NEVER, EVER bet with Energybet. Complete scam from start to finish. Every obstacle is put in your way from KYC verification to withdrawal of funds. How they get away with this is impossible to fathom. Reported to Gambling Commission.

Played roulette with a small win.when i attempted to withdraw money was told i had to wager whole of deposit or three percent would be charged.Small print ha ha ha ha.This was my own stake no special offer of wagering etc.risked my own money won and charged.Never seen this scam with other casino providers.Stay away they are dangerous.A complaint going to the commission now as this company need investigating

Give this firm a wide berth. The terms of their reload bonus offers in particular are extremely onerous and they will use them to keep your money if you make the mistake of actully winning there.

Quick withdrawal of winnings. Good variety of markets although couldn't see any Horse Racing or Greyhound markets and had to wager my entire deposit but other than that not had a problem here.

Do not use this site under any circumstances. My father bet with them using their introductory offer and won £50. They then asked him to prove his identity by supplying various documents. He provided the documents and they kept rejecting them for minor reasons. For example they wanted a picture of him holding his passport in one hand, and a piece of paper with the days date. The picture had to have his face in too and the details on the passport be able to be read clearly. Anyone can imagine this would be a difficult shot to get on today's phones. Nevertheless he supplied all documents they asked for and replied to an email they sent him confirming his identity. After all that he finally verified his account and tried to withdraw his £50, at which point energybet cancelled his account and took his money. Absolute scam artists.

DO NOT SIGN UP. 100% Scam artists. Among multiple other issues with their site and the way they handle things. When you deposit they force you to wager it before you can withdraw. I accidentally deposited into my account without realising I had reached my limits (shouldn’t have been allowed to deposit anyway!), I wanted to withdraw as my limits are monthly which is a long time to wait just sitting in account and their Finance Team are emailing me saying they won’t allow me to withdraw it unless I first try to bet with it! Multiple emails back to them and they are refusing to let me withdraw it even though I can’t physically wager it, even if I wanted to!

We are experiencing terrible times with the corona virus having such a terrible affect all around the world. But Energybet refused my withdrawal despite me being a customer of theirs for years. They lack any compassion. If you want to open an account with a bookmakers I would look elsewhere.

Liars and crooks. Beware that they love to BLOCK WITHDRAWALS ON ALREADY VERIFIED ACCOUNTS! Their “Finance Department” are the absolute scum of the Earth. If you care about getting paid out I suggest avoiding Energy Bet like the plague. I have given them 1 star for everything on the basis that none of the features matter if you are going to get blocked from withdrawing your money anyway.

They have a website that is easy to use and have a lot of markets for you to choose from. They also have a very good in-play betting interface where you can easily find any event to bet on. They offer really great odds and deposit and withdrawals is easy. Customer service runs from 9am to 12pm on weekdays and from 11am to 9pm on the weekends.

I wouldn’t of even given this one star if I had s choice! This has to be the worst online sports betting site I have ever used. Signed up deposited £20 and spent the next HALF AN HOUR trying to place inplay bets. SLOW doesn't even cut it, missed out on four different bets landing cus it simply wouldn’t let me place the bet, just kept displaying a message saying “NONE IS A PIECE OF STRING” What dose that even mean! Honestly I’ve opened multiple online bookmakers accounts and taken advantage of most welcome offers but this one can just keep there bonus and the £20 I decided, it’s not worth it! I can only imagine what there customer service is like. Probably 3 guys sat in a shed in Malta!

Functionality is okay for a while, but if you take a few good value bets from their promos they ban you from doing more promos. They are basically hunting down customers who are unaware of value to eplot them. I don't like this as there are much better bookmakers out there. Avoid if you just wanna good bookie to bet with.

A truly disgraceful and fraudulent site, DO NOT USE. If you have money in there you will have some serious problems getting it out. Really easy to use site with plenty of choice, and the new virtual sports is really cool - never have to wait for a race! Not sure what the problem with customer services is? I had help on live chat and they were really good. I suppose the lack of 24hr support might be a problem if you're outside the UK, or you're an insomniac who bets at 3am. Their casino is one of the better ones too.

Con artists, do not deal with them no matter what offer you see. After seeing a bonus bet which allowed enhanced odds on a Football match for new customers I decided to sign up as I wanted to make a different unrelated bet that day anyway. The enhanced bet stated that as long as you bet no more than £1 from cash balance the bet was valid and no other restrictions applied. So I deposited £10 (which also came with a £10 top up bonus). I made a £5 bet on a unrelated game and then went to make the £1 cash bet on the odds enhanced bet. Only to find that I no longer had any cash balance. My balance had been modified to £0 cash and £15 bonus balance I contacted the company only for them to repeatedly quote nonsense terms like balance to bonus ratio over and over again. Which at no point explained how I could possibly have no cash balance left after depositing £10 and betting £5. After all if I deposited £10 and bet £5 then the remaining £5 is still my money until I make a bet with it. So to remove or move it into a restricted bonus balance is border line theft IMO. But this basic point seemed to be something they either couldn't understand or couldn't accept. They also tried to claim that because I had accepted a matched deposit bonus I wouldn't be elligable for the enhanced odds bet anyway. This is completely untrue as the T&C for the enhanced bet at no point mentioned any other offer restricting its usage. In fact the only restrictions mentioned are that the £1 bet is made from a cash balance. Had they not moved my cash balance to my bonus balance without my knowledge I should have been able to make that bet according to their owns terms and conditions. But again they just wouldn't accept this. Seems like they aren't at all interested in returning customers, so I'd strongly advise nobody to deposit any cash as I suspect they're just here for the short term to grab as much cash as possible.

Bad bad company.Blocked me refused to refund my deposit.Couldnt find the bet I wanted to place and found their website very misleading.I had already paid in a deposit to place a specific bet,Tried ringing and they said cookies block was stopping me from logging in but cant log in now from any device,cant see my deposit and cant get my money back.Untrustworthy.Also blocked my phone number for contact.They should be avoided at all costs and not allowed to trade until they comply with the same standards as every other bookie.DO NOT USE.AVOID.
