So, DragonBet I have given them two stars for the payout I have had no problems with them paying out but their customer service is absolutely terrible. And the casinos does not work. Get better employees and sort out the casino five star after that.

I have read some negative reviews and I can only speak on my experience. Opened the new account and won a big bet and withdrew same day. It did take a few days to hit my account but once I used there chat on the site it was sorted within minutes. Very easy to set up and very user friendly site. I will continue to use.

All games are switched off. No bonuses, if you get a bonus, the outcome will be no more than 5 to10X and after the balance will go to zero in seconds. No win on 3rd,4th and 5th reel. Balance is going to zero in seconds, cannot even play for fun.Big bass for example, you can play £10 without having a bonus, you may get a bonus of 10X but after you’ll loose them all. In the betting area is worst than ever, is impossible to place a bet in the In-play area.

Let’s you gamble without ID and then suspends your account after making a deposit and won’t let you withdraw without documents, something which I as a rough sleeper don’t have. I may have to go to the dragonbet office, and having been to prison 3 times already, I fkn well will.

Wish I would have read the reviews, I opened a account and put a code in for a free bet, didn’t get this, I asked the question via email, I got a email saying what offer do you mean? I said it’s the new joining offer? They emailed back saying “slack dragon” no idea what this means but just sounds disrespectful and someone is taking the pi**, I then emailed back and said what??? They emailed back and said we will investigate your free bet, lol SHOVE YOUR BET UP UR hoop****** it wasn’t about the free bet it was the fact you rope people in and don’t honour your side, looking at these comments it makes perfect sense how bad these are, I like to judge myself which I will but I believe I may regret that decision.

Stay away from these scam artists and frauds i removed a bet from betslip and closed app down and yet bet still was placed they refused and still refuse to give money back for bet and have now stopped responding to emails and remived live chat from my account

Was in 2 minds about joining and playing last night after reading these reviews but I won a couple of hundred and they verified me without docs and paid me out this morning so I actually have experienced zero issues and all very smooth.I will amend if things get worse but I cannot fathom why others are treated so badly as it is not my experience so far.

Is the worst betting website in the UK and I have had betting accounts in most of the companies honestly. The verification it takes so long, after that when you want to make a withdraw they start requesting many proof for bank details making the process so slow, my account has been suspended more than 3 times in a week without reason and the only thing easy on this website is making deposits, obviously!

I want people to know my story! Please read and share! I have been a customer for a while with this company now. All good and no issues while losing thousands of pounds each month.I have always enjoyed playing virtual games. Over the last week I done well and to be honest bet higher than I normally would as I got a few winners on the Virtual (GOLF) supplied by LEAP!!So upped my bets.I was paid out some winning with lower amounts no issues. Then due to winning I went and won £37,000 they said (LEAP) gaming have said their system was (faulty) and not working and due to an error, so no money will be paid to me!! I would very much recommend that everyone who’s played virtual games including the GOLF with YEEEHAAABET and all PLAYBOOK owned companies like Betzone and dragonbet to request to have their money back if they are saying (Leap) failed the software. So maybe all people’s money should be returned if their system is always faulty.I will obviously file a court claim and will let everyone know what happens. I have been using DragonBet for several months now predominately for sports betting . I find the platform very easy to navigate , the prices are very competitive. I’ve never had any issues when depositing or withdrawing .I had reason to contact customer services this week regarding the upcoming Cheltenham festival had a very helpful reply within a few hours. My overall opinion is a very good online bookmaker who are doing great work supporting the Welsh Sporting Scene especially Horse racing .

Horrendous! Stay clear of this company. They take 2 or 3 deposits from you and then kick you out saying they have made a ‘business decision’ to close your account? They take your money and then kick you out. I have complained to dispute resolution and will report to UKGC.

Firstly I am not quite sure why there are negative reviews on here. The customer service is the best I have ever received after trying probably over 30 sites in 18 years. They do not yet have the best inplay markets accross all sports. They are looking into tennis e.t.c and building slowly. Their agents have a sense of humour and do not fill you with crap and quote terms and conditions to you.The odds are as good if not better than alot of sites. The withdrawals are quick. Same day payout so far for me. Be patient with this company They are family run and are building slowly but steadily. This bookie is extremely honest a rare find these days. As soon as they offer a few more inplay markets. I will close my other account down in a flash.

Can’t understand the negative reviews. Have only found DragonBet to be very fair in any dealings I’ve had with them. Customer service is available pretty much all day, withdrawals are pretty quick, and any documents sent in were dealt with within 45-60 minutes. A really nice touch is the ability to speak to a trader via live-chat if your bet limit is capped- I’ve never not been accommodated when I ask through live-chat. You won’t get this bespoke service with the bigger layers. Granted the extra-place terms and MB specials you get elsewhere aren’t here, but the trade-off is more than worth it compared to the service offered.

Shocking and terrible service I would advise everyone to steer well clear deposited £1000 to start with worked my way upto £13000 in winnings in a few weeks period of playing football bets tried to withdraw my winnings and was asked for all sorts of documentation and verification after sending the documents they asked for I am not being ignored they won’t respond to my emails and won’t reply on live chat and my money is god knows where. They claim to be all fair and genuine but provide an absolute shocking service stay well clear guys I’m going to have to take them to the gambling commission to try and figure out where my money has gone

Would give this site 0 stars if i could. Done £100 yesterday and no bonus and the biggest win was like £4. Done £200 today, and got one bonus, with a £6.50 win lol. Keep away from this site, as you will lose your money.

What a rubbish company, no bonuses, awful customer service and poor odds. Then at some point you will be faced with their awful customer service staff who work from outdated policies and have no vision. Stay away is my advice.

Genuine review- I used this website for my Welsh betting before and to be honest the website was a little clunky. They have moved to a new site in the past few weeks and the difference is incredible. It’s much more user friendly, easy to navigate and has lot more features.
