This Site is ok for football/horse bets, even though you can only watch certain races and it throws you out a lot. I don’t mind gambling but don’t rip me off!! Played some slots put £120 on a game won nothing bigger than 4 quid….then received an error message and through me out. Fast pay-outs is only thing this site has going for it, stay with the big boys….this is a little boy site!!

Absolute joke they take your money, but as soon as you withdraw they do not pay out! My withdrawal has been pending for 3 weeks and no way of speaking to the directly about this. There are much better sites available I really recommend you avoid them.

The website and the app is often slow, there are occassion that the site crash predominantly when loading live casino. Don’t be discourage by this as it run smooth when you are connected on the table.They do not cover a wide range of games, they do however cover a good amount of European competition. The company would need a good investment on their site and app including offers, which I think is needed to be able to compete with other betting sites.

An absolute joke of a company. They wait until you have lost a bit of money with them and when you have a little bit of luck and withdraw your winnings, then hit you with a disabled account message. They then ask for a tome of information which the gambling commission say should be asked for before an account is opened. They limit reasonable sized wagers in case they lose a bet. I wouldn’t personally recommend their set up to anyone. Their site is utter rubbish with very few live streaming opportunities and their reward scheme is laughable. Try a reputable company instead. It is my understanding that they are being investigated by the UK Gambling Ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and don’t trust them use another bookmaker who will value your custom. They deserve to be closed down and I hope it happens soon. Two words sum them up “Utter Crap”

The worst betting company. I had a 4-fold bet on, three teams were winning (4-1, 3-1, 2-1) & my other was 1-1 with half an hour left. Any other app offers a comfortable cashout, but not Fafabet. My £10 stake would return over £62, yet my highest cashout was £9.27 which is absolutely ridiculous. All scores are also 1-1 on the cash out page which is false.

Started playing on Fafabet. Withdrawal are super fast within 5-10 mins after fast verification. Only downside is it constantly log me out and sometimes I had a bet on the live roulette and won’t accept my bet and my winnings number came out. That’s was frustrated.

Joined yesterday, deposited, doubled my money, withdrew and received the money within 5 minutes. Cant really beat that for a good experience. Seems to have good offers in terms of money back on losses and freebets in the sportsbook section but i’m a very new customer so cant really comment further. Randomly got an email that due to some trade decisions my account has been suspended from taking part in any of their promotions. Even though I hadn’t been on the website for over a week. I won over £6000 was ask to send id which I did. Then they had cheek to ask for 3 months bank statement to show where the money I played with was coming from. After sending proof I have money in my account from sale of my house from solicitors ect they still refused to pay my winnings. Demanding 3 months statements which I don’t have it’s all on line banking. I’m 69 Nov and I an not computer savy tbh I feel disgusted that even after proving I can afford to play there still holding on to over £6000 how is this right. Banks are data protected so what gives them right to demand 3 months worth statements. I’m not bloody money laundering I’m 69 Yr old pensioner ffs. But funiest thing is they will still let you deposit money just won’t pay out unless send bank statements

When betting its when it goes wrong that matters. I had done an offer and it didn’t show so emailed, quick response about when it would appear available and it did. They also asked for documents and i had a withdrawal pending, I sent the documents and approved withdrawal all within a couple of hours. Some of the bigger companies could learn from this. Will use again
