I have been using DragonBet for several months now predominately for sports betting . I find the platform very easy to navigate , the prices are very competitive. I’ve never had any issues when depositing or withdrawing .I had reason to contact customer services this week regarding the upcoming Cheltenham festival had a very helpful reply within a few hours. My overall opinion is a very good online bookmaker who are doing great work supporting the Welsh Sporting Scene especially Horse racing .

Horrendous! Stay clear of this company. They take 2 or 3 deposits from you and then kick you out saying they have made a ‘business decision’ to close your account? They take your money and then kick you out. I have complained to dispute resolution and will report to UKGC.

Firstly I am not quite sure why there are negative reviews on here. The customer service is the best I have ever received after trying probably over 30 sites in 18 years. They do not yet have the best inplay markets accross all sports. They are looking into tennis e.t.c and building slowly. Their agents have a sense of humour and do not fill you with crap and quote terms and conditions to you.The odds are as good if not better than alot of sites. The withdrawals are quick. Same day payout so far for me. Be patient with this company They are family run and are building slowly but steadily. This bookie is extremely honest a rare find these days. As soon as they offer a few more inplay markets. I will close my other account down in a flash.

Can’t understand the negative reviews. Have only found DragonBet to be very fair in any dealings I’ve had with them. Customer service is available pretty much all day, withdrawals are pretty quick, and any documents sent in were dealt with within 45-60 minutes. A really nice touch is the ability to speak to a trader via live-chat if your bet limit is capped- I’ve never not been accommodated when I ask through live-chat. You won’t get this bespoke service with the bigger layers. Granted the extra-place terms and MB specials you get elsewhere aren’t here, but the trade-off is more than worth it compared to the service offered.

Shocking and terrible service I would advise everyone to steer well clear deposited £1000 to start with worked my way upto £13000 in winnings in a few weeks period of playing football bets tried to withdraw my winnings and was asked for all sorts of documentation and verification after sending the documents they asked for I am not being ignored they won’t respond to my emails and won’t reply on live chat and my money is god knows where. They claim to be all fair and genuine but provide an absolute shocking service stay well clear guys I’m going to have to take them to the gambling commission to try and figure out where my money has gone

Would give this site 0 stars if i could. Done £100 yesterday and no bonus and the biggest win was like £4. Done £200 today, and got one bonus, with a £6.50 win lol. Keep away from this site, as you will lose your money.

What a rubbish company, no bonuses, awful customer service and poor odds. Then at some point you will be faced with their awful customer service staff who work from outdated policies and have no vision. Stay away is my advice.

Genuine review- I used this website for my Welsh betting before and to be honest the website was a little clunky. They have moved to a new site in the past few weeks and the difference is incredible. It’s much more user friendly, easy to navigate and has lot more features. Started out with great customer service by Amanda .played for a bit then decided to take a time out for a couple of days . Tried to log back in and couldn’t . After sending 4 emails I was told they had me at self exclusion I told them they were wrong and said I would like to reactivate my account . Another 4 emails and 24hrs later I’m still waiting for some kind of reply . They went from answering within an hour to couldn’t careless about the client . Absolutely shockingly bad customer service

Here’s my honest review. Make of it what you will.I made 7 bets all pretty big money and if they all won the total would have been over £1000. On 6/7 bets I had the selection Lisbon v braga over 2.5 goals. About half way through the game I logged into my account to check on the results and I saw that all my Lisbon selections had voided on the 6 different bets. I found this weird but I thought oh well it happens sometimes to games. Anyway, all the 6/7 bets came in which I was buzzing about, but Lisbon finished 1-1 (by this point I wasn’t even checking that result coz it was void) it still showed that game as void on all bets and I started to receive my winnings from each bet but the winnings had been reduced accordingly as what happens when a game is void. I won a total of £792 and I withdrew £700 and thought I’d keep £92 for other bets next week. Today I received an email saying withdrawal cancelled so I obviously jumped straight on chat to ask. To my suprise they’d set up a new website and my account had £0 in it. They’d swallowed all my funds 🤣. When I asked about the bets on chat they told me that I hadn’t won the bets because Lisbon finished under 2.5 and the voids were a mistake on their end. I obviously disputed this and said that’s absolute nonsense and it’s their fault that happened not mine. I also said that had Lisbon finished 2.5 over there’s no way in hell they would have paid out my original £1000+, they would have just brushed the void under the carpet I know for a fact they would have. Anyway, they gave me the usual bulls*** procedure jargon that every site does when disputing. In my opinion if you have voided a bet incorrectly and that bet has then gone onto finish and you’ve then gone on to pay out your customer, there’s no way you can go back on that. They disagree and maybe some of you will disagree, but there’s not a chance in hell il be trusting that site again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to. Thanks for reading

They updated the website today. When I tried to login it says click here to verify account. When I did this nothing happened. I contacted customer service who said no account was found with my email address. Well its funny how I deposited £300 yesterday using the very same one to login. I’ve sent more emails that they haven’t responded to as of yet. I’ve also given them a screen shot of the message I get when I try to verify. It says welcome back. So how can they welcome me back if my account doesn’t exists. Crazy !!.let’s hope they sort it soon as I have £35 of credit still in the account!!

Won some money, account was flagged for fraudulent activity because i’d mistakenly used the wrong card for deposit and thought I would never see my winnings again. Support instantly verified my documents and re-opened my account. No concerns using these guys going forward

Exceptional customer service especially Angela she is 10/10 goes above and beyond. Ultra fast Withdrawals in my account within a couple of hours. As a long time critic of all bookmakers, and after this knowing my luck ill get screwed over, but they have been extremely fast with my withdrawals £500+ (under 6 hours) and after an issue occurred with a void bet they actually offered a reasonable offer, i feel obliged to give them 5. We went to ffos las welsh racing day where we signed up for dragon bets due to a offer for a free bet. There were issues but after speaking to David who was on site we managed to get it working (site went down and issues with verification.)David was very friendly and helped me with the many issues and was very apologetic about the issues. Terrible bookmaker unbeleiveably they have now started not putting odds up on certain races it appears to be races where theres a market mover.Very slow to pay and ive had numerous times were have tried to place a bet on a race and its shown constant errors so assume its because they dont want to lay the horse.Avoid Avoid Avoid as you would be safer throwing your money in the fire as you cant even put more than £20 on a football bet or it shows errors.
