If I could give no stars I would customer service is terrible. They were happy taking deposits but didn’t want to give withdrawals. Even without giving me a withdrawal they were still happy taking a deposit of me. Don’t use this site. I had to contact gambling commission.

Played on here for the last few days with constant losses then finally won my £450 back, tried to withdraw , then the emails arrived asking for my passport, bank card front & back and a bill with name and address on it ( dated within 3 months ) although I already provided these a few days earlier upon withdrawing a small amount, I sent all these over. I then received another email asking for my bank statement to be sent in a pdf file also what is my current job, monthly income, and what amount am I comfortable depositing monthly. I replied to this email giving them the information and explaining I feel uncomfortable with all these questions being asked now and not when I was depositing and then received another email to say it’s been passed on to the senior team and got wait 24 hour for a reply. All I want is my winnings and not to be asked all these personal questions. Other gambling sites don’t ask for all these things. I will update if I get my winnings.

Please be extremely careful using this site or just don’t use it all. They breach ukgc guidelines and don’t care about their actions or care about their customers. They happily take you money but when you win they won’t allow you to withdraw without you showing them your whole life. On the ukgc is states ‘If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds.Where a gambling business delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID, they may be in breach of Licence Condition 17 – Customer identity verification and may be subject to regulatory action.’They are now asking for everything you can possibly imagine even though it clearly states that you can’t delay a withdrawal request to ask for documents. Mr Liang Songworst online bookies ever. I put a bet on every race in the UK and Ireland for 15th and 16th March. All my bets were showing in my account on the 15th. But in the morining all the bets for the 15th were gone from my account leaving only some from the 15th and none from the 15th. About 60 to 70 bets had gone missing. Stay clear if you want to save yourselves a lot of hassle.I deposited a 4 figure amount and went thought numerous compliance checks and validations giving them all the documents they asked for. Disability Discrimination Act 1995. I have had an account with fafabet a few weeks I was allowed to deposit multiple times and no questions were asked, Id was verified, a couple of weeks later I was requested my source of funds I explained to them I was disabled, my account Was then closed with no explanation I feel offended and very angry, no where does it say that employment is a requirement to gamble, if that is so how are pensioners allowed to gamble, are they excluded too, fafabet you must fulfill my request or I am taking this to the equality commission
