e mails they wanted confidential info about myself before paying the bet .I refused to give this so they have refused payment.lthink this company need to be looked at by the betting commission and avoided.

Genuinely surprised by the bad reviews. I only joined Dragon yesterday after getting a bit frustrated with the long delays with 888. I’ve had a huge win already, which I’m so happy about! Was a bit nervous about the withdrawal process as a new customer but they’ve verified my documents within half an hour of me winning. I went onto the Live Chat feature and spoke to the actual person that had sent out the email requesting documents, so it just goes to show their claim of being a small family run business is a genuine one. I haven’t yet received my winnings as I only won very recently but will update my review with how that goes once I’ve received the money.So far, very pleased with the site and customer service. If there was one niggly thing I’d add it’d be that I’d like for the Luckytap page to be working. I do like the Luckytap games but whilst there’s a tab for them, no games are on there. No reflection on the actual site though. Happy customer so far!

Never got the welcome bonus but added a good will gesture won 48pence, load of rubbish, put £40 in, then next day £30, complain in live chat about the game play being rubbish, tried to be civil but you just get quoted the RTP %, But got told its theoretical that %. So, DragonBet I have given them two stars for the payout I have had no problems with them paying out but their customer service is absolutely terrible. And the casinos does not work. Get better employees and sort out the casino five star after that.

I have read some negative reviews and I can only speak on my experience. Opened the new account and won a big bet and withdrew same day. It did take a few days to hit my account but once I used there chat on the site it was sorted within minutes. Very easy to set up and very user friendly site. I will continue to use.

Wish I would have read the reviews, I opened a account and put a code in for a free bet, didn’t get this, I asked the question via email, I got a email saying what offer do you mean? I said it’s the new joining offer? They emailed back saying “slack dragon” no idea what this means but just sounds disrespectful and someone is taking the pi**, I then emailed back and said what??? Is the worst betting website in the UK and I have had betting accounts in most of the companies honestly. I want people to know my story! Please read and share! I have been a customer for a while with this company now. All good and no issues while losing thousands of pounds each month.I have always enjoyed playing virtual games. Over the last week I done well and to be honest bet higher than I normally would as I got a few winners on the Virtual (GOLF) supplied by LEAP!!So upped my bets.I was paid out some winning with lower amounts no issues. Then due to winning I went and won £37,000 they said (LEAP) gaming have said their system was (faulty) and not working and due to an error, so no money will be paid to me!! I would very much recommend that everyone who’s played virtual games including the GOLF with YEEEHAAABET and all PLAYBOOK owned companies like Betzone and dragonbet to request to have their money back if they are saying (Leap) failed the software.
