Had few wins that took me up to credit of just over £600. Was about to withdraw but found account suspended. Already sent documents to verify account and so sent couple of emails and was then advised account reopened. I played one more game and had two wins in six spins and this took me to just under £1500 credit. Went to withdraw and my account was suspended again. Second time 48 hours and only been reopened 10 minutes earlier. Sent email and then advised account was under 24 hour review – no reason given. Want to withdraw funds but can not. From other feedback appears this company suspend account if you win

Account suspended after winning and withdrawn the money and yet my withdraw still pending. It’s okay to lose 4600£ but when I start wining back 4000£ today guess what money now pending withdrawal and they suspended my account for verification. What a bull***.

Decent so far I’ve played a good selection and wagered a good amount woman decent amount but mainly lower ones which is expected, I’ve enjoyed that I can play for long periods maybe the wins are not crazy but I can play for an hour or 2 usually with only a small deposit.

Hi I deposited in to the account fine and had no issues. However, after then winning I processed a number of withdrawals. These were quickly “pending” and a series of documents required. Long story short – they refuse to give me the £3800 that they have of mine. Their checks are unclear, their processes very poor and if you win you will not see your money. I am hoping to resolve but otherwise I will be contacting the owner to f the company (Taichi Tech) and also taking Legal action. Avoid at all costs.

Stop playing here, stop playing here, they seem to be bankrupt, many users are having problems with withdrawals.I have been using the App for over a year and they have never asked me for so many verification proofs as until now, I only requested a small withdrawal and it has been 5 days and I have not received anything, after asking me for so many documents, they tell me to wait 24 more hours, I think they are not going to pay me my money and I will have to report it, it is an abuse because I have been losing for weeks and now they do not want to pay me.

Used them for about 1 year, now they have suspended my account after depositing around 100 for financial checks, no problem i need time to get the documents….. Can’t withdraw my money as there’s a £3 charge for withdrawing. Do not use this website. If you have any kind of win, they will decline the withdrawal request and write to you to request all sorts of information. Apparently it’s OK to deposit without proof of income but once you have won its now vital information required to verify your account.Once you supply this information, and they accept it, they will say your account is going through our strict compliance procedure and we are sorry for the (unspecified) delay in this process.Despite the fact the regulator the Gambling Commission has this to say about withdrawals”players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time.”DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.They will take your money but will not pay out when you win.

*Update verification now complete but withdrawals still pending.Withdrew a substantial amount of money. Been now hit with the verification process. Constant emails back and forth that the documents provided aren’t in the right format etc . My first withdrawal which was small was processed without any complications and now that I’ve had a big win I’ve had to jump through hoops and pretty much sell my soul. Its ridiculous and a total invasion of privacy. I have little hope that I will receive my withdrawal anytime soon if I do i will update my rating.

I think I’ve been stung. Requested a withdrawal yesterday. Absolutely nothing, just been sat as pending. Been asked to jump through hoops on information, pic of me holding my passport, bank statements everything. Extremely nervous because it’s £2100 I’m waiting on. Live chat non existent. Placed bets of around £300 and was asked to provide 3 months bank statements! After I did that and won my bet I was told “our Compliance department has placed a restriction on your account” – can’t bet a pound now!Conclusion: They don’t like it if you win anything.

Waiting on a withdrawal of £1440 sent all the correct documents,been ignored by email and live chat might as well be none existent.Had to get ibas involved but they are also slow.This is now 4 weeks on and all the withdrawal of £1440 is still pending.

Won loads on this site. Always quick to pay out. Had a day where I over betted and had an email from them to send in 3 months worth of bank statements, pay slips etc which felt intrusive. Then had the biggest win I’ve ever had in my life. 9 k in total. Had to provide numerous documents but 2 days later I received my money. Absolutely delighted and despite being very unhappy and stressed that I had to jump through these hoops I will say the communication throughout was excellent.

