Billy from Scotland.I joined this site on the 3rd of November. I deposited £200 and during my betting on the the 4th of November I withdrew £200 and after another horse win I withdrew a further £200 and left just over £100 for the following day ( both withdrawals had no issues). Had a further bet on 5th of November and won a further £200 and asked for another withdrawal ( basically after I finished betting that day I would either withdraw or leave it till I next went back to the site). Placed further bets with the money left in my account for this weekends golf ( bets placed after my withdrawal request). On the 7th of November noticed the withdrawal money still hadn’t reached my account, so contacted on there online chat box. The robot as normal was no help so said they would get an advisor. After over an hour still no advisor so had to email. This is when they said that we need either your passport or driving licence and a utility bill showing all 4 corners of the page and also pictures of the front and back of your debit card, before they will allow me to withdraw ( said there KYC which stands for know your customer) flagged irregularities ( ie I had the cheek to withdraw 3 times in 48hours so they need to see these documents for money laundering and t&cs. Told them I have absolutely no intention of providing these sensitive and personal documents that you would need to pass to a lawyer for a house purchase maybe but not to place a bet? They said they will not allow the withdrawal to take place unless I provide these documents. Obviously this is blackmailing a customer to provide sensitive documents or they don’t pay you out. Obviously I am now in the process of contacting the gambling commission ( there website states betting company has to be ‘reasonable in requesting documents in a set time period and not that they can withhold payments after 3 transactions after 48hrs). Please tell as many people you can about this betting company and hopefully they will be either shutdown or have such a poor customer base due to there pirate actions and treatment of customers. I intend to update this on trust pilot regularly until they either realise there outrageous behaviour or there licence is withdrawn to prevent further people being blackmailed in this manner. I should also mention they still allowed me to place bets after my withdrawal request with no issues knowing if I won they wouldn’t allow a withdrawal unless I provided the above stated documentation. Sharks!!

Tried to withdraw £300 but although previously verified they are asking for evidence of source of funds. I sent payslips but they then said they needed bank statements for last three months. I sent pages showing salary going in but they are saying that is not good enough and want to see full statements showing all transactions. They state they need to see them to verify source of income and will not release £300 until I send them full bank statements. I have already sent various items to verify my ID but they keep asking for more. They already have copy of debit card. I belong to other sites and none have gone to these extremes.
