I have been screwed around by an assortment of online casinos. Most online casinos pretty much want a DNA sample and ALL of your information for ” verification purposes” yet they’ll take your money absolutely any way possible. Dunder actually amazed me with how fast and easy it was to receive my withdrawal. I had finally won a decent amount ( $200 for me is decent ) I attempted to withdraw the funds, expecting to get the usual run around most online casinos give you, ” have to review your winnings, takes 3 days, all your documents have to be sent in, and if the place actually ends you your withdrawal….it takes FOREVER! Only negatives I have is can take a while for withdrawals to process and a lack of any real bonuses or incentives, I’ve found their games and return to players very fair and reasonable won a good bit quite a few times overall very good experience , good selection of games too and easy to navigate menus

I have not had any troubles playing at Dunder and have gone through verification processes and taken out my wins without issue. I especially like dealing with Luke the VIP account manager. He drops by to check in with me every once in a awhile and will offer a nice bonus to me as well. Extremely polite every single time I talk to him, and will get a reply back to me in a timely manner

Been using dunder for couple of years on and off. They rarely offer bonuses and unfortunately they do not offer any players rewards (at the moment, hope they start working on a system) however they are transparent, their withdrawal process is extremely quick even for small amounts ($500) and they have a variety of games. Their menu is nice as they offer categories of games like “sticky wilds” “bonus spins” etc which make it easy to find a game worth playing. Also remember, its a casino and the house always wins. Read the terms and conditions for your bonuses so you understand them correctly and u should be fine.

Accidently deposit 5000 when iPad slipped told them straight away told they would fix it and three mo ths later no return of my money not winnings my actual deposit.5000 insted of 50 .during this time they put us thru verification stress said the money had been sent. It hasnt turned up now they want proof of the account.we have asked what account it went too no response .

The biggest scam casino ever. Won 200 dollars then had to submit whole bunch of documents to get a bank transfer but yet they kept coming up for ridiculous documents that I couldn’t get. They sure don’t ask for any documents or proof of anything when your making a deposit.

Terrible Casino. Wish I had visited Trustpilot before playing here. Long story, they take your deposits, games do not pay, constant bonus teases and if your lucky enough to get a bonus well you’ll be looking at a return lower than £10, most of the time around £5 max. I know the games are rigged to high heaven at Dunder because I play at other Casinos and hit nice wins and bonuses on these same games. Avoid at all costs, you’re better off setting fire to your money than depositing at Dunder.

i did not expected,i been playing here from last 6 month and already down around 3k an just today i won mega win and hit jackpot of $1205 and when i tried to withdraw, all number been disappeared and just shown last amount before win jackpot, as per review and do not think so i can get back that money. just emailed to help support and let see and waiting for their reply to come back. Is anyone else got this problem too. spoiled my money with online casino no trust with online casino anymore.

I actually really like Dunder and their promotions – but now I’m at the stage of contacting regulatory bodies after they are refusing to pay my winnings. They ask for documentation that takes weeks for them to process, when you contact them they say it’ll be a few more days, thank you for your patience…but still keep your money…I’m talking hundreds of pounds too…

It has been almost 2 months that I am awaiting to receive my money and to verify my account. I have sent several emails for updates and nothing. Last email i sent was almost 2 weeks ago and they haven’t responded. Super dissapointed that they take players money and don’t pay them when they send all required documents. Terrible service as well. Thought I could trust it. Definetly was wrong.

DREADFUL …. seriously this is the worst online gaming casino I have ever played on. The minimum deposit is 20 and the slots are so bad. The average payout I have had on any bonus round (which trust me are extremely rare) has been about £3. They just gave me 30 free spins on a machine. Won £3 – which was then eaten and I only reached 4% of the required wagering requirements to withdraw. Wish I would have read the reviews below before I had deposited. Seriously, you would have more fun playing in a penny arcade at a seaside resort.

Dunder offers a decent experience in fairness. I’ve played at a fair few casinos over the years and a lot of them don’t really focus on Irish players. However, Dunder is set up nicely!

I dont normally review these sites , but after reading negative comments I feel I have to say that I find it a great site . Ive played on just about every bingo site especially slots more than bingo , and recently never had a decent play on any. The 1st day I played I won without using the bonus money and withdrew it , but after reading negative comments on here I thought that I would have difficulty getting it , however I got it with no problems , not a lot but still I was happy with it . I told everyone how they were amazing until I was cheated out of a jackpot and made to feel I was lieing. I was asked for I d that wasn’t cropped and why do they want your confidential details of you passport when they already have your bank details that links both name and address. As for bonuses not like virgin games who I think should knock dunder of the number one spot you don’t always get them and the latest 30 spins doesnt state that u need to deposit

***Avoid***gives out wins on free bonuses and free spins to try draw you in but soon as you approach wagering requirements it just takes and takes even if you are up by hundreds, and soon as you use your own money it takes. Contact customer chat they say we ensure its fair game and give same chances as everyone else and sometimes customers have no luck! No chance completely set up total con AVOID.

Complete shambles of a site, verification not complete even after having documents for days and ignore my emails asking why they haven’t been in touch… Not one reply back!They quote the MGA for UK players that’s completely misleading and against the UKGC license they rent, yes they don’t have one they borrow one from MT SecureTrade…Looking forward to seeing what eCogra say and then to the UKGC.Don’t bother, they have no UK support, pretty much useless from start to finish.

I have to laugh at some of the reviews here. People complaining about wagering. It is totally standard that you have to wager through deposit bonuses. 35 – 40x is the norm. Dunder have done nothing untoward. I suggest that you people read the terms and conditions of the deposit bonus before signing up. I’ve had no issues with Dunder. I lost my money on the sign up but won £580 from a follow up deposit offer. No issues withdrawing either and haven’t had to provide ID documents. I find this a very good site.

Possibly one of the best sites i’ve played in a long time. Lots of variety in games, extremely quick payout times, excellent bonuses and the slots ACTUALLY payout. My only criticism is the fees for depositing and withdrawing and the minimum payment being £20. Apart from that..great site and very happy customer.