Although there are a lot of bad reviews this company appears to be legitimate, they are registered with the Gambling Commission – 57385 and the company is registered in the UK. The only thing is they appear to use an archaic KYC verification process which to some may appear untrustworthy, but if you send the right documents then there is no reason your account is verified and your funds deposited to your account. I received my winnings the following day after verifying my details.

Im not one to write reviews. However, this company have let me deposit with no questions. I have also withdrawn a couple of times with no problems. Today I have a decent win and I go to withdraw and they are refusing to pay out. They want so much information ie bank statements, utility bill, bank card. Do you really think I am going to send that information to a company located in South Africa without a British gambling licence? This company is being looked into by the gambling commission. Have played at most sites and although this ones casino slots may take a while inbetween winning bonus features, in my case they have paid better than anywhere else. Awful. Just awful. Loaded money on to account but would not let me play as has £0.16 bonus left in account which I never asked for. Tried to withdraw my money but as had not wagered 50% of my own money, they would only let me do it if I paid a 5% fee. Reluctantly agreed but then nothing happened as website closed for maintenance for the weekend. Eventually found a back door, authorised the fee, got money and closed account. Showing service. Only good thing was the speed of payout but you need to provide life story and evidence to pass AML checks.

Extremely sneaky company as others have mentioned. The withdrawal fee of 5% is even worse when you consider they don’t show you max stakes unless you have money in your account. I deposit £200 to place on a football game and only after depositing it tells me the max stake is £30…There are far better and less shady bookies out there, avoid fafabet.

Terrible odds on most markets.Don’t inform you that there is a 5% charge on withdrawals without 50% of deposit being wagered until after you have tried to make a withdrawal. They also offer to waive this charge if you leave a positive review which seems a bit scummy.Lack of a live chat which almost every other sports book has makes reaching customer service hell.

I have played quite a lot of the casino sites in the U.K. and have a really good understanding of losses and returns and what to expect from playing slots. Fafabet though is by a country mile the worst on returns, even the bonus rounds don’t deliver the big payouts that they should. For example 10 free spins won on a bonus round on sugar rush yielded just £11.30 at a £1 multiplier stake. Triggering a bonus can be as difficult as trying to find hens teeth too, their odds have been set way too high to ever make this site an enjoyable experience. As always, I play with an expectation to lose my money but I also expect (and suspect) Fafabet winners to be very far and few between.

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with a lot of bookmakers in my time, but these guys are something else! As well as the usual issues of them restricting the stake sizes of customers that dare to win, they also then try and take 5% of your withdrawals! What you won’t have noticed in their Terms & Conditions is that they have a very unfair clause with regards to stakes vs winnings, giving them them the opportunity to reduce your payouts by 5%. Of course, they will say, ‘it’s in the Terms & Conditions that you agreed to when you opened the account,’ and whilst this is true, it doesn’t make it acceptable. How sad that we can’t just open an account, place a few bets and win/lose without having to go through the Terms & Conditions with a magnifying glass! What really made me laugh is when they tried to incorrectly apply the 5% deduction clause, which I disputed. They eventually backed down and paid out (without the deduction) magnanimously claiming a ‘gesture of goodwill.’ In reality, they either don’t know how to apply their own Terms & Conditions or they wilfully tried to apply them incorrectly to reduce my payout. Anyway, I’ve had my fun with them now. Just another bookmaker that won’t take bets from customers that win, but also one that has unfair Terms & Conditions. I can also concur with other recent reviews here regarding their reluctance to payout and the barriers that suddenly appear when you want your money. Barriers that are nowhere to be seen when you are depositing your money! Best avoided unless you are happy to spend your weekends debating the finer points of their Terms & Conditions with them!

Take take take, the minute you win, please provide your bank statements, tax return, sisters dating history, sperm sample, last week’s shopping receipt, everyone’s details in your phone or they won’t pay you out! Stay away. They are happy taking your money but don’t wanna pay out (especially if over £200) absolutely shocking service. But if you still wanna deposit, they will happily take it .
