This gambling site is an absolute disgrace. Surely with all these lousy reviews the gambling commission should step in, what are they there for.I had the usual problems, the app is appalling, try they’re live chat, ha, it says they are answering, in about a few hours. I opened 888 account with €100 saying I get €100 bonus but I never got. I send my passport to Verify my ID they didn’t accept it so I play won €700 but was not able to take it out. My account is closed around the end of July 2021. At first, Bwin said it was about document verification and requested for necessary documents.I sent the necessary documents and account verification has been completed.However, Bwin has kept my account closed and told me that a match I betted was under investigation and your account will be closed until the end of the investigation. Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free £88 ? I played £11 of the £88 i won £45 so it then said I couldn’t play those spins any longer because ? well I don’t know why. So then the £45 was randomly turned into £10 cash bonus, bonus for 888 because you can’t collect it, so inevitably in seconds i lost that and then the £77 bonus i thought I had left had disappeared??? This is the worst company I have dealt with. This has been going on for weeks now. I have a question about a transaction but 3 weeks later NO ANSWER. Pathetic, I joined Genting online Casino years ago, I haven’t played slots for a long time but got an email from Genting, offering a ridiculous amount of free spins for a £10 deposit so deposited. Stay as far away from this site as you can. It’s one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it’s impossible to meet the requirements. This is a money eating site. PLEASE stay well clear. I have played sites for 4 years and this site is by far the worst. Spent £3k and won three bonus rounds that paid a few hundred. I have won £8k on other sites. 777.con and 888.con (yes con) are rubbish. Both connected. See there rating and read reviews and stay clear. Close these people down. Start a vote. Worst bookie out there. Used my first deposit on a 10/11, my fault entirely but subsequently deposited a substantial amount of money. They couldn't even use their discretion and give me the welcome bonus and instead of trying to keep me as a customer they closed my account at my request as opposed to saying "we can offer the this bonus if you wish to keep your account open" slow payouts unlike all the other bookies. Live chat function doesn't work either. If you want hassle free, loyalty betting with good incentives, DO NOT USE this bookmaker. Poor ethics and customer service

Signed up for an offer they had and thought I'd give them a go.
They sent me an email saying 50% Euro 2020 deposit bonus which got my attention. (Up to max £100)

Reading through the T&Cs you have to bet on accumulators for your bonus bets and do so x12 of your bonus, which is a bit steep, but not unheard of.

Keep reading though, this has to be done within 3 days with no bets allowed to be placed on markets that aren't settled within that 3 days.

£1200 worth of bets within 3 days to keep your bonus!?! Just a sneaky way for people to put money into their account. Appalling. Avoid.

EnergyBet, if you're going to offer a bonus offer a bonus, if 99% of your customers aren't going to be able to meet the terms then don't bother.

So I won 1072 Euro and did withdraw 900 Euro but they took my wining money and just gived me back my deposit money 100 Euro. Incompetent and rude staff. Match voided that was part of my accumulator bet. smarkets had returned my stake within 30mins of game not kicking off. i was told my the live chat agent she would message someone about it and email me when someone responded to her but it would take up to 48hrs. I'm reading lots of stuff about EnergyBet and whilst I wouldn't dispute anyone else's account or experience, I can only speak for myself.

I decided to take advantage of a risky promotion involving a 100% bonus which had to be wagered on multiples with a 12x rollover. As fate would have it I was quite successful and my bank built up from £25 to in excess of £400 by the time I had fulfilled the wagering criteria.

Having read some of the reviews on here I must admit I was quite nervous that I wouldn't see my money, however I requested a withdrawal and within about 24 hours it was in my account, no problems whatsoever.

I would have no hesitation in using EnergyBet again. Like I say I can't speak for others, but from where I'm sitting I am satisfied and happy that this is a legit and professional operation.

Reading the reviews on here I’m glad they blocked me before I put my money in. I regard it as a lucky escape and would caution ‘buyer beware’. If I had read these reviews first I wouldn’t have attempted to join.

Joined Energy bet at 11am yesterday 20th Jan. I was able to register an make a £900 deposit. I had already seen a football game I was happy with and wanted to place a bet. Gone to place it an it states error insufficient funds.

From experience I always send my documents for verification before betting, causes less issues and delays down the line.
So, I had uploaded my passport, front and back images, a bank statement dated 16th Jan, images of my bank card I would deposit with, front and back. All crystal clear images (and previously used to validate elsewhere without a single query).
I do a chat after being unable to bet. Only to be told I'm blocked from betting and depositing/withdrawing until data checks completed. Explained I had already uploaded everything needed to verify account. Told up to 3 working days to wait for verification.

Email asking me to complete a gambling questionnaire – COMPLETED

Email asking for employment status, salary, own property, source of funds – COMPLETED

Email asking for an image of me holding my passport -COMPLETED

Email 12hours later stating mugshot holding passport has been rejected, I'm required to take a photo of myself holding my passport and a piece of paper with today's date on. -COMPLETED

Account is still blocked for use, can't access my money, place bets, withdraw, deposit etc.
This site has caused me nothing but unnecessary stress and hassle, they have requested that much information I query the safety of my information, they have enough information to steal my identity!!
Like I said these documents have been used on big bookmakers like bet365 and sky bet who had no issues with them whatsoever.

This outfit is the lowest of the lowest, if you win anything and try to withdraw you will pay a fee. I Withdrew 25.00 and charged £4.64 then withdrew 30.00 and was charged another £4.64. They came up with the crappy excuse that punters can only make ONE free withdrawal a week without charge… NO OTHER BOOKIE does this kind of crap… it is pure theft. As they are based in MALTA it's difficult to do anything about this scam… Also NONE of the 3 staff employed by this mickeymouse company has a clue about anything so waste of time communicating.
