Mr Liang Songworst online bookies ever. I put a bet on every race in the UK and Ireland for 15th and 16th March. All my bets were showing in my account on the 15th. But in the morining all the bets for the 15th were gone from my account leaving only some from the 15th and none from the 15th. About 60 to 70 bets had gone missing. I tries their live chat which is a complete joke.i then had to email them, again a complete jokethen all of a sudden my account is suspended at 8.38pm on the 15th contacted them and got this You account has been suspended until your inquiry from email is resolved. what?says:you cannot suspend my account on that basis THEY ARE A ONE MAN BANDTAICHI TECH LTDMr Liang Song

Shocking company lost my debit card and id card and bus pass Next min I know there’s over 500pound gone out of my bank wen I pushed and pushed for answers they said why did u change yr bank details on yr account I said I ain’t got a account it’s obviously the person who’s set up the account and stole my money then put there own bank details on to withdraw on there card I’m 78 year old pensioner I dnt know how to gamble I can’t now pay my bills They said nothing we can do it’s the luck of the draw Absolute joke this company are stealing of a pensioner

Unlike others here I’ve had no problems with this company. KYC checks were requested when I wanted to make a decent sized withdrawal, and completed within an hour with money in my account once I sent a picture of my passport, card and a bill.

Do not Gamble with these fraudsters. First of all their idea of live chat is a robot that can’t understand any question you ask. Customer service is ridiculous!!Put bet on horse and it lost by Less than a head. I should of got £10 back as a free bet. After not receiving anything I contacted them by email. They kept telling me to wait for it to be sorted.6.30pm next day was told bet didn’t qualify as only for Haydock not Ascot. Stay clear if you want to save yourselves a lot of hassle.I deposited a 4 figure amount and went thought numerous compliance checks and validations giving them all the documents they asked for. Each time they blocked my account without warning and I had to get in touch with themTo ask why.After 2 weeks and being approx 3x on my deposited amount they again blocked my account this time for 12 days citing ‘a thorough compliance review being undertaken’. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY , look at all the recent reviews DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE. You will have a fight on your hands to get your money . I joined a few days ago and won a nice amount , they asked for kyc documents first provided them , then even asked for a selfie with Id and then wanted bank statements they proceeded to tell me they weren’t original bank statements when they were ! They finally reactivated my account and I got my withdrawals . I was happy after all that going back. Forward with document requests . I was verified. After all this 4 hours later I thought I log back on play again so I deposited money and guess what they locked my account as soon as I deposited!!!! Then I get emails asking fir the same documents that I just given hours ago and they checked . Now I’m just get one line vague answers and they’re not explaining themselves . I’m in no man’s land. Disability Discrimination Act 1995. I have had an account with fafabet a few weeks I was allowed to deposit multiple times and no questions were asked, Id was verified, a couple of weeks later I was requested my source of funds I explained to them I was disabled, my account Was then closed with no explanation I feel offended and very angry, no where does it say that employment is a requirement to gamble, if that is so how are pensioners allowed to gamble, are they excluded too, fafabet you must fulfill my request or I am taking this to the equality commission

Not the best. But can confirm customer service is the worst out there been on live chat and sending messages and the person I am connected too just suddenly ignores you. Absolutely no service at all. This site says it has a British licence but if you try and go on the so called licence number says information is not available to you. I have made 2 withdrawals from this site in the past with no problem . Now after taking £100s from me they are refusing to let withdraw. Do not believe this site site has a British licence. The worst online betting company I have come across. In this day and age where banks no longer put card number, expiry dat and 3 digit number on cards Fafabet want that information before paying out to the card I made the deposit on. It’s crazy, they took the deposit from my card but refuse to pay back my winnings to the same card.They are so unhelpful and owe me money which is rightly mine.

Surprised to see so many negative reviews in all honesty.The absence of live chat may put a few off – but if you email them, they respond extremely quickly and have no trouble sorting your issues out.Prices are sometimes worse than competitors, however I really like this site. Keep it up!

Surprisingly a brilliant website for the casino side of things. You do have to provide documents for verification, but if you do this first is last then they reply straight away (within 1 hour) withdrawals take less than 24hrs. I don’t understand the bad reviews, my first deposit of 30 turned into 700. Happy days!
